- vladimir (4/5): - Самый плохой отель в котором я останавливался. Персонал хороший. К ним претензий нет но отель!!!!!!. Этот ужас нужно только видеть начиная с состояния снаружи и заканчивая внутри. Можно было-бы закрыть глаза на всё включая и кровать и постель и телевизор и душевую , но уши куда деть. Всю ночь пришлось слушать пьяные разборки . Так что у кого со слухом и зрением проблемы то можете заезжать в этот отель.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 受付の入口が判らなく、迷ってしまった。 フロントはギャラリーアンドモアゲストハウスだった。別サイトで検索し、入口の写真を見て判断。30分近く迷っていた。
- Verified traveler (8/5): Лучший вариант для недолгого проживания в центре - Жил там 5 дней, в целом все отлично, никто не докучал, отдельная дверь с улицы, не сравнить с гостиницей и общим коридором. Самый лучший район, прямо на арбате, напротив в двух шагах винлаб, продуктовые магазины, за углом "мумий троль", много кафе, ресторанов и барчиков, пару минут ходьбы кинотеатр "Океан", площадь, набережная и другие достопримечательности в пяти минутах ходьбы. В номере была кухня в отдельной комнате, что создавало ощущение проживания в квартире. Большой плюс ко всему это небольшая цена))) Единственный минус, это в 23 номере при приеме душа текла вода из по стены прямо в ванную комнату, не очень как то гостеприимно. Надеюсь администрация примет меры.

- sunflower (8/5): 滞在型 - キッチン、洗濯機付きのホテルです。 キッチンといっても、カセット電気コンロが１つの簡易キッチンです。電子レンジもあります。 お風呂はバスがありましたが、お湯の制限（タンクを使いきると真水）があったり、あまりゆっくり湯船に湯船につかるような清潔感もありません。 清掃の回数制限があり、フロントに言えば清掃してくれます。 フロントスタッフは、英語話せます。 親切に対応してくれました。タクシーの手配もしてくれます。 近くに簡易スーパーもありますし、駅から何とか徒歩圏内で、便利だと思います。

- Kozlova (10/5): На одну ночь - Отель только что бы переночевать. Матрац ужасно раздолбанный. Окна выходят на лестницу. Район отличный. Много кафе и набережная совсем рядом.
- Meredeth (10/5): Great location. - We had a wonderful little apartment with a separate bedroom and a kitchen area. Be prepared for the taxi with the Russian version of the address. The office is in an alley way separate from the living quarters. A bit hard to find. We were located right off of Admiral Fakima the walking street. Walking distance from the sights, shopping, the water front, and two restaurants The Kitchen and Z. Note: our Russian travel agent chose to not use the name of this hotel - Home Stay - when applying for our letter of invitation for our visa. She thought it sounded like we were staying in a person's home. We use a different hotel for the letter and stayed here. Great choice.
- jin (6/5): - G/H가 시내한복판 아르바트거리에 있어 도보로 관광하기는 좋았으나 숙소가 너무열악했음 2인1박 2300루블 값어치의 G/H임, 숙소에 개념치않는다면 최고의위치. 모든관광지를 도보로다님
