• Verified traveler (6/5): - Place wasn’t bad for the price in Venice. It’s essentially just an apparent with 6-8 bunk beds the spare room. I think one of the workers lived there? As well, the one girl with black hair who works there was snuggling on the couch in the common room with her boyfriend all day, which kind of made you feel like an intruder instead of a guest. Free tea and coffee is cool, but you have to pay for the sheets when checking in, so that with the city road is an extra 11 euro per night. Never seen a place do that, and didn’t read it when I was booking. Windows were open so it can be a little loud

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Its a quiete place but located in the very center of Venice. It was very clean, the bathrooms are big and very modern and clean. It was just comfortable and I would always come again.
• Mi (10/5): 베니스 최고의 숙소!! - 주변관광지와 접근성이좋았고 진짜이탈리아 가정집에 지내는것같아 좋았다. 스테프는 친절하고 집은 깨끗했고 편안했다. 다만 내가 갔을때가 엄청 더운날이였고 선풍기가하나밖에 없어서 너무 더웠고 이 사이트에서 미리 돈을 지불했음에도 불구하고 11유로를 현장에서 지불해야하는걸 몰랐기 때문에 당황스러웠다
• Sarah (8/5): - People working at the hostel were amazing ! I can't remember her name right now, I'm sorry, but Brazilian woman, so awesome and helpful. Other guests were super friendly. The kitchen left some to desire, and the mosquitoes were so bad. Not really the fault of the hostel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Please make sure to note you have to pay to use their bed sheets and towels. The room has a Gorgeous view but I was eaten alive by mosquitos even with the windows closed. The mattress is very thin. Would not recommend for someone older or with back problems. Note this is a hostile and there are no locks on any of the bedroom doors.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Ok for a hostel - Was ok stay, just another hostel. However, little privacy in bunks when compared to other hostels. No curtain around bed or personal light for example. No lock on the locker. However, location is perfect. 5 minute walk to San Marco and all the sites. Not far to Rialto Bridge. For two nights was fine.

• Elena (8/5): Molto soddisfatta - This place is a B&B, with shared kitchen where you can cook whatever you want, very clean, and 2 clean and shared bathrooms. There is also a nice living room where you can share a bit of time talking with other guests in a comfortable sofa. The owners are very kind and helpful, they give you all information you need! The rooms are clean too, beds comfortable. The problem for me has been the temperature, because it was so hot and there is no air conditioning, only some ventilators but with this crazy hot you can imagine, it's not so useful... But I paid 44 euros to stay in a place 2min far from Piazza San Marco by walking. I couldn't ask for a better place, I'm sure i will come back

