• César Iván (1/5): Absolutamente pésimo - Absolutamente nada Cuando llegué al hotel me dijreon que no se había hecho mi reservación por parte de booking. No me dieron ninguna solución y dijeron que no era su problema. Fue pésima la experiencia.
• PATRICIA (7/5): no tengo ninguno - los domingos no cuenta con servicio de restaurant. El hotel esta limpio, pero le falta mantenimiento. No hay enchufes para conectar nada. No tenia cortina, tenia fuga de agua el baño. Las escaleras son incomodas, mal fabricadas. el escalon entre la habitación y el baño de mal planeada, muy alta con riesgo de una caida. El mantenimiento del hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - No me gustó que promueven su religión. Ahuyenta a la clientela. Deben quitar el libro importante para el dueño que dejan en el buró. Cada persona elige su religión o secta religiosa en cualquier lugar.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Experiencia - Un hotelito muy basico, a buen costo, la ubicación súper buena, todo al alcance de la mano. La limpieza deja un poco que desear por la alfombra de los cuartos, la cama y sobre todo las almohadas son muy incómodas. Buena atención y check in y Out súper ágil.

Solo un dia por la mañana falló el agua caliente en la regadera pero rápido se corrigió la falla. El costo de la comida bajo y de buena calidad. No utilice los ventiladores, el clima de marzo no requirió el uso de los mismos. Yo volvería a contratar el mismo hotel si volviera a Cd. Hidalgo. El costo de 600 anunciado en internet se eleva a 800 con los impuestos, si es caro o económico, ud. juzgue.
• Alfonso (10/5): Un Buen hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad - Dos recomendaciones para mejorar, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y el servicio de restaurante tiene horarios muy limitados.
• Betsabe (8/5): Turísticamente ideal - El hotel se encuentra a sólo una cuadrada del centrocentro (recomiendo el restaurante Parrillando) y mercado; a 5 minutos de la central y a unos 6 minutos del cine. Además de que el personal y sus dueños estuvieron siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos con consejos sobre mejores rutas y lugares para visitar. Todo esto nos permitió aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia y conocer mejor Ciudad Hidalgo y sus alrededores.

• Carmen Patricia (8/5): no hay seguiridad en reservación - Lo que no me gusto es que nunca apareció mi reservación otro poco y me quedo sin hotel que nunca apareció mi reservación en la página y que ya tenían un mes que la habían cerrado me dieron las que había y me costo mas asi que. Pónganse de acuerdo porque no es posible que uno viaje de lejos con la seguridad de la reservación y resulte que no .
• Martha Leticia (2/5): Hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad - Me ofrecieron en Expedia cama Queen y me dieron una matrimonial el colchon sumamente duro y las almohadas muy malas. Les pedi cambio dr habitacion por una que tuvieta cama mas grande diciendo que tenia que pagar un excedente. No volveria a este hotel.
