Rafal (7/5): Ogólnie było ok. - Lokal czysty i wystarczająco dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja bardzo słaba, daleko od sklepu i plaż. Jeśli nie lubisz lub nie możesz dużo chodzić pod górę wszedzie trzeba dojechac autem . Internet bardzo słaby, klima działa dobrze ale żeby w sypialni było chłodno trzeba zrezygnować z intymności, bo klimatyzator jest tylko jeden -w salonie. Basen o wymiarach 2x4 m to najwieksza porazka i smutny żart. Dodatkowo trzeba sie do niego wspiąć po chwiejącej sie drabince.

Peggy (10/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - We hadden het appartement beneden. Grote patio, heerlijke bedden, zeer schoon en ruim. Heel lief personeel en de dame van de sleutel kwam naar ons huis ipv naar de receptie een tien minuten lopen. Er was niets in het huisje zoals een theezakje, koffie, olie, zeep, peper, vuilniszakken. We zijn hier blijkbaar in verwend, want op andere locaties was dit wel. Nu moesten we alles aanschaffen of laten staan aangezien we met onze kinderen op trein vakantie waren.
Kurme (8/5): Lielos lielumos vis bija labi! - Patika, ka bija sava stāvvieta! Gulēšana bija ērtā! Bija ērti spilveni! Baseina piekļuve ir mazliet neērta, bet var nopeldēties, ja vēlas! Ceļojot ar bērniem prasījās, lai virtuve būtu aprīkota ar cepeškrāsni! Internets bija lēns.

Ágnes (1/5): Borzalmas - Reggeli nem volt. A környék borzalmas. A tenger megközelíthetetlen. Az egész szállás kész átverés! Nem volt medence, pedig úgy hirdették. Gyalogosan a tengerpartot nem lehetett megközelíteni, pedig úgy hirdették, hogy közel a homokos tengerpart. Autóval kellett utazni tovább, tengerpartra. Nem volt semmivel felszerelve! Még WC papír sem volt! A fürdőszobában nincs egy fogas! Nincs egy kukazacskó, papírtörlő, stb. Semmi felszereltség! Nincs takarítás! Nincs törölöző-csere. Nagyon rossz helyen van a szállás! Semmi nincs a közelben. Mindenhova autóval kellett menni, csak ezt közölni kellett volna a szállás hirdetésénél. Szóval életünk legrosszabb szállása volt. Soha többet nem mennénk oda mégegyszer és másnak sem ajánlanám. Szóval becsaptak minket egy csomó pénzért! SOHA TÖBBET!

Danuta (10/5): - Przede wszystkim cudny widok na morze.Pokoje duże przestronne, balkon dosc mały ale można było posiedzieć wieczorem i popatrzeć na morze.Ogolnie miejsce ok do plaży dojazd autem w 5 minut.Personel pomocny mieliśmy mały wypadek i nie było problemu z komunikacją. Niestety małe niskie garnki w których ciężko było zrobić np zupe na 5 osób.I niestety patelnia tak zdarta ze nie było jak na niej smażyć. Pozyczalismy od sąsiadów z innego pokoju oni mieli swoją prywatną.To tyle reszta ok

Pierre (8/5): Appartement très agréable à quelques minutes de la mer - Le logement était propre, spacieux et disposait de tout l'équipement pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Nous disposions également d'une large terrasse partiellement couverte (appartement au rez de chaussée à l'arrière du batiment). L'accueil est professionnel et a répondu pleinement à nos différentes interrogations. Un petit sentier juste en face du bâtiment descend vers la mer. Etant donné la configuration des lieux, au rez de chausée à l'arrière du batiment, l'appartement n'a qu'une vue réduite sur la mer et la pièce principale est un peu sombre. Mais d'un autre côté, nous disposions d'une belle grande terrasse partiellement couverte qui est très pratique pour manger, se reposer ou encore laisser de jeunes enfants jouer. L'usure du temps commence à se faire voir sur les meubles de cuisine. Cela n'empêche pas de passer un bon séjour mais à signaler dès votre arrivée pour éviter les surprises à la fin. Quelques points d'attention ont été signalés à notre départ à la réception (lampe de la cuisinière à remplacer et fuite du bac de douche) mais l'organisation semble suffisamment sérieuse pour prendre action rapidement sur ces points