• Kalhari (10/5): Clean and Comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. - Stayed 2 nights there in the mix dorm. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen were really clean, nice and tidy .Located in a few minutes distance form main attractions of Venice. Overall it was a lovely stay.
• Romina (8/5): Easy way to spend a few days in Venice - I stayed in this Guesthouse for two nights in July 2018. The description on the homepage of the Hostel makes it easy to find the location, wich is a very important point, because Venice can be quite tricky. There are two bathrooms and one kitchen for everyone to use and in the lockers there's enough space for personal stuff and even a small luggage. In the morning there's always a little snack waiting in the kitchen, wich is nice plus if you wake up hungry like I usually do... All considered it is a really easygoing place, very close to San Marco and Rialto with very good prices for young people and low budget travellers. Once you have checked in you get keys and can come and go whenever you want to. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that upon arriving you can't leave your luggage in the Hostel before 10am., which is annoying for people who travel on night train or night bus like me. On the last day you have to pay a fee to leave your luggage there longer than 1pm, which I think is a pity because it should be part of the service. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay in Venice - This was a great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. And bathrooms were phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Venice.the location is perfect. And the overall feel is tremendous
• Catherine (10/5): Well located, friendly hostel - The best thing about this hostel is the location.   It is about a two minute walk from St Marks Square (provided you don't get lost, which happens all the time in Venice)  it is a nice, simple guest house with only a few rooms, nice furniture, friendly staff,  comfortable beds and a nice, clean environment.  The cost is reasonable for Venice and probably around average for a hostel in a European city.  It's a pretty good value as everything is pretty well kept.   Though they advertise no breakfast, they do provide packaged croissants as well as coffee and tea for breakfast.   It's nothing special,  but considering they say there is no breakfast,  it's a nice little add on.  I stayed in a dorm with just one other bed,  so this was nice because you could get to know one other traveler without being in a huge uncomfortable room full of snoring people.  It's nice to be in an all girls room with just one other, and the room is spacious, very quiet and the beds are comfortable.   There are storage cupboards for luggage but they do not lock.   Bathrooms are clean and nice.  Kitchen is nice and living room has comfy furniture. Though I was very happy with both the quality and the value, there is a few areas for improvement.  The Wi-Fi in the far girls room didn't really work at all so that was a big inconvenience.   There is also an additional tax that is not included in your booking price, and they change €3 for sheets and towels which is a bit silly.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 立地は悪いが過ごしやすい！ - とにかくアットホームでした！宿泊する前から連絡をくれて、チェックインが何時頃になるかの確認などを事前にしてくれます。 英語が聞き取りやすいおばちゃんが1人で切り盛りしていて、アパートの１つの階を貸し切って営業している感じです。とても良い人でした！ 正直、駅からは遠く、宿も分かりづらいです。宿があるマンションは、ドア上の番号を見ながら見つけてください！ また、宿は4階にありますので、お気をつけください。 それさえ我慢すれば、部屋の中やお風呂などはとても清潔で満足しました！ ただ、WiFiは共同スペースのみでしか使えなかったので、私はそこのソファーにずっといました笑
• Chia-Chi (10/5): Good price and location - Good price to stay near Piazza San Marco. Many types of rooms and with a kitchen. Friendly receptionist (Yang and Valentine) and flexible check-in & check-out schedule.
• Estelle (8/5): Chambre avec 2 lits pour femme - Chambre avec 2 lits pr femmes: Il y a non loin de la chambre un objet type chaudière ou autre qui fait du bruit le soir la nuit, dommage. La salle de bain est très propre malgré des traces sur le rideau de douche. L'hôte est très agréable, ainsi que Valentin qui travaillait ponctuellement, très agréable de pouvoir cuisiner avec tout à disposition. Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour. Belles rencontres, à 2 pas de la place St Marc.
• Matthew Scott (10/5): Great little Hostel a short walk from San Marco - A great friendly hostel, that is situated less than 5-minutes away from the Basilica of San Marco - close enough that you can hear the bells ring out from the square as you lie in bed in the morning. The shared rooms had sturdy bunk-beds with clean and fresh sheets, as well as cupboards that you can lock with your own padlock for your belongings. There is a shared kitchen for your to prepare drinks/have breakfast in as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and the bathrooms we very clean. There are also a couple of bars and takeaway restuarants in the nearby connecting streets. Overall, a positive stay, and somewhere I would go to again.

• Priscilla (8/5): Excellent service, cleanliness, and friendly envir - My stay at Boutique San Marco was generally an excellent one. Sergio (staff member) was there to welcome me and give me a through tour and explanation of the place. It really did have a friendly feel to it. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The only thing that I had trouble with was finding the place. Be sure you download all instructions prior to your arrival. Lack of doing so will have you roaming the labyrinth that is Venice for countless time.

• Marcel (8/5): A great location and good price for its area - This place is a perfect budget hostel its clean, with an amazing location within a few minutes walk to San Marco Square and all best places in Venice... the staff is friendly and is overall a good Hostel with a great kitchen, clean showers, internet, etc... I had a problem with the mosquitos first night But next day Annita gave me all anti-mosquitoes plugs and repelent and they were all gone next nights... so overall this is a PERFECT BUDGET PLACE TO STAY right at the heart Venece without paying a fortune! RECOMENDED

• Lukas (8/5): Like staying at a friend's home - I had a great experience here. I met some wonderful people. It is a safe place in a great location. Lockers are great for locking up your stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Jean-François (10/5): Forget Mestre. Affordable Venice IS possible. - Everyday, I got up and had literally less than 2 minutes to walk south to get to Piazza San Marco. The other direction, a grocery store was a minute away, and another 2 or 3 minutes beyond that was the Rialto. You could not be more in the center of everything!
• Marlene (4/5): Hot, hot, hot! - Boutique San Marco is in a lovely location, close to all attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. of what you come to see in Venice. I found the hosts agreeable, welcoming and friendly and the environment clean and attractive. We rented a private room which had gorgeous views but there is no AC and one totally inadequate, old, pathetic fan. We booked for 3 nights but after one night in which we got little sleep and several mosquito bites as we roasted alive in a puddle of sweat, we left. The room does not even cool down at night as it bakes all day. We ended up losing hundreds of dollars of what we paid in room charges/taxes and then paying for last minute alternate lodging. I would book there in perhaps cooler months but beware of hot months.
