• Charman (9/5): - Easy walk to the property from the bus station. Quiet area with great cafes and shops nearby. My type of decoration throughout. Helpfulness of the owner. The courtyard garden. A great price and time to get to know Venice. Thank you. Having only 1 key when there were 3 people, but we worked around it. Camp bed in the second bedroom, not so comfortable. But everything else was great.

On a aussi apprécié que la personne qui s’occupe de la gestion réponde immédiatem - Le confort de l’appartement et sa localisation À améliorer: dans la salle de bain. 1) réparation de la porte de la douche qui glisse mal 2) mettre un porte-savon dans la douche ( on est obligé de mettre le savon par terre) 3) nettoyage du lavabo ( on a nettoyé le renvoi parce qu’il était encrassé et empêchait l’eau de couler. Dans la cuisine, fournir des linges de vaisselle et une planche à découper ( on en a acheté une qu’on a laissée dans la cuisine)
• cath_montreal (5/5): Ne répond pas aux attentes - La localisation était parfaite. Le logement était spacieux avec une cours privée. Le locateur nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt afin de déposer nos valises le temps que le ménage se termine. Entrée facile dans le logement. Prise USB directement dans le mur, ce qui facilite le tout lorsqu'on arrive d'un autre continent! L'eau de la douche s'accumulait rapidement et il fallait la fermer aux 20 secondes! Pas très pratique pour les femmes avec des cheveux longs et pour se raser. Nous avions seulement un rouleau de papier toilette pour le séjour. Bien qu'avisé, le locateur n'a pas proposé d'en faire livrer pour refaire son stock. Nous avons dû trouver un endroit qui en vendait...pas très romantique me direz-vous! :P Enfin, nous avions pris du take out lors d'un souper et notre repas à geler dans le frigo... En résumé, logement avec beaucoup de potentiel mais qui ne répond pas aux attentes.

• FREDERIC (9/5): Venice is definitely worth visiting despite the high temperature and crowds during August - The little courtyard is a great addition as well as the flat having his own entrance! We were really happy to find an iron in the cupboard and everything we needed for cooking! The air conditioning was absolutely necessary. Very good location near La Piazzale Roma, where you can take the coach, the train and the vaporetto. There is also a supermarket The Coop and a pharmacy! A little bottle of milk and something for breakfast would have made our arrival in Venice better because no shop in the area were open upon our arrival (midnight)
• Karolina (8/5): - Mieszkanie było bardzo przestronne i położone w świetnej lokalizacji — blisko wszystkiego, a jednocześnie spokojnie. Dużo naturalnego światła i niestandardowy układ pomieszczeń. Niestety, meble i wyposażenie mają już swoje lata i widać ślady zużycia. Patio ma potencjał — jest ładnie położone, ale wymaga odświeżenia i lepszej pielęgnacji. Ogólnie dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt, choć przydałoby się trochę uwagi w detalach. -

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location. - Location was good. Spacious area. Washer is functional. Bathroom overflows. Have to wait for about 5 mins before next person showers. Not that clean but it will do. Some smell on the sheets. Responsive communication.
• Anna (9/5): It's a very nice place in a very good location - The location is great. Easy access from the bus station, to the supermarket and all over the city. The apartment is big and comfortable, the out door terrace is great. The shower gives great water pressure. There is heating. We have broken a glass kettle from the coffee machine and the host has sent us an electric one instead :) It's some little extras that were missing. No kitchen cloth or kitchen towels (but the host has sent us a towel when we asked), the tiniest bottle of soap in the bath for two people for a week.

• Magdalena (9/5): Amazing property and location! - Very Spacious, with balcony, comfortable pillows and mattress, included moka and coffee. Host was great, very responsive. It’s on the ground floor with only a couple of steps from the main door. Very near the train and bus stations. The normal maintenance needed was communicated to the owner. One thing to consider in all properties in Venice (not only this one), is that if you have big luggage you will need help to cross the bridge over the grand canal that separates the train station and the main isle. There are very helpful people who charge to carry luggage in small carts. Plan your trip accordingly.
• Kelly (1/5): Avoid booking with this unit and booking.com has yet to respond - Property ac didn’t work - property management agreed to a refund and we left to find last minute accommodation. A few hours later the property manager text to say the ac was working now and refused the refund. What is booking.com going to do about it? Customer Service has not responded after several attempts to contact them.

• Mike__g (7/5): Good - Location was close to taxi drop off so no long march dragging luggage Difficult to find entrance in the dark at night and instructions were not very clear. Cold in apartment and heating locked down so impossible to adjust. Would have been thoughtful if they had provided washing up liquid, sponge and drying towels in kitchen. Microwave would be handy as well.

