Απεναντι εχει ενα rooftop που επισης σε κανει να νιωθεις ασφαλεια καθως το στενο ειναι φωτισμενο το βραδυ. Μολις φτασαμε μας υποδεχτηκαν πολυ εγκαρδια και φιλοξενα. Νιωσαμε αμεσως την ηρεμια εντος σε σχεση με το θορυβο εξω απο το riad. Ειχε παραδοσιακη διακοσμηση με ζεστα χρωματα και εντυπωσιακες χρυσες λεπτομερειες στο δωματιο. Την επομενη μερα φευγαμε ξημερωματα και ενω ο σεφ για το πρωινο ερχοταν την ωρα που θα φευγαμε μας ετοιμασαν ζεστο κεικ για το δρομο και κατι να πιουμε ενω μας οδηγησαν μεχρι τον κεντρικο δρομο να μη χαθουμε. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα. Ολα αριστα! Και το κρεβατι πολυ αναπαυτικο.

La terraza es fabulosa y el personal un auténtico placer, que están pendientes de ti para cualquier cosa que necesites. El espacio es increíble cuidado al detalle Por poner alguna pega, tal vez la habitación es algo estrecha y puedo agobiar algo, lógicamente sabemos que estamos en un Riad y que las dimensiones son las que son, aún así nos gustó mucho

There is a bar right next to the hotel that had loud music until 1 ou 2 am and then at 4 am there was a man outside of the hotel making a lot of noise and hitting the hotel door for a long time and we could hear everything. The room doors are thin. I recommend taking ear plugs in order to be able to rest well at night. Other than that everything was fine

It would be nice if there was an iron (per room or a communal one).

Lo mejor del hotel es su servicio: tanto Aziz como Osama fueron increíblemente amables, educados y serviciales con nosotros, incluso nos guiaron a restaurantes y taxis cercanos. Además, el hotel está dentro de la medina, pero junto a una de sus puertas principales, lo que facilita enormemente el transporte. The calm and serenity inside were amazing after stepping off the streets, and the rooftop with the view over the Atlas mountains was fantastic. We loved the cooking class, and the breakfast was possibly the best I've had anywhere in the world!

My room wasn’t large, but the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was warm and cozy. The location was extremely convenient for going where I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in terms of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Breakfasts were large and filling. All in all I found it a lovely place to stay. No complaints.

The staff are the best I have ever come across, collecting and dropping us to and from taxis (on foot) as they cannot come into the Medina, ensuring we had everything we needed and asking how our day was every night! Aziz sat down with us the first morning after breakfast and went through a map of the Medina, this really made our trip the best it could have been! He even gave us his phone number incase we ever needed help. Our safety was a top priority and we felt safe the entire time. Another staff member showed us to a specific shop we wanted to see as-well. The room was comfortable and the amenities amazing. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and authentic. We left early on our last day around 7:15 and they still provided a small breakfast for us! Truly a 100% recommendation and I would come back here every time if I was to return! Nothing!!

The place can be a bit hard to find so having the arranged airport shuttle and meet and greet really helped! Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, hair dryer and lotion. Beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was nice and substantial. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to jemaa el fnaa. Rooms are a bit small and the shower drainage is rather slow but everything else more than makes up for it.

That said, it’s the warmth and kindness and genuine friendliness of the staff, their help with every detail, from tea to taxis to restaurant reservations, that takes the cake, including Azia and Fatima and Ibrahim but not limited to them as every member of staff was stellar. • W3967BWalanp (10/5): Simply superb! - Wow! It is hard to find enough superlatives. We stayed here on two occasions during a recent trip to Morocco. Not only is it comfortable and beautifully stylish, the staff are extraordinarily friendly, charming and helpful. And the food—- truly stellar. The breakfasts were generous, varied and delicious. None of the annoying communal or cafeteria style presentations. We had dinner there twice and lunch once. Every meal was amazing. In fact, it was simply the best food we had on our trip—- and we ate at several of the most highly rated restaurants. We knew we did not want to stay at a sterile resort type hotel out of town—- we wanted to stay in the Medina. Yet, Dar Attajmil was the perfect oasis of calm in the midst of the bustle and hum of the Medina. Pretty darn close to perfect!
• 899sandram (10/5): Dar Attajmil was the absolute highlight of our trip! - This impeccably run and aesthetically stunning Riad was hands down, the highlight of our trip to Morocco. The genuinely caring, helpful and attentive staff, as well as the gorgeous design details throughout the Riad, surpassed my admittedly lofty standards. Every detail is considered down to fluffy fresh towels, crisp linens and intoxicatingly scented natural soap products. The whole place is absolutely SPOTLESS, making it an ideal respite from touring the hot and bustling Medina. And the food!! The meals here surpassed any we had during the two week stay in multiple cities, including an indulgent meal at the Royal Mansour which was honestly pale in comparison to the intensely fresh and flavorful meals at Dar Attajmil. You can actually taste the joy and levity of the chef in her classic Moroccan creations. The extensive breakfast offering sets you up for a whole day of touring and the optional dinners at the Riad, simply divine and in the most comfortable and relaxed setting. The cooking class was not only a great learning experience, but one of the more enjoyable memories of the trip. I have worked in service and kitchens in the past and the hygiene standards in this kitchen are unsurpassed, an important factor for sensitive American stomachs. The food sensitivities of our party were generously accommodated without question or reminder. The proprietor and her incredible staff have simply perfected the art of hospitality. I would travel all the back to Morocco just to stay at Dar Attajmil, which left our whole party feeling like we were in our second home. 10 out of 5 stars!!

