Marleen (7/5): - Breakfast was very good. Should you ever have a complaint on the accommodation, the hospitality of the host will make up for it.

Esme (1/5): We did not stay overnight and request a refund of the money paid in good faith. - Very poor location, we did not stay the night. The whole environment, the building itself and the area, were not inviting or welcoming and very disappointing. It looked run-down, with beggars all around the establishment. The double storey buiding at the front of the property is definitely not up to standard and does not present well. We did not deem the parking advertised as safe, as such, as the pallissade fence is not high enough to prevent people from climbing over it. The area around the pool looked untidy and unkempt. The door of the second room booked, would not open. The room next to that had a badly torn curtain. There is no restaurant as is implied on the photographs, and no mention was made of breakfast. The reviews of previous guests are either not true or made a long time ago. The photographs definitely do not present a true view of the property. We travel regularly and mostly use Booking.com to book accommodation but sadly, found it very disappointing this time around. Therefore, I request a refund of the money paid upfront and in full, in good faith, as the Booking.com entry was very misleading to say the least.

Carolina (10/5): After checking the reviews, I didn't expect much, but this place turned out to be the best I could f - Swimming pool Food Hospitality The area surrounding the guest house, despite its optimal location, suggest opportunities for improvement in the civic responsibilities of the local municipality and the Engen fuel station within the town. It is important to note that these observations do not reflect any shortcomings on the part of the guest house owner.
Khwezi (1/5): The experience was extremely disappointing from the staff, the facility and its grossly rude host. - Nothing The accommodation itself looked nothing like the pictures. We are utterly disappointed that the accommodation was severely misrepresented. The pictures that we saw on booking.com were taken 6 years ago and thus the accommodation has since decayed. It was so bad that upon arrival we asked the mother's host to cancel the booking and we ended up driving back to Kuruman to find alternative accommodation. I would also like to add that the host is a racist and dishonest person who doesn't take responsibility for their wrongdoing - the host openly attacked my sister in his google review response to her, instead of taking responsibility. And he most certainly did this because we are black because a white person gave this accommodation a negative review and instead the owner pandered to this white person and took responsibility but when it was us, he chose to be sarcastic, dismissive and aggressive. The owner even had the audacity to blacklist us from his disgusting, subpar property - I am definitely going to report this to customer services.
