- Nils (8/5): Bien dans l’ensemble - Environnement agréable, mais un peu loin du centre. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Les lits sont confortables pour la Birmanie, où ils sont généralement très durs. Petits déjeuners corrects , belle vue sur la pagode Shwedgan. Nous avons dîner le soir de notre arrivée, maisle choix est très limité surtout pour nous qui sommes végétariens. La Douche de la chambre 107 a un problème d’inclinaison, ce qui fait que l’eau ne s’évacue pas d’ou inondation de la salle de bain. On nous a donné une autre chambre, beaucoup mieux, sans discuter.
- M C (10/5): Great views of the Shwendagon Pagoda. - Very nice hotel arrived very very early but were allowed to check in and go to bed. Extremely pleasant staff comfy room With good size bathroom. Nice breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with great views of the Shwendagon pagoda. Just across the road from the park and lake. Do try the Indian restaurant in the park Aroma 2. Walkable to most places of interest about half an hour to the station. Highly recommended. Do stay here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - ホテルのスタッフはとても気遣いが良く、全員丁寧で優しかったです！日本語の地図も重宝しました。部屋からの眺めはシュエダゴン・パゴダがよく見え、朝の目覚めから心地よい気持ちになります。 朝食は屋根付きの屋上でビュッフェ形式でした。パンやフルーツの他、ミャンマー料理が堪能できます。味もとても美味しく、ミャンマー人の彼女も喜んでいました。必ず、屋上からもシャアダゴンがしっかり見えるので、神仏が好きな方には大変オススメです。 部屋のクリーニングも清潔で嬉しかったです。 The hotel staff were very caring and all were polite and kind! Japanese map was also useful. The view from the room shows the Shwedagon Pagoda so that you can feel comfortable after waking up in the morning. Breakfast was buffet on the rooftop with a roof. In addition to bread and fruits, you can enjoy Myanmar cuisine. The taste was very good and the Myanmar girl was happy. The Swedagon is always visible from the rooftop, so it is highly recommended for those who like gods and Buddhas. We were glad that cleaning of room was clean.

- Anette (8/5): Very good experience at Beauty Land Hotel - The hotel was good. My room was small but had an excellent view of Shwedagon Pagoda. I did have one complaint, that I couldn’t accesS one particular Myanmar TV channel and a technician was swiftly sent to my room to fix the issue. Staff were very courteous and constantly asked if everything was ok or if they could help with anything. Great location also. Well worth it!

- Anonymous (2/5): - Nothing went well. They didn't have us on the register, they gave us a broom closet and said it was a Deluxe room, the walls were magenta/purple, the floors and closets black... And they were going to charge us $80 a night, when it was only worth $15 (in my opinion) we left after one day, got most of our money back
- Verified traveler (8/5): 徒歩での外出には不便だが静かな環境 - 日本大使館とアウンサン博物館の中間にあり、近所には大きな邸宅もあって、喧騒から離れた静かな環境。徒歩で出歩くには不便だが、夜まで市街地で過ごしてからタクシーで帰ればむしろ安全とも言える。朝食を食べる屋上テラスからは、シュエダゴン・バゴダなど周囲の風景を見渡せる。ホテルのスタッフのサービスもとても良かった。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth to stay in Yangon - It is a small hotel with no fancy decoration. It locates in a street besides the main road. It is not easy to find but the good thing is it makes the room very quiet. Indeed, it is very close to major spots. The breakfast on the roof top are basic but good enough along with a wonderful city view.

- Steve (8/5): Not a bad little hotel. - Its a pretty good hotel for Myanmar. The internet was a bit slow, but thats just Myanmar I think. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially the security guard who made sure to say hello and would explain to taxi drivers where I was wanting to go. The hotel itself is a bit far from downtown, and with how bad traffic is, that can be a real hurdle if you need to go into town during the day.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Nice option near Kandawgyi Lake - The hotel is in a quiet area near Kandawgyi Lake — possible to walk to Shwe Dagon in about 12 minutes and a short taxi ride to downtown (2000-2500 kyat, the reception will book you a cab using the Grab app). My room (502) was comfortable and clean with a nice big bathroom, and I could see Shwedagon from the window! The view from the rooftop breakfast area was even better! Breakfast was not overly fancy but had plenty of choices and everything you needed, including good coffee. Nice and helpful staff, a very good option for this price.