Stefan (8/5): - Very comfortable apartment with great Aircon and nice balcony facing west for sunsets over the sea. Ample free parking. Adequate kitchen (no oven). Good bathroom with useful washing machine and clothes airer. Small but quiet and clean pool. Very busy section on coast in high season but easy access (by car) to the island of Krk with many beach options and tourist facilities. Plitvice lakes possible by car (approx 2hrs).

Maren (7/5): Kvarner Bucht sieht uns definitiv wieder! - Alles in allem war die Unterkunft gut und ausreichend, Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt. Die große Terrasse (Sonne/Schatten inkl. Liegen) war perfekt und auch der Pool, um sich spontan außerhalb des Meeres abkühlen zu können, war super. Dieser wurde auch täglich gereinigt... Die Entfernung zum Meer, war trotz Steigung, die man nicht direkt bei Google Maps erkennt, machbar. :-) Die Ausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können, so haben uns persönlich "Müsli-/Dessertschalen" oder eine Auflaufform für den Backofen gefehlt. Eine zweite Leiter zum Pool, um direkten Zugang von der eigenen Terrasse zu haben, wäre perfekt gewesen. Das WLan war etwas langsam und fiel ab und zu aus, ist aber kein Grund für einen schlechten Urlaub. Und gegen Wasserrohrbruch kann der Vermieter nichts, es wäre aber wünschenswert gewesen, dass die Info nicht erst selbständig eingeholt werden muss, sondern direkt mitgeteilt wird, dass es einen Tag kein Leitungswasser gibt.
Beaáta (10/5): - Rendkívül tiszta, a felszereltség megfelelő, a kilátás pazar!!! A parkoló hely kissé suűkös, legtöbbször tele volt. A szálláshoz a strand messze van, kihívás felpalolva lejutni oda és vissza.
Konrád (9/5): - Remek, tiszta apartman, jó kilátással. A konyha felszereltsége megfelelő. Erkély bútorzat megfelelő, hálószoba bútorzata, ágynemű tiszta, rendezett. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Kissé szegényes bútorzat, evőeszközök, poharak között voltak mosatlanok. Konyhapult világítás nincs, elszívó világítasa és az elszívás nem működik. A nappali világítása kevés, hogy normális fényviszonyok legyenek a pulton. A nappaliban elférne egy kavézóasztal, egy komód, pár polc. Egyetlen hely, ahova bármi apróságot (kulcs, iratok, telefon stb) letehetsz, az a konyhaasztalként szolgáló pult. Bár létezik "saját" parkoló, a hasznalata egyaltalan nem biztosított: "aki elsőnek érkezik" alapon működik.
Scharton (8/5): Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe von 14 Menschen. Hatten insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Eine Terassenwohnung, die - Die Villa ist wirklich sehr sauber. Super Personal. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Betten sind gemütlich, man fühlt sich wohl dort. Meerblick aus 8 von 12 Wohnungen. Zum Meer sind es mindestens 10 Minuten Laufzeit, am Anfang bergab und später den Berg hoch. Der Pool enthält ein Chlor welches Baumwolle sofort bleicht. Da muss man bei Handtüchern vorsichtig sein. Badesachen wurden bei uns nicht gebleicht. Die einzige Grillmöglichkeit ist ein elektrischer Grill, welcher jedoch in jeder Wohnung vorhanden ist. Die Dusche läuft viel zu leicht, manchmal fühlt man sich nach dem Duschen immer noch dreckig vom Meersalz oder Chlor. Whirlpool vorhanden aber auch nicht mehr. Lässt Bubbles heraus wird aber nicht warm.

