- ROSALBA (10/5): Súper recomendable!! - El hotel tiene una súper ubicación, las instalaciones estan muy bien y la atención de los empleados es muy buena A pesar de q en otros lugares tuvieron problemas de abastecimiento de agua, en éste hotel sólo un día nos avisaron de q no se haría limpieza en el cuarto por ese motivo pero no faltó agua para bañarse ni para el excusado Los alimentos muy ricos En conclusión súper recomendable

Las habitaciones tienen estufa, nevera y microondas, lavaplatos, pero no tiene ni un plato ni una olla ni un cubierto, ni siquiera hay vasos. Se puede escuchar bastante el ruido de la calle

- JOSE A (4/5): Hotel que no está de acuerdo a su calificación - Hotel decepcionante contra lo que muestra y versus su calificación. Saqué 5 habitaciones y cuando fuimos a recibirlas se nos comunicó que solo tenían 3. Después de hablar nos entregaron las otras dos llaves, con el resultado que la habitación estaba ocupada, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra llave, al igual que la anterior al entrar, también estaba ocupada. No se que control llevan y cuál es el tipo de seguridad que tienen. Después de ire’s y venires nos dieron el quinto cuarto. Adicional a esto en uno de los cuartos tocó solicitar que cambiaran las sábanas ya que estaban sucias y en otro de los cuartos el baño estaba lleno de pelos. Como ven son demasiadas cosas para una reserva. Soy cliente gold de Hotels.com y nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala en un alojamiento.
- Gloria (6/5): Very disappointed! - Pillows were hard and thick. No warm or hot water in the shower. Bed linen didn’t feel fresh and clean, lighting in room was not bright enough to be able to check. No washcloths, soap for sink or coffee….basic necessities for most travelers :(( I was very impressed with the young man that handled my reservation. He was well mannered and respectful even though I was upset due to a miss-understanding related to the way I booked my reservation online.
- Gloria (2/5): Dirty and Unsafe! - Sheets had hair of all sizes everywhere. Sheets also had stains and smelled lime ghey hadnt been washed. Door did not lock which mDe me question safety. I attempted to call reception to let them know of the condition, but the phone did not work. When I looked up at the wall where phone was, there seemed to be blood splatter. Ladies at reception were not accomodating and seemed bothered when I brought up my concerns. Communication was terrible. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for an answer and a refund. Do not recommend.

- Larry (8/5): Superior staff - The hotel is a 3 1/2 star place and with a little extra attention could be 4 stars. The 6 floor Superior suite with 2 rooms and terrace WiFi is almost non existence. There was only 1 chair in the suite and the only TV was in the bedroom. The hot water was not well regulated. It would go from cold to scolding without adjusting. The kitchen was not well stocked. No dish cloths, no coffee maker or blender. No salt or pepper. If these small items are handled the hotel would be 4 stars. The entire staff is superior. The restaurant staff and all other staff are very caring, courtesy, and professional. If you don't speak Spanish well, no problem the staff can handle your request. I would stay there again.

We did notice a few things not working in the room on our first night like the big glass bathroom door and hair dryer, but the management fixed them immediately the next day. The kitchenette was convenient if you want to fix a quick bite! The hotel itself is walking distance to grocery store, a big convention center and many street side stores selling local foods and drinks. Overall, it was a good stay.
