• Giulia (10/5): - Personale accogliente e gentilissimo, camere e bagni puliti, letti comodi e ben attrezzati (ricarica telefono, luce, ripiano, ganci). Posizione strategica per girare a piedi tutta Porto, giardino ombreggiato, rilassante con amache, sedie e tavolini, zone comuni ben tenute e confortevoli, buona colazione. Nei bagni si potrebbero sostituire alcune cose (guarnizioni porte doccia, asse wc che "balla", coperchio scarico doccia che si sposta per cui si rischia di scivolare).

Super zahrada s houpací sítí pro relax. Určitě doporučuji pro solocestovatele, kteří hledají přátelské prostředí a přitom dostatek soukromí.

• Manuela (10/5): Muy recomendado - las instalaciones del hostal son buenas, las camas son cómodas y tienen una cortina para mayor privacidad, las duchas muy buenas con agua caliente. Es un hostal muy central y es fácil movilizarse caminando, cerca hay panaderías, supermercados y tiendas de souvenir. Mejorar el desayuno ya que por 7 USD no es tan buena la variedad.

• Sandra (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind super sauber und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Durch die Vorhänge und ein abschließbares Gebäckfach unter dem Bett hatte man genug Privatsphäre und Stauraum. Der Garten war wunderschön um sich zu erholen! Auch das Personal war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend! In der Küche gab es alles, was braucht, wenn man selbst kochen möchte! Für mich der perfekte Ort, um sich vor oder nach dem Camino zu stärken! (Zur Kathedrale von Porto waren es nur knapp 10min Fußweg.) Das Badezimmer war etwas düster und hatte die ein oder anderen Gebrauchsspuren. Allerdings für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für ein Hostel absolut ausreichend und für mich persönlich absolut okay!

• Svenja (9/5): Ich komme gerne wieder - Ich schlief hier zwei Nächte. Ich habe selten so liebe Besitzer kennen gelernt. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hostel. Als ich hier ankam wurde ich sehr herzliche empfangen und kann jedem nur Wünschen hier ein Bett zu bekommen ☺️ Es gibt eine Decke und ein Kissen, welches wie für mich gemacht war. In jedem Bett gibt es eigenes Licht, einen Ventilator und eine Steckdose. Das Frühstück kann hier dazu gebucht werden (günstiger als bei Booking) und ist völlig ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Hostel hat einen richtig süßen Garten mit echtem Rasen, Hängematten, Bar und Sitzmöglichkeiten bis in den Abend rein. Meine Matratze ist furchtbar. Es fühlt sich an, als läge sie nicht flach im Bett sondern ist konvex. Das sorgt dafür, dass man sich beim Drehen wie auf einem Schiff fühlt. Rechts ist auf der langen Seite ein großer Spalt, bei dem mir mein Handy und mein Pullover runter fielen. Dennoch. Wenn man aufpasst kann man gut schlafen.

• Dario Giuseppe (9/5): Very nice stay at Urban Garden Hostel Porto - I really enjoyed my stay at Urban Garden Porto Central Hostel. Very good position (you can easily reach the city centre by walking in 10-15 min) and close to the metro station. The beds are very nice and provide you with the right amount of privacy, even if you are in a dormitory. The 2 available bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry and the lovely garden complete the services of the hostel. The staff was nice and very welcoming, especially the French girl who helped me to check how to easily get to the airport. -

I also like the security possibilities, including a key that you get for a locker and individual lockers for luggage storage instead of one big space for all. Nice privacy with curtains on the beds. The cosiest is of course the little garden oasis. :)
