- Peter (7/5): It did not live up to expectations, quite dated - Location was good. Access to pool and sauna was a plus Wifi did not work on the upper level where the main bedroom was located
Televisions were not smart which meant that you could not stream
The up stairs air conditioning did not work even when you followed the strange instructions
All the cleaners equipment and products were located in the main bedroom wardrobe and ensuite sink storage
Kitchen cutlery was old and outdated and many missing pieces
- Steve (5/5): OK but won't stay in this apartment again - Facilities at the property, new pool/spa area. Tennis courts. Floor plan of room and ocean views. Wi-Fi throughout the property seems to have improved from last stay at Cumberland Apartment, although clean was very tired. Kitchen area wasn't up to standard... No oven was a big problem for us, especially as we were staying 8 nights and we were unable to cook meals I prepared and brought up for our stay. All cutlery was old and dirty; we didn't use any of it and had to buy disposable for our entire stay. There was a building mechanical noise from an industrial fan on the roof next to the apartment. This came on at 7.40am - 9.40pm each day, not good

- Amber (10/5): Lovely Penthouse with magnificent views - Love this penthouse, we have stayed every year for multiple years in a row now. Can’t beat the location. Parking is a breeze. Might be time to upgrade the couch and mattress on the bed. It’s getting a bit tired.

- Ellis (7/5): Good - During the day it was extremely noisy to the point we had to leave the apartment as it was that loud that we couldn't hold a conversation. The drilling and noise was very off putting. We had no pool or gym access during our stay due to the works being carried out. This was communicated to us before our stay but unfortunately the level or noise that was expected was not communicated to us prior as we would have not stayed at this accomodation. Would have been nice for a price reduction too as facilities were not able to be used and the noise was terrible.

Unfortunately there is a bird problem so building has bird poo all over it. Apartment is well appointed but couch has stains and second bedroom small and poorly configured. Unable to use balconies because of birds.

Location is great and the apartment had everything you needed. Over the Easter weekend, the loud music from across the road at the Lorne pub could be heard. Thin walls.

Absolutely coming back in summer or winter the property has everything you want and more.