The best Tagine I have ever had with a hint of orange! The room was super clean, well styled, hot water and a very comfortable bed. Having run the 39th Edition of the Marathon Des Sables 156 miles across the Sahara desert this was needed! In addition the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was also relay great to be welcomed on check in to a refreshing cup of Moroccon tea and pastries. Many big chain Hotels could learn a thing or two from the Dar Attajmil! Everything was exceptional, there truly wasn't anything I didn't like.

• James (9/5): Rip Off Taxis ⁹ - I had planned my trip and had a good idea of what I would expect. I was well impressed with a restaurant I had an evening meal and entertainment show. I.was annoyed at the information given as to what taxis to use, the yellow taxis which they tell you use rip you off money wise ALSO the driver doesn't get your luggage to the property door. They try to pass your luggage to a friend and they expect you to pay them to get you to your property. NOT HAPPY.

• Mobile819930 (10/5): Beautiful experience for our first time in Marrakesh - Absolutely beautiful Riad with fantastic, attentive staff. We stayed 2 nights, 3 adults and one 17 yr old. We had 2 rooms, a double and a twin, spacious, spotless, with very comfortable beds. All equally impressed by the decor, fabulous breakfast and lunch provided by Fatima. The Riad is in the heart of the medina, they organised a taxi from the airport to collect us, day trips and recommendations, telling us which were worth seeing. I honestly couldn't fault this Riad, Aziz was brilliant, managing to do everything at once. 10/10.
• Nia (7/5): Pleasant for a short stay, good location. - Breakfast was a little varied and seemed to get smaller each day, but was nice enough. Fruit, bread, and then a couple of extras like cheese, crêpes or fruit smoothie/mousse. The staff were friendly, though we didn't ask for any help so can't rate their helpfulness. The location was easy to find compared to other places in the medina. The walk to Jemaa el Fna was easy and there were different places to eat within a 15min radius on foot. The courtyard and terrace were very peaceful and pretty. Staff could be a little more attentive, for example we waited an hour for a coffee on the roof terrace one afternoon. The cleaners cleaned the room very thoroughly, but put some of our things away so it was hard to find them afterwards.
• Liting (8/5): Friendly staff; Great rooftop view; facility is stylish but a bit old. - The staff is friendly, and the view on the rooftop is superb. The trees in the courtyard is beautiful. The lock of the room is virtually non existing (a lock on a twisted wire). As the first day of our trip we were not sure if it is safe enough to leave our stuff in the room. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing without warm food (comparing to other riad we stayed in Morocco it is a bit simple.) The shower in the room is a bit old, the water draining has some problem.

• Marcella (10/5): Beautiful Riad of very high quality - Beautiful Riad of very high quality. We stayed 2 nights, 3 adults and 1 teenager. From beginning to end, everything was perfect. We had lunch on arrival, all made with fresh produce. Breakfast lovely and fresh with local breads, eggs and fruits. Staff extremely helpful and attentive- especially Asiv(apologies for spelling). Staying in this Riad is far superior to any Hotel because of the service the family and owners offer, there is no comparison. Full of local knowledge, proper tourist guides, lots of recommendations, they really look after you. Honestly can't complain about anything except we should have stayed longer!

• Escape597819 (10/5): Wonderful Riad! - A really lovely riad with wonderful, friendly staff. We had the larger room so had 2 double beds which was ideal for us travelling as 2 female friends. We walked to all the main sights and museums in the medina. We felt safe at the riad and in Marrakesh. We ate at the Riad on the first evening on their rooftop, which was lovely and great food. There are a few nice other rooftop restaurants very nearby - El Fenn is gorgeous, only an 3 minute walk, and good value for fine dining. There was another opposite the Riad (MK Maison) with a lovely rooftop with views. The Riad organised a taxi transfer both ways for us. Be aware the there is no car access directly outside the Riad - it is a minute walk down a side street, no problem for us. I would 100% recommend this Riad to stay!!
• Amy (9/5): Lovely retreat in a busy city - The interior is immaculate. It’s like ducking into an oasis off the busy alley. Staff was amazing. Aziz seems to do everything all at once. He provided a map and had good recommendations for places to visit. The location is fantastic just inside the gate and very close to primary Medina “roads”. I wish there had been a comforter or a thick blanket on the bed or available rather than just the sheet and a thin blanket in the closet. Breakfast was good, but very bread based. Would have loved an egg option.
• Denise (10/5): Excellent location for exploring Marrakech. - Breakfast was delicious, varied and filling. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location firstly for drop off from the airport and for getting around Marrakech.
