• daniel (4/5): Okay for a couple nights - Staff were friendly and organised airport transfers to and from and got a takeaway breakfast organised for me for a early tour departure The bed wasn't comfy and the 2/3 windows were both facing the corridor where other people walk and the windows were only tinted not one way so had to keep curtains closed

Me alojaron en una habitación que estaba en un sótano, lleno de humedades, trataban de camuflar el olor a moho con ambientador. Solicité el cambio de habitación y no tardaron nada en realojarme. Aún así, es un lugar ruidoso por la ubicación y con cierta falta de limpieza. Los colchones muy incómodos.

We appreciate it a lot 😀 The bed made squeaky sound, we're afraid that it'll break but it didn't. Other than that, everything was great 😀

• Yat (9/5): My needs were met - Location was excellent with easy access to dive shops and great restaurants in Labuan Bajo. The minimart is also nearby, which made post-diving snack and Pocari sweat raids very convenient. My room also served my needs with good air-con, a comfortable bed, and decent storage space. Staff were friendly and proactive. Even though there were some initial hiccups with the airport pick-up, the front desk took the initiative to perform great service recovery for me. Delicious breakfast too! Lighting in the room was a bit too dim. It made packing/unpacking quite difficult. Would be great if there were places to hang wet clothes outside the rooms or more drying space inside bathroom (but this is a very specific need for me as a diver lol). While the bathroom does get flooded, the ventilation system does its job well in drying it up quickly.

• acorna (6/5): Noisy and smelly - Apparently the the reviews for the hotel depend very much on which rooms people stayed in. Our room was in semi-basement with practically no daylight and, being at the side of the bay, we got all the noise both from the street (starting early in the morning) and from the port – mostly at night. The room smelled strongly of the insecticide and, if returning earlier from our travells, we mostly sat outside in the corridors. I would have evaluated the place one or two stars if it were not for perfect location, excellent breakfast on a terrace with stunning view and a very helpful girl at the reception who indicated where I can fast replace broken charger for my phone.

• Noëmi (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage zum Hafen. Haben dort übernachtet um nach der Ankunft im Hafen eine Nacht in LBJ zu bleibe bevor es am nächsten Tag mit dem Flugzeug weiter ging. Dafür ist es in Ordnung Sehr dunkle Zimmer, Klimaanlage tropft (aber immerhin gibt es eine), Bettwäsche nicht ganz sauber , Wand hinter der Klimaanlage dunkel verfärbt. Sehr hellhörig.

• Husna Effida (7/5): Great location, lovely rooftop breakfast terrace, and very responsive staff, though the musty bathroom smell, traffic no - The hotel is very well located, directly opposite the gate of Taman Kampung Air, on a lively street in Labuan Bajo. It is only about 8 minutes’ drive from the airport and around 5 minutes’ walk to the marina, which makes it very convenient for getting around. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby, all within easy walking distance. A highlight of our stay was the open terrace restaurant on the top floor, outlooking the Labuan Bajo Marina, where we had breakfast. The atmosphere there made the experience especially enjoyable. We were also very impressed by the staff’s efficiency. Just before our departure, there was a power outage, but they arranged a backup generator for our room in under 10 minutes. This was truly exceptional service. The bathroom had a slight musty smell, possibly because it does not get much sunlight or airflow. Although our room had a balcony, the door did not seal properly, so outside traffic noise could be heard quite clearly from the room. We also found it a little inconvenient that there was no power socket near the mirror, or easily accessible in the room for styling tools, which made drying my hair less practical.

• guillaume (8/5): Hôtel en plein cœur de Labuan Bajo - Très accessible, l’établissement se situe au carrefour de nombreux magasins et restaurants de Labuan Bajo. Il y a même dans le bâtiment un endroit pour manger et un spa. La salle de bain et la chambre sont spacieuses. L’eau est bien chaude.

The whole room smelt terrible of drains as the plumbing is not installed correctly. The strong smell of faeces and vomit from the drains made it difficult to sleep and left me feeling sick. Also the sheets and bath mat were covered in stains. I have never seen or smelt anything so gross in a hotel.

Shower temperature is very difficult to adjust. The reception and resturant staffs barely to deal with any questions. At least they are friendly and try.
• CHIEN-WEN (8/5): - 住宿地點周邊有超市、餐廳和許多潛水店，走路約20～30分鐘可以抵達一整排的海鮮餐廳（價錢與口味見仁見智），地點算是很不錯。 可惜我們在這裡只停留了一個下午，沒有機會預約他們店內的按摩，聽說服務不錯，還能看到美麗的海景。 我們的房間被安排在最低樓層，加上入住時間正值印尼的雨季，所以整個空間給人一種頗潮濕的感覺，進房間後也能聞到一股濕氣過重時會散發的氣味。 沒有電梯，需要自行搬運行李箱上下樓，加上樓梯又有些窄，稍微有點辛苦。

Good amount of shelving for storage. WiFi was pretty slow and spotty and the room was somewhat cramped, but overall a good value for the price point!

Could only have a scolding hot shower. Cold water had no pressure at all. Just all needs some TLC.

We got a room with leaking window and nonfunctional AC, yet the manager didnt give us a proper solution. We had to change to multiple rooms just so we could accommodate the hotel’s needs. Our needs? Who cares. New room, faulty AC still. We can only suck it up and sleep. Complained to Booking, but Booking need confirmation from the hotel for the next step, and as of now it has been a week, I have yet to get a response to my complaint. Skip this hotel by all means. A shitshow.

It's very sad because they could do great but it seems like they actively decide not to. We travelled Indonesia for a month and this was the worst customer service and overall experience we've had. So bad I also informed booking about it. I barely write bad reviews but they really deserve one. It seems like they're just trying to make the most money and don't care if their guests are actually satisfied. Mouldy room, no water, not clean, staff not interested. And still they tried to charge us even more.

• Xander (7/5): Nice location, but quite expensive for what you get. - The issues we had about our room were fixed quickly. The room we initially got was a smaller one than the one we booked. After mentioning this to the staff they apologised, and with some negotiation we received breakfast for all days. On day 2 (of 4) we were able to switch to the correct room as well. Also the room is very little isolated, so you hear everything from outside and the ac is basically on 24/7 to keep the room at 23 degrees C (even on lower settings)

Die Zimmer zum Meer haben eine gute Aussicht, innenliegende Zimmer sollte man meiden. Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse macht einen tollen Job. Das wlan funktionierte nicht immer, der Heißwasserspender für Neskaffee funktionierte nicht und wurde nicht gereinigt. Früh auf den Weg zu den Touren (komodo usw.) lag das personal auf der Wartecouch und schlief, die Gäste mussten auf ihrem pick-up Service auf der Straße warten

• Sue (8/5): Location location value value ! What more do you want? Err ear plugs. The place is as shown by photos: we were lucky to - Location!! The walls were paper thin and the toilet flooded as the floor isn’t level.
