• John-Paul (10/5): - Flat was actually spread over 2 floors. Code required to actually enter the building, another code required to enter car park, and final code to access flat, so security spot on. Building is a mixture of private flats and rentals, so you have to allow for noise from private flats. Building a 12 minute walk to Xscape complex with all the entertainment options. Local supermarket was literally 4 mins away. Local park was at back of our building with a festival going on over the weekend, but we were at Silverstone for MotoGP anyway and at Xscape at evening so no issues in that way. Complex was easy to find and access, although the slightly raised kerbs at entry point to car park gave cause for concern as entrance could be tight if another car was exiting.
• Ann (8/5): Nice place - The apartment was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, although a couple of light bulbs were out and we had difficulty closing the overhead cupboard doors without risking breaking them! The only problem was that after we parked in the underground garage which was included in the price, we weren’t told that our flat was not actually in that apartment block, but in another one along the road! With luggage and a disabled husband, I really struggled to find the place and get our belongings to the appointed flat! Overall, I would recommend this apartment, but would ask the owners to give more information regarding the location.

• Wayne (4/5): Disappointed - Carpets very grubby, felt unclean which is not good during COVID when everything should be super clean, bed was very uncomfortable and amenities were insufficient to convince me not to use again

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - needs new carpet! - Great location, the check-in process was tedious, especially after a 9 hour flight! Apartment was well furnished, comfortable, but the cigarette burns on the carpet took the shine off the presentation for me..
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The property and complex was lovely. The lack of comms and beinf able to contact city apartments was unsettling. Also having to go to a post room and find my key in a safe deposit box isn't the best way to start a break away.

• Patrick (6/5): 6/10. TV and broadband poor but clean appt. - The apartment was clean and the location is within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The underground car park is safe as entry requires the key fob (which you collect with your keys). The TV had hardly any channels. I tried to retune but again there was no difference in the number of channels that were available. The broadband was very slow. I checked the router, I was the only device on the network. To collect the keys you have to visit the office where you have to pay for parking. It's close by in truth but you can't leave the car anywhere so you kind of have to incur the cost. Comfy bed with both medium and firm pillows supplied.

• Andrea (10/5): A few tweaks would make this stay perfect - Had a great stay at City Apartments MK Vizion. Managed to find our welcome pack and navigate to our apartment without too much difficulty but would have been nice to see a helpful face (office is closed at the weekend). The apartment was a nice size but the prior residents had cooked something which lingered for our entire stay. Could have done with some febreze! There were also a few bits like marks on the carpet and walls and broken blinds (wouldn't close) which made me worry about the return of my deposit. Overall though it was nice and tidy apartment and was relatively quiet which made for a good nights sleep. The only improvements I would make is a 24/7 reception, a larger TV with improved wifi (and possibly an additional tv in the bedroom). On another note, beware of an additional £100 deposit which will be taken on top of the price of the room. This will be returned after check out but essentially it leaves you paying double for a while as the refund takes up to 7 working days to process.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Property easy to find and parking great. All three bedrooms are a good size were clean, comfortable and above expectation. Kitchen, dining and lounge area all good.

Check out time was 10am which to me is a little unusually early and of course you have to pay extra to stay to the usual check out time of 11/12. Having to collect the keys and drop them off at another location was a little annoying but they were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Property was very clean and in great condition. Good secure parking and central to an array of shops, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the TV did not have any connectivity, cable, sky or terrestrial.
• Sally (10/5): Apartment stay in Milton Keynes - We booked a 3 bedroomed apartment however with 2 weeks to go we were contacted to say that ww could not have a 3 bed apartment and was offered a 2 bed and 1 one bed. We where just staying one night for a function in Milton Keynes so this wasnt a big problem but it would of been nice for the group to of been together. The apartments are lovely. Centrally located. Very secure. Parking is in a secure car underground car park. Modern apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay and very clean. Would highly recommend the apartments for a stay in Milton Keynes.

