- Thembela (1/5): - The guest house was very disappointing with so many undisclosed clauses which you only get to know after checking in. The pool was very dirty and entering was prohibited, yet it was the main thing that attracted us. Tania the manager was not very customer centric, she speaks with emotions and zero approach to clients. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

- DesirĆ©e (10/5): - We bookedThe rooms were neat, comfortable, and spotless, and the entire guesthouse was well maintained. The entertainment area near the pool was a real highlight ā beautifully set up and perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Despite a power outage in the area, the overall experience remained pleasant; the only minor issue was the pool, which is completely understandable under the circumstances and will no doubt be resolved. Overall, Framesby Guesthouse was an amazing stay and truly great value for money. Everything was really on point. The only minor drawback was that the rooms didnāt have sufficient cutlery and towels to fully accommodate the number of guests per room. Other than that, I was truly amazed by the place and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Toilet hadnāt been flushed and dirty hand marks all over bathroom. Room very light during night and flimsy curtains, cushions broken and bedside table dirty with batteries laying al over place.

Staff is friendly, when we had issues they assisted immediately. Wifi connection was poor from our room. Bed was squeaking with every movement. Room wasn't well equipped for a self catering room, had to go back forth asking for stuff. But overall stay was pleasant.

There was no lace on the curtain for you to open to let light in and still have privacy. And the was no mirror on the room . Only available mirror was in the bathroom and my shorter cousin couldnāt see her face due to the hight of the mirror.

We had a self - catering room, which came with a note to clean up after ourselves, but a wonderful lady cleaned our room and even honored our request for her to not move our daughter's "magic" elves. A gentleman named Hilary (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) went above and beyond to explain the check - out procedure and was kind enough to assist us with washing our towels as well. There was a mall nearby and Baywest Mall was less than 15 minutes away. Added bonus, the padel courts where my husband was playing in a tournament was less than 5 minutes away. Convenient. Clean. Amazing. The water pressure of the shower wasn't that great, but it was fine once we got used to it.