• Michael (8/5): Our first trip to Venice - Great location and WiFi, VERY clean apartment with nice courtyard and attentive staff! Would stay again. No satellite TV/news channels available, TV remote batteries were missing (however once notified, staff delivered new batteries!).

• Desiree (8/5): Lovely apartment in nice quiet location - Great location for us - 8 min walk from Santa Lucia train station, which is how we arrived. In a slightly quieter area - away from the mad summer crowds nearer Rialto & St Marks Square. But still charming - near canals, plenty of cafes and the supermarket. Lovely ground floor apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, smallish living area, dining room and small kitchen. Also had an outdoor patio at the back with table and chairs but we did not venture out there as it was full of mosquitoes. Had a washing machine also, which looked quite new and clothes rack. Few maintenance issues - blocked shower & aircon wasn’t very effective.

• Edward (8/5): Perfect location for 4 night stay - excellent location for all the island, everything was in walking distance - San Marco was 25 minute walk, Train station was a 5 minute walk. Cafes in same street serving good breakfast and evening drinks.

• Iris (1/5): Was a terrible experience that we eneded up request for refund and received successfully - The location is good The property was not cleaned when we arrived. The check-in time was 2pm. We arrived at the proverty at 3pm. Their cleaning crew was still cleaning and told us to get back at 3:30pm. We got back at 3:30pm. The staff finished cleaning. However, the WHOLE APARTMENT SMELLED LIKE PEE. We called the property host to clean the place and he insisted that his cleaning staff said it's the smell of seafood but not the pee and asked us to leave the windows open to get rid of the smell. I was not convinced that the smell was seafood and asked the host to send the cleaning staff again. (it was 3:45.) The host said the cleaning team will arrive around an HOUR. The staffs wasn't there until 5:45. Meanwhile, we decided to clean the toilet first as we could tell the smell was from the toilet. We washed the shower 3 times with water to eventually get rid of some smell. Their cleaning staff still insisited the smell was seafood in the kitchen but not the pee in the shower room when they arrived. What's even worse. When we would like to take the shower in the evening, the shower started to flood after 1 min. The drain was not working. We ended up request for refund for our stay.

• Leong (9/5): Great value, location and quality. - Owners were quick to respond and accommodated our request to deliver items to the apartment. Location was excellent to explore Venice. Facilities were adequate and satisfactory. The bathroom needs a bit more investment, such as hooks, towel rails, a shelf in the shower and a new ventilation system. Cleaning was a bit delayed on arrival as the owners had too many to clean that day.

Perfect for a few days in Venice . - Location was excellent , very safe area near to a comprehensive supermarket and very easy to walk to the apartment after arriving by bus shuttle from the airport Would have been helpful to have washing up liquid provided in the kitchen and the hand soap was virtually empty in the bathroom , i could not find any teatowels to dry dishes .however I just sorted items & did not raise with owners preferring to avoid spending holiday time to sort matters . The advice for leaving key in the apartment at the end of stay needs to be clearer . As front door did not close securely without locking it , we left the key back in the key safe rather than in the apartment as was written instruction. Some information or tips on local eating places would be helpful in the guest folder please .
• Philippa (9/5): Great Place to Explore Venice from - The property was in a good position near to Piazzale Roma. About half an hour from St Marks Square and the Dogues Palace. Check in was fine and the apartment had what we needed. My only problem which couldn't be helped was that the apartment was quite dark as it faced right onto the street so I couldn't really open the shutters in the double bedroom Only what I mentioned above
• Annie (9/5): convenient, comfortable and with the added bonus of private outside space, our destination of choice whenever we visit V - we have stayed several times before. the location is really good, the accommodation is excellent and the really great thing is it has outside space.
• Mihaela (10/5): Lovely place in a wonderful city - I traveled with my husband and 2 kids. Great property, loved the old and new blend used to furnish it. Lots of space, including a terrace. The place was very well equipped, in a great location. Friendly and responsive host. I would definitely recommend.
• Jennie (8/5): - It’s nice to have an apartment in Venice so you can, for example, have a little breakfast on your own before setting out for the day. It has kind of a odd room setup but ultimately it was a fine place to stay. They do need to provide a cutting board—we couldn’t find one anywhere.
• Thomas (10/5): Great apartment in great location - Great modern, fully renovated apartment in a superb location near bars, restaurants, shop, and importantly key travel hubs like the bus and train station, vaporetto and alilaguna stops. Nice outdoor area/patio, great integrated AC, cafes and supermarket 2 and 5 mins walk respectively. Would definately stay again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A really lovely apartment not a hotel - Modern, clean well thought through has everything you need in a quiet area v close to the centre of the city. Café at the end of the street a canal round the corner what else do you need? Perfect! Comfy beds too!
