Shower door leaked water, every time I took a shower, the outside floor would flood. I had to use a towel to absorbe and dry all that water, it’s a real hazardous situation if you don’t realize and dry it immediately.

- wellington (4/5): Falta de flexibilidade e trato com hóspede - Cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo. Recepcionistas, chegamos às 14:05 e queriam cobrar por uma hora extra, para que pudessem liberar o quarto. Perguntaram se não lemos o contrato que dizia ser check in às 15hs, forma mesquinha e grosseria de lidar com o hóspede. Choveu um dia e inundou o térreo do hotel, causando mau cheiro, não tomamos café da manhã por dois dias, saímos às 6hs da manhã do check out, mesmo assim o importante para a administração desse hotel era cobrar por 1 (uma) hora extra, lamentável.

The car parking is a bonus and public transport is accessible and very close. Coffee and water in lounge is a plus. Unfortunately, there was storm flooding and the staff moved us from ground floor to upper floor.It was managed very professionally and everything was back to normal in morning. Well done staff. Nothing to report.

Camas confortáveis, banheiro grande, ar condicionado funcionava bem. mtas tomadas, espaço para as malas, espelhos, ferro elétrico, bem confortável o hotel e bem limpo. embora não tenha frigobar no quarto, há um bebedouro com água disponível no andar do quarto. mto prático. o café da manhã é bem mexicano, obviamente, então, pode não agradar a brasileiros. a localização não é ruim, depende muito do que pretende fazer na cdmx. é uma área de mtos comércios nas proximidades. mas é próximo do mercado de la ciudad, o centro histórico fica uns 20 m de caminhada. enfim, a cdmx é mto grande, as atrações são distantes uma das outras, necessita se locomover com transportes. usamos uber o tempo todo.

Purtroppo le camere erano molto piccole, eravamo in tre e c’erano due letti alla francese quindi due persone dormivano strette e abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte tre asciugamani perché quella camera di base era considerata per due persone.

L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville tout en restant dans un endroit calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour se détendre. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon aussi ! Seul petit point à noter : les chambres ne sont pas parfaitement insonorisées, mais heureusement le quartier est très calme, ce qui ne pose pas vraiment de problème.

- Ale Robles (8/5): Estancia agradable - La habitación es muy cómoda, y tiene las amenidades suficientes para descansar. El piso de la regadera tenía jabón, y el filtro de la cafetera estába sucio.

También te dejan botellas de agua, que se agradece mucho Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias, literalmente había pelos de otras personas en la ducha. Estuvimos 2 veces en 2 habitaciones distintas y en las 2 faltaba el gel de ducha, que tuvimos que pedir en recepción. También nuestra última habitacion tenía un fallo en la electricidad y se escuchaba un pitido horrible constantemente lo que nos molestó mucho al dormir.

- Domingo (7/5): - Qué tenían surtidores de agua gratuitos por todo el hotel, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno estaba bastante bien. Buena ubicación, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro. El colchón de la cama era muy incómodo, estaba hundido.

- Carballo (8/5): - Room was tidy and spacious. Hotel overall was clean and well kept. My mom had to leave very early to catch a flight, the staff provided her with a mini breakfast to go which was very kind, biggest reason I will recommend this hotel again. The fee of $50 usd to check in early it feels like a rip off, not sure this is the case for every hotel.
- Marian (8/5): Perfect for a modest traveller - The multiple exits into several streets made it easy to order a taxi to the best spot, and to walk comfortably to different parts of the city. The room was comfortable and the room service — considerate. The WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was polite and courteous. My room had no fridge which in a hot country is a real setback. Some of the front house staff spoke no English which made communication difficult.

- Hugo (6/5): - Little gym, breakfast, water dispenser The mattress was not comfortable, the window faced a wall, and the room was poorly soundproofed (you could clearly hear people in the corridors and the hall — the room was close to the entrance hall). I asked to change rooms, but they ignored me.
