You got what you paid for and if you want to choose the cheapest option in san Seb then I guess that's fair enough Paying €6 for a towel in this day and age is absolutely unacceptable. Booking.com needs to sort itself out because it says the breakfast is included which it is not It is understaffed It is absolutely miles away from town. That is not the hostel's fault I assume they price in the location but if I were you I would pay the extra few euros stay in town Stuff not even being able to tell me where might be open for a coffee at 7:30 a.m. before they start serving breakfast where they prioritize those wanting the full $8 breakfast is not great Very very much an underwhelming hostel If you're going to be so far away from the center of a very exciting place you need to make up for it and this hostel did not.

• Eliana (8/5): - El personal, absolutamente todas las personas que me atendieron eran demasiado amables, un lugar limpio y cerca a la playa y al funicular Las camas aunque tienen forma de tener cortinas para mayor privacidad no las tienen, hay solo dos duchas fuera de la habitación y estos son para varias habitaciones, lo cual me parece muy poco y el Hostel es lejos del centro, caminando son 30 o 40 minutos y el bus pasa muy poco, bueno y el alquiler de la toalla para el cuerpo es caro, 6€

Les chambres pour 4 sont bien équipées et grandes. Nous étions vraiment à l'aise. Les matelas étaient un peu mous mais suffisant pour 1 nuit.

• Matk (8/5): 高台の格安ホステル！坂道は険しいが周辺環境とコスパは良好 - 宿泊費が高騰しがちなエリアにおいて、手頃な価格で泊まれる貴重な施設です。ホステルですがファミリー向けの個室もあり、コンパクトながらシャワーとトイレが独立した造りで使い勝手は良好です。共用キッチンやランドリーも完備されています。立地は中心地からバスで10分ほど離れた隣町ですが、周辺にはバルやレストラン、スーパーが充実しており、中心地まで行かずとも食事や買い出しに困ることはありません。 立地が海沿いの高台にあるため、バス停から宿までの道のりは非常に急峻な坂道です。Googleマップで示される階段ルートは2026年春現在、工事中で利用できないため注意が必要です。重い荷物がある到着時は、迷わずタクシーを利用することをお勧めします。また、館内はアルコール禁止という独自のルールがあるため、お酒を楽しみたい方は外のバルで済ませる必要があります。ドミトリー利用者が多く、全体的にシンプルな作りです。

• Erika (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y parking cercano y barato. El chico del checkin, con cabello rizado, fue muy amable con nosotros. La habitación era muy pequeña y nada que ver con la foto. Los colchones eran muy incómodos y las almohadas muy planas. El inodoro funcionaba fatal, no tragaba nada. La ducha debería tener alguna balda para dejar cosas, solo tenía dos ganchos. Nunca entraron a limpiar la habitación. La televisión era muy pequeña. Y el último día, una chica de la recepción nos preguntó si ya haríamos el checkout a las 8am cuando salíamos a desayunar, sin nuestro equipaje… nos pareció que ya nos estaba echando.

Like put curtains in the sleeping cubicles. And fix a few more spots to hang your stuff, in the room and in the bathroom. It was hard to keep your stuff dry while showering.

One of the guys also allowed me to check-in earlier since I arrived very early in the morning and tired from a long bus trip. I'm truly grateful. I also had nice chats with the other girls, very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
