- Manon (8/5): Séjour agréable et bien situé. - Bonne localisation accessible en bus très facilement à proximité des lieux emblématiques. Chambre toujours très propre dès chaque passage et personnel agréable comme il faut sans plus. À noté que vous payez une taxe de séjour de 4€ par jour ce qui m’a fait 40€ en plus à payer immédiatement dès ma venue en « liquide » uniquement. Je trouve que la taxe de séjour est très importante pour un pays européen.

- Guest (9/5): Einfache, ruhige Zimmer, von grünem Garten umgeben - Die Gastgeberin hat ohne WhatsApp Fotos unsere Ausweise kontrolliert und unsere Daten per Hand aufgeschrieben. Das ist optimaler Datenschutz :) Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die wichtigen Dinge sind in gutem Zustand.

- Anatole (9/5): Je recommande - Chambre charmante et spacieuse, très calme, et bien situé, proche du centre-ville Il faisait assez chaud en été la nuit, même avec ventilateur. Une climatisation "AC" aurait été la bienvenue
- Тамара (10/5): Райский уголок в Риме - Всё остальное было чудесным: очень красивый, тихий особняк- отель, персонал вежлив и учтив, номер всегда убирался, рядом все достопримечательности. Учитывая, что номера без кухни, мне не хватало минимального набора для утреннего чашки чая или кофе (чайник и ....). И очень понравилась тишина и пение птиц за окном, супер! Месторасположение немного далеко от транспорта, идти в горку не очень было хорошо в жару.

- Sixtine (7/5): - C'était parfait pour un passage d'une nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très limité, mais il y a au moins une boisson et une viennoiserie proposés. Le manque d'eau chaude. En août c'est moins grave, mais la réception a eu du mal à accepter ma remarque et a tenu à me démontrer qu'il y avait de l'eau chaude en faisant couler longtemps. Lors de la dema l'eau chaude n'est pas venue......

- Mate (3/5): Minősíthetetlen - A díszítés Nem volt légkondi, a ventillátor pedig nem hűtötte le a szobát. A fürdőszoba koszos volt, a takarítók a tiszta törülközőt a wc-deszkára hajtogatják, nem tudom, hogy miért. A recepciósok nem kedvesek, ha a vendég rosszul beszél olaszul, kibeszélik a háta mögött és lekezelően viselkednek vele, mintha nem is az idegenforgalomból élnének. Úgy gondolom, hogy ha a bevételem a külföldiekből származik, akkor nem derogálhat angolul beszélni. Az olasz nem világnyelv egyelőre, úgyhogy félretehetnék a fenenagy önérzetüket, másnak sem derogál angolul beszélni.

O quarto em que ficamos era pequeno, mas confortável, perfeito para casais, destaque para o banheiro que era bem bonito. Ele tem um clima de casarão antigo que eu particularmente gosto, janelas grandes, escada de mármore e um jardim enorme. O café da manhã é bem saboroso e bem eacessivel comparado com as cafeterias da região, Atenção pois não há elevador nem ar-condicionado nos quartos, No geral, foi uma hospedagem com excelente custo-benefício e que atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas. Sou uma pessoa que tem dificuldade para dormir até em ambientes minimamente claros, como sugestão, os quartos poderiam ter cortinas black out.

- Hmz (10/5): - The staffs were very welcoming, this was one of the best stays I had In italy. The hotel is very secure, someone is at the desk 24/7 and the doors are manually controlled by the receptionist. The location is perfect as it is near the bus or to be honest I did everything by foot. I stayed there 4 nights.

- Suttyak (7/5): - Tutto regolare Diciamo che è un hotel di 1 stella quindi non si può pretendere tanto. Pulito ma i letti molto duri e scomodi. Senza cuscini di riserva. La colazione si può fare a pagamento ma non è un granché. È un hotel vecchio, avevamo la camera sotto scala e si sentiva la gente. Intorno non c'è nulla solo abitazioni ed e in salita quindi se siete senza macchina non è il massimo. I mezzi sono a 5/7 min a piedi.

- Alain (9/5): - Magnifique petit palais romain dans son jus, au milieu d'un jardin sauvage. Quartier superbe, calme, bien placé et facile pour se garer. Chambre immense et d'un calme reposant après le tumulte de Rome ! On dormait avec les fenetres ouvertes... A decouvrir d'urgence. Il ne manque que le petit déjeuner !

Silencioso y a unos pocos minutos andando del centro. El personal muy amable. La única pega que le pondría es que no tiene aire acondicionado. En pleno verano en Roma, con ola de calor, se agradece, pero sí tenía ventilador.

- Kirill (10/5): - We really liked the hotel! We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied. Towels were changed daily, and there's a fan in the room which really helps with the heat. Convenient location and a beautiful neighborhood with Italian-style architecture. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening. The staff was very friendly! We highly recommend this hotel

- Hannah (9/5): wir kommen wieder! - Die Lage war top, dass es auf einem Hügel liegt, sollte ja wohl logisch sein, das sieht man doch? Der Raum war sehr sauber, genauso das Bad. Die Dusche hatte einen für die Lage guten Wasserdruck. Wir waren im Sommer dort und obwohl unsere zwei Fenster nicht zum Garten gingen, hatten wir keinen Straßenlärm. Die Luft war sauber und der Ventilator hat einen guten Durchzug erzeugt. Klar, wir waren Ende Juli hier, es war super heiß (35°C tagsüber). Trotzdem konnte man es auch ohne AC gut aushalten. Wir haben öfters kalt geduscht. Das Personal war super freundlich und wir konnten auch lange vor dem Check-In unsere Koffer dort im Flur abstellen. Da die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist, war das auch akzeptabel. Der Garten war ein wirklicher Genuss, genauso das Frühstück. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Wir fanden das auch sehr angenehm, dass wir den Zimmerschlüssel immer abgegeben haben, wenn wir in die Stadt gegangen sind... Es ist eine Sorge weniger ♡ Mir gefallen die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Es ist in der Beschreibung angegeben, dass es keine AC gibt. 1. AC ist sehr schlecht für die Umwelt, 2. AC braucht an der Fassade eine große Außeneinheit, das sieht hässlich aus und macht den Charme kaputt... Französische Betten sind ein bisschen klein für 2 Personen 🥲 Es gab viele Mücken und die waren richtig gemein :( und irgendeine Möwe hat die ganze Nacht gekrischen, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts 😅

- Naser (6/5): Trying to be fair. - The staff specially the lady during the day were quite nice. Hot water was available regardless of the time of the shower. Nice bird cheering during the morning I must say. No bidet. So thats something to keep in mind. And no AC only a fan that could only operate on 1. Not 2 or 3 power. A bit more pressure on the water would be better to be fair.
