El acceso, las escaleras y el ascensor aunque viejos pero en buen estado y funcionan. Es claro que es el centro de Madrid.

Собствениците са изключително любезни и поддържат постоянен контакт, за да са в помощ по всяко време. Като цяло всичко ни хареса. Аз имах нужда от етажерка или друго приспособление в душ-кабината, където да си разположа тоалетните принадлежности. Би било добре да има кошче за боклук в банята.

Appartement suffisamment spacieux, agréable. Immeuble sécurisé. Propriétaires réactifs par Whattsap. Appartement donnant côté rue: Plaza Santo Domingo, très très bruyant.
• Marina Aglì ĺ (10/5): Fantastica Madrid - Appartamento in palazzo d'epoca, in zona centrale. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono la Gran Via, il palazzo reale e le più belle piazze di Madrid. Negozi e ristoranti in tutta la zona, ma comunque tranquillità assoluta. Ottimo il check in/out in autonomia con l'applicazione di facile utilizzo. Appartamento curioso con vista su Piazza Santo Domingo, pulitissimo e molto accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. Mireia e Diana sono state molto collaborative dandoci tutte le istruzioni. Assolutamente da consigliare per passare qualche giorno vivendo la città completamente in autonomia.
• protocolo1 (3/5): No me gustó - La ubicación es buena Lamentablemente me basé en comentarios de otros usuarios, y realmente no cumplió mis expectativas. Legué al estudio, vi lo que era, e inmediatamente busqué otro alojamiento que fuera de mi agrado. En mi opinión, necesita una renovación.

• BEATRIZ DE LEON SUAREZ (9/5): Acogedor piso con todas las comodidades en pleno centro de Madrid. - Las camas eran muy cómodas, las persianas hacen que no entre claridad, cosa que agradezco mucho. Para estar en pleno centro y ser fin de semana no tuvimos ningún problema con los ruidos. Pegado a Gran Vía, Callao y a pocos minutos de Sol. Repetiría sin duda alguna, hemos estado muy cómodos. Todo nos gustó

• Natan (10/5): Great cozy place in a central location. - Nice little studio in a very central location. Equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfy stay. The balcony was covered by scaffolds that were on the entire front of the building and it wasn't mentioned in advance (at least I didn't see it). It's not nice because it's a key element of the apartment and something you look into when booking a place.

• Wanda (7/5): I would definitely return to this stay on my next trip to Madrid, Diana is an excellent host! 10/10 - The location was the best, everything was accessible by foot. The Royal Theater was literally a 3 minute walk, the royal castle about a 5 minute walk. I enjoyed every minute in Madrid thanks to this Inn. The only thing I can point out and I guess it wasn't the Inn's fault is that the view from the room was interrupted by a construction scaffolding, this was an absolute bummer.
• Robert (5/5): A shame about the scaffoling and construction, this would be a wonderful place otherwise! - The location was fantastic, walking distance to the major sites in Madrid. The inside of the apartment was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Scaffolding wrapped the facade of the building. Workers right outside our windows. Construction noise from 0800-1800. If I knew this was going on beforehand, I would have booked somewhere else.
• Peter (5/5): Madrid great place to visit but unfortunately this apartment was too noisy for us - Centrally located, clean, good sized city apartment with host that gave good recommendations of places to eat & drink. Nuki App electronic system enables entry without a physical key Surprised to see the entire building has external scaffolding with walkways outside the apartment windows with the scaffolding covered with external advertising hoarding. The square has a number of bars and clubs so beside the general city & traffic noise etc there are clear peaks of shouting/shrieking as the bars fill and empty until the early hours of the morning. Not suitable for light sleepers!!!

• Dominic (7/5): Great location but could be more for the money. - The location is great and smack bang in the middle of the older section of Madrid with great nightlife and restaurants all around you. The apartment was clean and had the basics you require. Two single beds pushed together does not constitute a large double. For the price, perhaps some complementary coffee would be great. The “balcony” is barely big enough for Juliette, so Romeo will have to sit inside and for our stay the building was covered in scaffolding…

• Christine (6/5): Madrid City Center - It was centrally located, and you can walk to almost anywhere you'd like to go. Great restaurant selection in the area. Not a great location if you're a light sleeper. There's no way to block the outside lights from coming into the room at night unless you have a sleep mask.. The bright street lights turn off around 3:30 am. After a long camino, I was looking forward to washing my clothes, but the washer was broken, and water flooded the kitchen and hallway. It's a vibrant area with tons of places to eat and drink and not that it's the owners's fault, It's extremely loud at night and goes into the wee hours of the morning. One night, the police finally showed up at 5am to make everyone leave the square. Again, it's not fault of the owners, but you should know what to expect if you're close to the square.

Located in a great spot with access to plenty of restaurants, shops and the Metro. We'd stay again on return to Madrid. Nothing at all.

It was nicely decorated and clean and the bed was very comfy. We understand the central city is busy but we found the location noisy at night with traffic noise and the restaurant diners seated outside every night until very late.

• Mats (9/5): Superb - Location was very good as it was walking distance to many places and the subway station. Host was.kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage upon arrival before the check in time. Nice big.room on a quite building. It overlooks a.square that gets quite noisy at night.
• Beatrix (10/5): Exceptional - They have an electronic lock that opens with an app. It is a bit complicated but things worked out fine as the hosts were all the time in contact and very helpful in case I had problems with the lock. It can be a bit difficult for someone who does not have access to internet at the time of arrival but the hosts make sure all works well
