It’s right next to St John the Baptist church and Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican! Bus station was across from hotel to Roma termini. Mini market nearby. It was very dusty and dirty. The lightning was bright yellow and the fridge did not work. The tea kettle was dirty and the coffee machine in the common area was dirty and I would never use it. The pictures must’ve been taken when they first remodeled. There was caked dust all over the place especially by the nightstands. Room is on the ground floor and the curtains didn’t close all the way so I used my hair clip to secure it closed. Otherwise people are looking in the windows who walk by. It was very tiny.

• Ainhoa (6/5): - El alojamiento esta muy bien situado y el precio realmente muy bien. Tiene una pequeña entrada donde hay un espacio común donde poder hacerte un café, micro y tal. Pero ojo con la limpieza, suelo, ducha y cortinas muy sucias. No hay prácticamente luz en el baño, más que una tira led muy amarilla con la que luces Simpson. Hay otro espejo pero en la entrada y tampoco esta iluminado. Además la nevera de la habitación no funciona (el chico nos dijo que vendrían a arreglarla pero no fue así). Dicen que tienen servicio para guardar maletas y tampoco es así, te dicen que las dejes en el mismo espacio común, ahí tirado en el suelo. No hay ninguna forma de marcar si quieres o no que entren a la habitación a limpiar ya que no te dejan ningún marcapuertas.
• fraussen (8/5): - Het was de ideale locatie. Vlakbij Piazza Navano en Travastere, daar kon je te voet vrij snel geraken. Verdere verplaatsingen lukken vlot en betaald met een Uber. De grootte van de kamer was eerder beperkt. De foto's geven de indruk dat je in een klein appartementje logeert, maar de 'keukenfaciliteiten' waren gemeenschappelijk met de andere gasten. Het was wel voldoende voor ons aangezien we enkel om te slapen in onze kamer wilden zijn, maar we hadden ons verwacht aan iets meer bewegingsruimte. De badkamer was proper maar kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

• Adrianna (6/5): Hotel raczej na krótki pobyt - Lokalizacja, blisko do Watykanu, ok 8 minut do Panteonu. Ściany cieniutkie, drzwi także, dodatkowo duża szpara między drzwiami a podłoga powoduje, że izolacja hałasu z zewnątrz jest kiepska i wszystko słychać. Mimo zamkniętego okna słychać hałas dobiegający z zewnątrz, syreny etc. Jest dość głośno. Mało miejsca do umieszczenia bagażu. Dodatkowo łóżko dwuosobowe jest złączonymi łóżkami jednoosobowymi, które się rozjeżdżają, co jest mało wygodne. Pokój jest ciemny, brak dostępu światła dziennego, bo okno jest zaklejone. Ogólnie na krótki pobyt żeby się przespać w porządku.

J'ajoute, et c'est le pire, que nous entendions tellement la circulation de la rue (celle du quai juste à coté) que nous avions l'impression que les voitures et les bus passaient dans la chambre ! ce fut très génant pour dormir la literie et propreté étaient de plus très moyenne !

Que permitieran dejar las maletas, a pesar que no había nadie de staff. No hay nadie a quien preguntar nada a ninguna hora. Toda comunicación es vía booking o Fono.

Łazienka, panuje w niej wilgoć i grzyb dodatkowo śmierdzi, wentylacja mimo głośnej pracy nie działa poprawnie 2. Cienkie ściany na obiekcie przebywa kilka osób i każdy wszystko słyszy 3. Okno zasłonięte prześcieradłem z rozpisanym przepisem na makaron… brak możliwości zdjęcia 4. Obiekt podkreśla ze sprzątanie jest codziennie ale to nie do końca prawda bo pani za to odpowiedzialne jedynie zaścielą łóżko ale nie zmienia pościeli w zasadzie tylko zaściela 5. Skrzypiące łóżko 6. Wspólna kuchnia ale bez sztućców (jest jeden nóż na 4-5 pokoji)

Letti comodi Purtroppo il bagno non è degno del posto. Necessita di ristrutturazione: doccia completamente scrostata e con grossi segni muffa . Il lavello è troppo basso e sacrificato su un asse. La pulizia della camera va curata maggiormente. Mancano un armadio o comunque vanno aggiunti degli appendiabiti. In tavolini sono piccoli La camera ha grandi potenzialità se viene rivisto il lavandino e rifatta la doccia. Va curata la pulizia. Con dispiacere devo segnalare queste cose.

• Hui Yi (1/5): Worst stay ever - NOTHING, could not wait to check out of this shithole. this is the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in, and I’m a frequent traveller. Room was filthy and the moment you enter there’s a stale and musty smell, toilet feels like it’s a public toilet. The first night we were there, it smelt like poop literally. Requested for a refund or change of room but no reply, until I saw someone at the common area the next day did the person have no choice but to respond to me face to face. Beds were so old that it was sinking in the middle, lights were not working well, cups and curtains had brown stains. For 250 euros a night, it’s totally not worth the money at all. The location is in a very dark area and there was construction right beside the accommodation. We felt really unsafe when returning to the accommodation at night. There was no sound proof at all, you could hear countless of ambulances at night, people talking and in the morning, construction sounds.

La habitación cómoda y la atención del personal muy buena; realmente una excelente opción El poco lugar para guardar ropa y totalmente abierto, si van en un plan con una estancia de más de 4-5 días, el tener todo abierto hace ver desordenado el cuarto.