- Huib (4/5): Matig en overgewaardeerd familie hotel - Het hotel is enigsIns gedateerd, de kamers zijn redelijk, de douche is in bad en heeft bijna geen waterdruk. Verder zaten er beestjes in de badkamer. Op de melding hierover werd niet echt adequaat gereageerd. Het ontbijt is karig en eigenlijk onvoldoende. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Voordeel was ons uitzicht op de Schwegoda pagoda en het feit dat we bij aankomst om 7 uur ‘s ochtends al in onze kamer mochten. Helaas is dit hotel overgewaardeerd op de boekingsites.

- Ian (8/5): A nice quiet place to stay - This is a small family-run hotel (5 floors with rooms). I stayed here for 6 or 7 nights and found the staff all very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was adequate (but cold except for the coffee and soup). The rooms are clean and the beds firm. The drain in the shower of one room I had was plugged, and there are other minor issues - so it's not perfect. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants (try Onyx - it was excellent, but avoid White Rice and Dolphin - they are awful), and close to the Shwedagon, the zoo, and several other touristy places. It was close also to where I was working and overall, I would say its a 3-star hotel, correctly priced, and I will certainly stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Le personnel de l'hôtel est charmant et aux petits soins, très gentil, il nous ont réservé notre taxi et fournient une box petit déjeuner car nous partions à 4h du matin. Nous y sommes restés à peine 8h pour nous faire un avis plus pousser, mais l'hôtel est dans une zone très calme prêt de la pagode de Yangon, un peu loin du centre à pieds mais très bonne création qualité prix. S il y avait un point à améliorer ça serait évacuation de l'eau dans la douche qui s'accumule assez facilement dans la salle de bain ( douche type à l'italienne).

Tasty breakfast on a rooftop with great view. Nothing to complain about. Great stay ! Clean large rooms. A.c. worked to keep us cool and fridge in room had cheap prices . Definitely recommend .... ;)

- takashi (8/5): シュエダゴンパゴダに近いお得感のあるホテル - 初めダウンタウンに３泊しましたが36番のバスが使えるのを知り、こちらに移りました。ホテルは新しく、眺望などが気に入りました。ダウンタウンやインヤー湖など、36番バスでアクセル出来便利です。 WiFiも部屋で十分使えました。 朝食は、コーヒー、ジュース、トースト、フルーツに加え、フライドヌードル、フライドライスなどの料理が４種類のビュッフェスタイルでしたが、量的には十分でした。 室内は広くて、清潔。
- Chuan Seng (10/5): Nice and Quiet place to stay - This family owned hotel completed its renovation in Apr 17 and hence it is in good condition. The staff at the reception counter are very friendly. The helped us to get most competitive taxi fare through Grab Taxi. For example, 6300Kyats for our trip to airport. They also greet and chat with us when we come back from our daily sightseeing. During breakfast, we get to try different Burmese foods. Most food items changed daily, except the regular one like fried rice, fried eggs, sausages, breads. We like the Crispy Prawn Fritters, ,fried Lotus root and the roasted chicken. Foods were replenished and heated. Going for Breakfast at 8am is still OK. One auntie from the hotel family also chatted with guests regularly, offering advice on sightseeing. From breakfast area at the rooftop, you can get an excellent view of Shwedagon Pagoda from a distance. The room facilities is generally good, except the aircond. It's FCU/blower is mounted at one corner and hence the cold air circulation is not uniform. The bath room should have shower curtain to reduce water spillage on the floor. On the other hand, the Wifi coverage is excellent... high speed both in the room and common area.

- Julie T (10/5): Great staff, very accomodating. - Was speaking to one of the managers (also possibly the cook) about my favourite local Burmese dish and she said she'd make it for me for breakfast tomorrow. I woke up the next day after a long work day and headed to the buffet to see Mohinga there in the corner like she promised! Rooms were roomy and clean and just what you need. Swedagon views were AMAZING! Would recommend.

TOP DACHTERASSE mit Blick auf die Shwedagon Pagode. Hotel isst nichts für Partypeople! Diese gehen besser in die China Town.

However the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for any minor problems. The view from the top where the restaurant is located is magical. The location is great. Only about a 20 minute walk to Shwedagon pagoda. I am staying there again on my return to Yangon.