Roberto Barbiero (7/5): Fermata obbligata causa macchina in panne - La posizione, l’appartamento confortevole con una spaziosa terrazza vista mare. La spiaggia sottostante era molto affollata e non bellissima ma c’è un sentiero poco distante che offre diverse calette più appartate e l’accesso ad una spiaggia più attrezzata. Inoltre c’è un trenino che ti porta alla città e alle spiagge di Crikvenica (comodissimo) e la zona sottostante è servita da bar, ristoranti e mini market = considerando che siamo rimasti a piedi con la macchina per tutto il soggiorno, grazie a queste possibilità siamo riusciti a cavarcela e a trascorrere 3 giorni piacevoli Essendo arrivati con un’ora di anticipo sul posto e con la macchina in panne, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a metterci in contatto con la struttura e capire dove dovevamo ritirare le chiavi Le indicazioni erano poco chiare anche per individuare la Villa. Con molta fatica, pur chiedendo informazioni, siamo riusciti ad arrivare a piedi alla reception/ufficio esterno (è segnalato) che dista circa 1 km. dall’abitazione, proseguendo sulla stessa strada in direzione di Crikvenica.

Verlichting onaangenaam, in woonkamer alleen een grote plafondlamp. Balkon erg klein, kiezen tussen stoelen of wasrek. Wifi slecht. Zwembad op oprit met hoge trap te bereiken. Strand redelijk ver weg. Alleen steile trap met rotsblokken op loopafstand. Afgelegen, ver weg van winkels/restaurants.

František (8/5): A szállás jó környéken volt távol a nyüzsgő várostol, közelben van két strand. A szobák jól berendezettek, jól felszerel - Családbarát szállás, nyugodt környezet, nagyon szép ingatlan medencével. A kiságy a picinek 2 napos csúszással érkezett meg.
Cristiana (7/5): que - La casa è abbastanza recente, distribuita su tre piani senza ascensore. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo (davvero un plus), attrezzato. Il ritiro delle chiavi avviene presso un'agenzia vicina; fortunatamente non occorre riportarle a fine soggiorno. Vista buona, comodi il secondo servizio e la lavatrice. La piscina inutilizzabile e comunpericolosa: dalle foto non si vede bene, ma è circa un metro fuori terra e vi si accede da una scaletta. Al nostro arrivo era maleodorante e sporca. La mancanza di ascensore. Aria condizionata poco efficace. Lontana dal mare.

Bohužel pláže v blízkosti nejsou vhodné pro malé děti. (skalnatý nebo betonový přístup do moře) Nejbližší vhodná pláž cca 1,5 km. (v hlavní sezóně přeplněné)

Ildikó (10/5): Klassz szállás - Nagyon kedvesen fogadtak bennünket.Jól felszerelt a konyha, sütő ugyan nincs de főzőlap, mikró, vízforraló, páraelszívó igen és két hűtőszekrény is van, így befért minden ami ennyi lakó számára szükséges volt.Nagyon klassz, hogy 2 WC van a szálláson, mert ha 5 ember van egy lakásban ez megkönnyíti a dolgokat.😊 A mosógép is nagyon nagy segítség. Klassz, hogy van medence. A jakuzzit is kipróbáltuk. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető a Krk sziget. A szomszédban van Crikvenica, ahol mindenféle üzlet van és strandok is. A wifi valóban gyenge. Az erkély ebben a lakásban nem túl nagy de teregetni, ruhát szárítani tökéletes volt. Ami még nagyon jó lenne, az egy plusz világítás a konyhában a főzéshez, mosogatáshoz.

Booking potwierdził wcześniejszą rezerwację i późniejszą godzinę wymeldowania a Panie z recepcji o niczym nie wiedziały. Pokazywałam email z potwierdzeniem ale one tego nie uznały Przyjechaliśmy z dzieckiem i apartament nie był gotowy.... Czekaliśmy na niego 6h. Bardzo słaba organizacja ze strony personelu.....
