• Cam (9/5): This is great location, walking distance to many Barcelona attractions, shopping, and restaurants. - The host met us with keys to property. He was attentive and friendly. The kitchen area was small. There were yellowish powder by kitchen (sign of termites).

They communicated well and provided step by step process to simply the checking in process. Really nothing. Everything was up to par. However the elevator while is nostalgic would be better to have a modern elevator as it would be more convenient since the current elevator relies on all who are using to close the 3 doors if not they do not work.

L'accueil a été très bien, nous avons été accueilli par une hôte qui nous a donné les clés et expliqué en détail les choses à visiter dans la ville. En cherchant bien, il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié, hormis le temps qui n'était pas au rendez-vous :)

Lovely Warm, clean and comfortable. Nothing we didn’t like. Mirrors would be nice to have in bedrooms, and some extra items such as glassware and toilet roll.
• Nicholas (10/5): Great host! Besides the A/C Heater issue... it was exactly what we were looking for. - The view, applicances, bed, shower were all great! ThE Air conditioning and heater had trouble working at first and needed to be switched on or off by the host in order for it to work, even then it was hard to customize the temperature more than 2 degrees difference. This made us either very cold or extra warm some nights of the stay with little wiggle room for comfort.

• Kev (8/5): Lovely placed apartment, with all necessary facilities. - The location was amazing to the centre of Barcelona, within easy reach to all the attractions. There were plenty of good eating and drinking facilities in the area. A little TLC was needed, but was very clean throughout. We were under the impression that the two bathrooms were onsite, the smaller bathroom was very small with no room to move. Maybe needs a step into the back outdoor space from the main bedroom would be good, but we would definitely stay again.

• Samantha (10/5): It was the perfect home away from home. - We stayed in the top floor of the location near Casa Mila. This location was perfect for our family of five (kids 7y, 7y, 4y). The older two kids each had a twin bed in one room, another room with a twin bed, and then a large room with a queen bed and plenty of room to spread out. The balconies were perfect for giving the kids a space to go outside and play. We really appreciated having a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing/drying machine to keep up with the tasks of daily living and not need to try eating out while dealing with jet lag. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors (although not sure if they heard us). FYI, the water from the sink didn’t get very cold and there was no ice tray. We learned to keep our refillable water bottles in the refrigerator overnight with the lid off and that gave us some cold water for our adventures the next day.

In reality though the terrace is only accessible during the day when someone from “reception” is around. I would have preferred knowing this in advance.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of door in the bathroom. You have to close the bedroom before taking a shower.

Powerful AC system was a huge plus. The interior decor wasn't exactly what was pictured in the listing, but the great view made up for it.

The location was fantastic and the staff super responsive and nice! Good internet speed and lottts of fridge space. Would book again but for fewer people to avoid room sharing. The one shared room was not ideal for our group and we did not realize the rooms did not have a door. But we made it work.

• Iain (10/5): Perfect location. - Apartment was perfect for me and my father, location was even better! Situated next to so many different restraunts and bars. Host was very welcoming and left us great recommendations for places to eat and also arranged our taxi back to the airport. After walking miles and miles through the most beautiful streets it was great to unwind on the terrace and watch the sun set.

• Zafrir (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, nice apartment clean and spacious, well equipped with appliances. Nice view from the 2 balconies. They were accommodating, giving us a late checkout for only 50 euros extra, which was nice. Note there’s no dryer in the apartment, there’s a washer and a drying rack (u need to hang the clothes to dry). Water pressure is low and there’s limited hot water (hot water run out on us if we took a shower one after the other). They could be more generous about the little things - providing more towels (they wanted 10 euros per person, which we thought was excessive), refilling toilet paper, sugar, tea, etc. they do not refill.

Loved the roof terrace too but would have liked the tiles on the first section to have been mopped (but Barcelona is in drought so understandable). The inside areas of the flat were very clean. If I had to be picky, it could have had some personal touches (there is no artwork on the walls). There should really be a coffee table by the sofa too.