• Daniel (9/5): - La Maison Pellegrino est très bien située. À distance de marche de chacune des attractions touristiques. En face il y a un arrêt d'autobus, à une minute une pharmacie et une panoplie de cafés et restaurants. Aussi, l'accueil est incroyable. On peut y laisser nos bagages en arrivant de l'aéroport s'il est trop tôt pour prendre possession de la chambre. Un message texte nous est envoyé par la suite au moment où celle-ci est prête. La description de la chambre sur le site est la bonne. C'est-à-dire qu'il s'agit d'une chambre pour deux personnes seulement, pas plus. Ainsi, si l'on en est conscient, cela n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Every time we would enter the room the smell was horrible and unbearable . I am not sure if it was from the sewage, bathroom or damp. The bathroom light is very dim and dark, no normal light. The shower place had bad smell. Modern architecture in the room. 8/10. Bed not very comfortable - 5/10.

• esrore286 (7/5): Para pocos días, no está mal. La ubicación es buena. - La ubicación era buena. Tuvimos suerte de que el resto de huespedes estuvieron tranquilos y no hicieron ruido. La ventana era bastante aislante y para pocos días, no estaba mal. En la habitación había una nevera pequeña y, fuera de esta, había una zona común (barra con sillones altos) donde poder comer (cubertería, horno) La limpieza no era muy buena. Cómo la ducha estaba integrada en la habitación, quedaba humedad dentro de la habitación. También había manchas de humedad encima de la ducha y alguna que otra telaraña en la parte alta de la habitación.

La lumière de la salle de bain qui s’allume dès qu’elle détecte un mouvement donc en pleine nuit pas génial..

Var dock ganska fuktigt i rummen på grund av AC, fuktigt i sängen och kläderna blev fuktiga. Väldigt lyhört men tog med öronproppar. Väldigt ljust inne i rummet för det var en springa mellan dörren sp ljuset från korridoren lyste in. Fick rulla en handduk och täcka så det skulle bli mörkare. Jättebra och vänlig service.

• Kington (8/5): Perfect little apartment stay in well located neighbourhood on the river - The location was perfect, short walk too many attractions and night life piazza’s however far enough away from too much night life noise. The apartment was small but had everything you needed, the security was great we felt safe having the building door and the apartment doors locked at dark. Three coded doors to access the apartment building and a lock to your apartment. Our apartment building had a shared kitchen space and a small luggage facility to store luggage before check in. Our host was great, he provided us with everything we needed. The shower was small and tended to flood the bathroom if water pressure was too high.
• Stephen (8/5): If we return to the fabulous city of Rome we would certainly use this property again - Location is excellent,5 minutes walk to the Vatican and 25 minutes walk to Via del Corso and Spanish steps.The property is secure and comfortable with a fridge,air con and large tv (Italian channels only 🤣) very comfortable bed and clean spacious room , oh and there is a mini safe free to use ! The only thing that lets the property down is the shower tray has mouldy patches on the painted tray floor, need attention, although the shower 🚿 is lovely and powerful from a rain type head set in the ceiling

• Dimitrios (6/5): Ideal for a short, low-budget trip. - The location was excellent. Right next to the river and within walking distance of Centro Storico (Colosseo, etc.), Trastevere, and the Vatican. Good value for money. 1. It was not clear beforehand that there would be no reception, and I only received the check-in instructions after arriving at the accommodation and messaging the host through the booking app. 2. The room was not properly cleaned: there was dust on the surfaces (including the tables and TV remote) and dirt on the floor. Fortunately, the towels were replaced during our stay. 3. Our room was located on the -1 floor, below street level, which was not mentioned in the listing.

The AC was not working in the hotel and our room was very humid and uncomfortable. the staff did try to troubleshoot. we all did the best we could considering it was very hot outside. the staff wasn't available on property other than check in so we communicated through the app or WhatsApp.

• Anastasiia (1/5): worst experience ever - We booked this B&B last minute after our original hotel was canceled, but it was a big disappointment. The building was under scaffolding with construction materials blocking the entrance - none of this was mentioned in advance. The room was in very poor condition: cracked glass in the shower, mold, peeling paint, dirt on the floor, and a visible cockroach trap near the bed. The bed itself was ripped and damaged. We were asked by the manager what we didn’t like, but our response was completely ignored. Terrible experience- basic cleanliness and safety were missing.

• Anayuritzi (4/5): - Baño súper pequeño, cabe solo la mitad del cuerpo, la regadera no sirve, el agua se sale de la regadera hacia el cuarto, muy húmedo y sin ventilación, no tienen recepción, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, la base de jabones en la regadera casi se cae y está pesado porque es de cristal. No volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar tampoco lo recomiendo
• Mark (8/5): Don't ask for help - Convenient; clean. I asked for a taxi on my first night; the owner was not helpful. I didn't need to be told that I was 10 m from the hotel (In fact, I was 2.5 km).

• Paul (6/5): - Great location. The building is non-descript and you wouldn’t know it was a hotel. There is no front desk, lobby or even on site staff. Everything was done virtually. Check in worked well despite this. The room was nice, although on the smaller side. The air conditioner was broken and without it the airflow is quite poor. There is only one window and it’s not in the bathroom (which is basically a glass box). This created a bit of a damp smell. The staff are quick to respond but didn’t really have any solutions. Very basic overall. Not what you would expect from a traditional hotel.
