- Grant (5/5): I will never stay at this hotel again and don’t recommend anyone to stay there - Breakfast I was switched to a hotel at the last minute because my original hotel closed early. The location was horrible. The beach was horrible management was not accommodating the price of the room, hotel and beach and price did not match my accommodations at My Atkins. There was no communication with booking.com only with the hotel. I sent several messages to the hotel and never got an answer regarding price reduction that I saw online. When I got to the hotel, I showed them the price reduction I saw which was half of the price I paid from my original hotel $1000 less. I asked for the reduction and was told I could not get that price because I had booked the reservation in advance. I was very disappointed and disputed the price, but was repeatedly told I could not. Due to the end of the season, the prices had reduced by half. It was no longer $1000 a night it was $1000 for two nights. It is unfair and I am very disappointed. I will not return to that hotel and it is dam in my spirits about traveling to Mykonos. I am not sure that I will continue to use booking it since I cannot have direct communication With them only at the time ofreservation.

Their kindness and professionalism made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was out of this world — genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. An incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was such a highlight of our stay and the perfect way to start each day. Posizione: Il punto forte di questo hotel è sicuramente la sua posizione. La vista sul mare e l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Super Paradise sono semplicemente spettacolari. È il luogo perfetto per chi cerca il massimo del relax, lontano dal caos, ma senza rinunciare alla bellezza di una delle spiagge più famose dell’isola. Struttura e Servizi: Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e l’attenzione ai dettagli. In particolare, la piscina panoramica e la jacuzzi in camera sono un plus incredibile che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La colazione era deliziosa, con una selezione di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Staff: Il personale è stato estremamente professionale e accogliente, sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. La loro attenzione al cliente ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Atmosfera: L’atmosfera è rilassata e intima, il che lo rende ideale per coppie o chiunque cerchi un angolo di paradiso lontano dalla folla. Nonostante la sua tranquillità, l’hotel è ben collegato alle altre attrazioni dell’isola. Conclusione: Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Il Nimbus My Aktis ha reso la mia vacanza a Mykonos davvero indimenticabile, e sicuramente ci tornerò in futuro. Se cercate una vacanza di lusso in un ambiente sereno, questo è il posto giusto!
- Olitza (7/5): a good clean lovely hotel - the lcoation was good, next to super paradise, it took us 50 euros and about 20 min to reach any place, we found a nice taxi driver and made it easy for us. the rooms are very small but very well oprganised, huse wardrobe, beautiful terrace, nice small shower with culti toiletries. there was daily water refills which was a nice touch. very good bfats options, nice pool. good parking. first night the emergency light came on at 6:00am with a light over my bed like a projector which made it impossible to sleep. when chatting to admin he literally told me: what do you want me to do. im talking to you so cant do anything :) even if this is true there must be a customer service communication level, but maybe he was new or junior. at first all staff were very nice and friendly. around the 2nd day bfast was maybe too crowded but staff was clearly irritated and snapped back whenever asked about a dish that we ordered 30 min ago. of even a cappucino that took 20 min to arrive. maybe it was understaff, or people had a late night before coming to work but clearly this is not a friendly service.

Je moet wel een taxi nemen naar de stad of andere activiteiten. Alleen super paradise beach was op loopafstand. De jacuzzi kon beter schoongemaakt worden en duurde echt heel lang voordat we ons eten telkens kregen. Ook mag het personeel bij de keuken wat meer alert zijn op de gasten.

Staff were really friendly and helpful with everything from breakfast to requests in the room. The transfer and concierge services worked great for everything we needed, and they were able to help us with everything we needed.

I wish we stayed longer and would've loved to use more of the amenities. The view is out of this world. Breakfast was very generous – you could not eat everything they offered. The pool and view were worth every penny. Next time, we're staying here longer. It was a 5-star experience all the way, from transportation, to staff, to the room, to the amenities.

- Maco Moreno (10/5): Super, super paraiso - Todo. Es un sitio precioso, totalmente integrado en el paisaje de la cala de Superparadise. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda, hay ruido nocturno del beach contiguo pero ya sabes dónde estás reservando. Para gente con problemas de movilidad puede ser incomodo al estar tan integrado en la orografía con muchas escaleras, y diferentes niveles. La gente que te traía el desayuno eran realmente increíbles, cariñosos, divertidos, profesionales y entregados. Nunca me he sentido tan mimada en un hotel. Elegimos este hotel porque decía que tenía playa privada en una cueva con tumbonas. La cueva estaba, pero las tumbonas y sombrillas no. Aún así es entendible con el nivel de vientos que han azotado la isla este verano.

