• Traian (9/5): Good option at a reasonable price - Self-check in property. There is nearby parking below Carrefour market 15 lari for 24h, but they close at night. There is air con. The metro station is not far away. Good option at a reasonable price. Very high ceilings. The space was thought as a market area at the ground floor of a block of apartments but was renovated into something like an apartment hotel. Still works, though.

• Цаава (10/5): Все отлично, все понравилось. - Расположение хорошее, примерно в километре метро, можно дойти пешком. в номере чисто, есть шкаф, холодильник,микроволновка,чайник. Рядом есть магазин, где можно купить продукты. Можно было бы добавить маленький обеденный стол, где можно сесть и выпить чай. Столик был, но очень низкий, использовался для вещей. В остальном все отлично.

• Daniel (7/5): Prepare your aparment next time - Good place, good apartment There was no amount of dishes, no glasses. You had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags every day. We had to ask for a rag to clean the table and there weren't enough chairs. It seemed like they hadn't prepared the apartment for a stay of 10 people because there weren't any basic things. The wifi isnt strong enough for 10 people, To enter the house you need blue chip, we got only one... for 10 people apartment!

• MALMADHI (1/5): منزل الاشباح من الخارج، شقة مناسبة من الداخل - داخل الشقه كان نظيف ومرتب عند وصولنا في البداية كانت العاملة تنظف الممر، وكانت تبدو غاضبة ومتضايقة وتتشاجر، مما أعطى انطباعًا غير مريح. بعد ذلك تأخرنا في الدخول حيث انتظرنا أولًا صاحب الشقة، ثم جاء ابنه، وبعد انتظار طويل اكتشفنا وجود خطأ في معلومات الشقة المرسلة لنا. الأمر اضطرنا إلى إنزال جميع الحقائب إلى دور آخر، مما أخذ وقتًا طويلًا تجاوز الساعة، ونحن أصلًا مرهقون من السفر. أما المصعد فكان تجربة غير مريحة إطلاقًا؛ ضيق جدًا بشكل مزعج، ويصدر أصواتًا مخيفة أثناء النزول، كما أن بابه يغلق بسرعة شديدة قد تسبب خطرًا. شكله قديم جدًا ويبدو بحاجة ماسة للتغيير، المصعد 1.2×2 صغير جداً قد لاتستطيع الا ادخال شنطتين سفر فقط، وغير متزن مع الارض تواجه صعوبة بحمل الحقائب كذلك فإن مدخل العمارة سيئ للغاية، قديم وغير واضح المعالم، إضافة إلى وجود زاوية ضيقة تُعطي شعورًا بعدم الأمان. الحقيقة استغرب من ادارة بوكنج اضافة مثل هذا النوع من العمائر التي لا تعكس معايير الجودة الخاصة بهم، واذا استمرت بهذا السوء قد انتقل لمقدم خدمة آخر.
• فهد (8/5): متعاونين - متعاونين ويلبون الطلبات والاحتياجات الشقه جميله لولا حجمها ليست كبيره كفايه والاطلاله مميزه قريبه لها الخدمات والمحلات المطلوبه تعتبر صغيره الحجم نوعا ما حيث ان غرفة النوم والمعيشه مدموجه ويفصل بينهم ستار اتمنى يطورون المبنى من ناحية الابواب والممرات حيث انها تظلم الشكل الداخلي للشقه الجميل

• الحربي (8/5): - كانت الشقة مكونة من غرفتين.. في الدور السابع الموقع ممتاز.. الشقة نظيفة لايوجد فيها إزعاج كنا 5 أفراد وطفلة..المسؤول عن السكن متعاون جدا ومتواصل.. جميع الخدمات متوفرة حولها بالأسفل سوبر ماركت ومحل خضر.. الشقة آمنة بنظام آمن ممتاز.. انصح بها بشدة يحتاج المصعد للصيانة.. قديم ويخوف مع أنه يقوم بالغرض لاتوجد مواقف خاصة حسب علمي.. لايوجد رشاش ماء في الحمام.. ولانقطة تصريف إلا تحت الدش فقط..

• Alexander (7/5): It's OK for a couple of days for a company of more than 2 people - Great communication with staff! Nice location and easy access to property. Some amenities (soap, shower gel) were included. Basically the apartment is not 2 bedroom. The second bedroom is a partition of the living room (sitting area) divided with a hanging cloth. The curtains were too light and thin to block any light, so if light bothers you in the morning, most likely you won't have a good night sleep. No convenient parking around the property. There was a small paid parking area, but it was always full. Some appliances didn't work properly - the kettle didn't turn off automatically.

• Babarhasankhan (6/5): good flat however the building not so much - the accommodation is itself nice.. spacious room and comfortable bed even tough the apartment was nice... the lobby of upper floors is just a unfinished grey structure... the elevator is an accident waiting to happen. the building from outside looks a little ruined down.. may be that's why there were no pictures of it in the listing

• Tabrez (1/5): Overall, the stay fell short of expectations due to these issues. - The property is good but not maintained properly • Inconvenient Check-In Process: The host only provided check-in details via WhatsApp, which lacked a personal touch and clear guidance. • Paid Lift Access: It was surprising and inconvenient to find that using the lift required payment initially. • Host Absence: The host was not present at the time of check-in, making the process feel disorganized. • Faulty Bedroom Door: The bedroom door malfunctioned, leaving us locked inside the room on the first night. • Sajidul (5/5): fell short of my expectations - The hotel room was clean, which was a big plus, and the room felt fresh and comfortable. On my first day, the staff were very helpful during check-in, guiding me through the process efficiently. However, after that initial encounter, I didn’t see much of the staff around, which made it hard to ask for assistance later. The location is a definite highlight—it's close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find food and other essentials. The Wi-Fi only worked on the first day; from the second day onward, it was completely down, forcing me to rely on my mobile data for the remainder of my stay. Despite bringing this up with the owner several times, no solution was provided. The room itself had some cleanliness issues. The electric heater had visible mold or fungus inside, which was concerning. While they did replace it after I complained, it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. The microwave was also in a terrible state, with food particles left inside, making it unusable. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unreliable Wi-Fi made this stay fall short of my expectations. • Shafeeka (8/5): Great apartment for a short stay. - Nika was an excellent host and responded immediately to my enquiry as I was put in a bind by the manager/owner of VIP Apartment 683 upon trying to check in and needed to secure an alternate accommodation promptly since my mum was sprawled on the sidewalk a short distance away with our luggage. The apartment was excellent and has a large bathroom, spare bed as well as a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room and access to supermarkets, ATMs, a pharmacy and an organic store downstairs. The property is well secured as one can only access the premises with a security tag and it's an easy pick up and drop off taxi location.