• Gary (8/5): - The location and apartment were great with secure parking. However the check-in process was not so good as the office was shut and the key to the apartment was in a key safe. The code had not been sent to me until after our stay.

This time the check in process was smooth for me, but last time I didn’t receive the email with the check in instructions which was a nightmare. Someone turned up at the pickup location this time who also didn’t have the information & luckily I was there to advise so I think a clearer check in process is needed/ follow up call to ensure guests receive all the information needed.

• Rory (4/5): Not suitable for business stay - 20 minute round trip in the dark to collect keys. This place is not suitable for 1 night business stays.

• Laura (8/5): Nice apartment - Apartment was big and nice. We put items in the fridge and they ended up frozen for some reason so ended up wasting food. Other than that, good 3 bedroom apartment.

• David (8/5): A good stay. - Had a three bed apartment for one night. Welcome pack included biscuits and milk etc. Nice kitchen with Bosch appliances etc and two balconies. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Air-con, door viewing system and ironing board and fans all present. TV was a bit small with a Sky box that did not seem to work. Overall OK though.
• Shaun (10/5): City Apartment or Hotel? - A great idea! The local hotels seem to be over pricing during the week and now that I've found the city apartments i will never stay at a city centre hotel ever again. it is a little pricey but compared to Holiday Inn or Jurys Inn etc it is reasonable. highly recommended. and the pick up/ drop off of the keys was very simple.
• Lisa (10/5): Great apartment great location - Email confirmation of booking was different to apartment listed in key collection pack. However, information in pack of building, apartment, direction to car park, which fobs to use for access very good. Free wifi. Could do with extra note that Amethyst building is not accessed from car park but need to go pass concierge desk. Concierge gave good directions. Apartment is very clean, all the facilities of home, balcony looks over garden area, so really comfy relaxing stay. Especially short walking distance to shopping centre & Sainsbury's just downstairs, train station short walking distance, restaurants just outside. Would definitely recommend & stay again, as hotel standards with comfort of home.

• Yeow Tat (2/5): Very irresponsible apartment - This is a very terrible apartment. Never book this apartment. Very irresponsible lot of staff here. I could not collect by keys and could not get a refund. They should be blacklisted. No confirmation on how to collect keys.

• Mark (10/5): All round a great apartment - 2nd stay with City Apartments. These apartments are much better than a hotel as you have all the amenities around you and the comfort of having a living room with a comfy sofa. Would recommend to anyome visiting
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not value for money - The room temperature was high when the sun was shining. No air-conditioning. The lock of the door to the apartment was very difficult. Had to ask for advice and even then it was hard. The lock should be changed. No coffee machine. The floor of the balcony had chinks. So if some would tilt over a glass of red wine on the above balcony, you would get it on your head and clothes. Otherwise ok, but not value for money. Extremely expensive.

• Joe (10/5): Visiting our uncle - Myself and family came to visit my uncle we choose this appartment for its size and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. The only thing to spoil the trip was a barman in the indian restaurant we dined at was rude and confrontation. Other than that a great place to visit.

• Fay (10/5): AMAZING - my stay was lovely. the apartment was modern, large size and clean. All facilities were in the apartment. It is also situated in a very good area near lots of bars and restuarants.
• nichol (10/5): - A bit tricky to find but that was because it was late and dark! Once there the apartment is great.
• Glenn (4/5): Race track???? - The apartment itself was fine but it was windy that night and I had to put toilet roll around the front door to stop the draft. The appt was generally cold as there are only two small radiators for the entire flat. I did complain and I was givena couple of fan heaters The appt faced out onto a road which was the boy racers race track so there where revving engines and squealing tyres all night. Not good
• Wet (6/5): Late night arrival - Ridiculous instructions on how to find apartment. The Crystal maze in dark and rain. Stupid

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - Very clean flat, spacious, great central location. Just be aware that you need to collect the keys and drop them off from a different location (only couple of minutes drive from the flat).