- sagit (10/5): תמורה מצויינת למחיר. מומלץ בחום - מלון בוטיק מקסים. צוות נהדר ומסביר פנים, יוצאים מגדרם על מנת להנעים את השהיה. המלון ממוקם מעל מפרץ סופר פרדייז, מיקום משגע. לכל החדרים יש מרפסת הצופה אל הנוף היפהפה וגם ג'קוזי מפנק. החדר יפה נעים ונקי ובכל יום מביאים 2 בקבוקי מים. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת מוגשת לפי בחירה וישנן אפשרויות מחירה רבות כל שכל יום יש גיוון בארוחה. המחיר היה סביר והתמורה מצויינת. מומלץ בחום ליד המלון יש מועדון עם מוסיקה רועשת, המוסיקה מפסיקה בשעה 1:00 אבל מי שאינו הולך לבלות ומעוניין לישון מוקדם זה יכול להפריע. המלון אינו קרוב לעיר ועל מנת להגיע לעיר או להתנייד יש צורך במכונית או להיעזר בשירות מוניות אך זה נכון לכל מקום במיקונוס

The service was fantastic, right from the start being welcomed at reception, everyone at My Aktis was so friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Absolutely loved our stay here and recommend it to everyone.

I was greeted by a concierge at the airport, given a personal hotel tour, and welcomed like family. The hotel itself is perched above Paradise Beach, offering jaw-dropping sea views, a serene atmosphere, and chic, minimalist decor with understated luxury. Every morning and evening, I was met with warm, friendly faces. The restaurant 10/10. Special shoutout to Elias for the recommendationsthe Prawn pasta is a must! The cocktails at the bar were divine, too. A heartfelt thank you to my incredible host Yiannis—always available, always caring. He made my stay feel extra safe and special. - Martha (10/5): - My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this villa for two and a half weeks and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Greece. We stayed in Deluxe 2, and our suite was stunning! beautifully designed spacious, and complete with a private heated pool. It was very clean from the bedding to the bathroom to the floors everything was perfect. The villa is also located just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach one of the most popular (super paradise beach which includes 4 restaurants & 4 different options for day beds to buy for the day. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was above and beyond. They arranged transportation from the airport, and a driver was always available to take us wherever we needed to go. The team provided us with a full list of curated local recommendations and even booked unforgettable experiences for us from a catamaran cruise to several other amazing excursions. Everything was handled with such care and ease. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were the people. Every member of the staff from the bartenders and receptionists to the waiters, waitresses, and housekeepers welcomed us with open hearts. They truly represent what Greece is all about: love, warmth, and genuine connection (agapi). We will never forget the people we met here they became such a special part of our journey. Martha

The restaurant of the hotel was great, for the quality of the food but also its service (the staff of the hotel is overall incredible and so nice!). The pool is the perfect place to relax after a long week. The hotel is very well located only 5mn by walk from the beach and beach clubs, 10mn by car from the airport and 20mn by car from the city center. I would definitely come back ! The blackout curtains still let a little light through, but nothing serious

The staff made us feel like royalty and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fun and safe. One of the staff members made us a late night pizza and brought a bottle of wine even tho the kitchen was closed. He heard us talking about celebrating my friend’s bday and the next morning the staff came to our breakfast table with a special desert singing happy birthday. Loved our stay and cant recommend it enough!

The rooms were very clean and spacious… it had a bohemian vibe. We ate here in the evening twice and both times were good. The breakfast was really good… so many options. The service was amazing, all the staff were friendly and did everything they could to be accommodating. We had a few power outages but the staff kept us informed. It had access to the beach via Jackie’s and it has its own little private area where you could dip into the sea.

The hotel has everything you need to spend a great vacation , gym , pool , great food ,the rooms are super comfy and spacious with a great terrace and more than anything an excellent customer service ,any requests are sorted in a few minutes. One of the window has no blind and light come in the morning

The menu was limited, and we didn't get any discounts. We were also charged for room snacks and beverages, even though there's nowhere nearby to buy these things. It felt like the hotel was more interested in making money than in making us comfortable.
