• Christine (7/5): Convenient Location, but Style Comes at the Expense of Comfort - The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from the central station. The decor is distinctive and interesting, and the staff were responsive. However, the hotel seems to prioritise style over comfort. When we asked for a mattress topper for a guest with joint issues, we were told that none were available. Unfortunately, this resulted in poor-quality sleep and painful joints the following day. At this price point, we would expect such basic comfort-related requests, especially those linked to health needs, to be accommodated where possible. Next time, we will choose a different hotel that better suits our needs.

• Mary (10/5): We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family! We think this hotel is really special. - The location is fantastic and just what we had hoped for. We had not booked ahead for the breakfast, but after we ate there the first day, we came back twice for breakfast and once for dinner. We really enjoyed the interesting and unusual decor! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage upon arrival in Munich in the morning and in addition check in a couple hours early. The room was a bit warm at night so we opened the window. It didn't seem that adjusting the thermostat had any effect.

• mirfashion (10/5): Stilvolles Hotel mit tollem Personal mitten in der Stadt - Das Hotel hat einen einzigartigen Stil und das Personal ist einfach extrem zuvorkommend! Die Zimmer sind detailverliebt eingerichtet mit vielen Stilelementen. Man sollte immer die Kategorie ‘medium’ oder aufwärts buchen. Es liegt sehr zentral, obgleich ein Bahnhofsviertel nicht zu den besten Gegenden einer Stadt gehört und der Hauptbahnhof derzeit komplett umgebaut wird. Rundherum wird viel gebaut, um das Viertel weiter aufzuwerten. Leider gibt es keine Bademäntel und auch keinen Zimmerservice. Man kann sich an der Bar Getränke kaufen und mit auf das Zimmer nehmen - einige Speisen gibt es mit Nachlass auch zum Take-Away auf das Zimmer. Vermisst habe ich eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, was einem die Morgenroutine erleichtert.. Das ist sicherlich dem verfügbaren Platz geschuldet.

Die Ausstattung und das Design waren eine sehr positive Überraschung, das ist wirklich gelungen. Als Plus noch einige kostenlosen Getränke in der Minibar. Nix.

• Ahmet Tugrul (3/5): Stylish room, bad experience on the day to checkout - Breakfast was excellent. The room was stylish and the hotel was easy to get to. Although it is next to the main road, it was very quiet at night. After I checked out, I took a meeting around the reception area and used the restroom before my flight. The hotel/restaurant security started starting at me and told me I am not allowed to brush my teeth in a very hostile manner. I was totally shocked by this, and escalated this issue to the reception. The staff at the reception apologised several times but I couldn't reach the manager to make my formal complaint. The sink is inside of the room, instead of bathroom. I find it very unpractical.

Bold Fahrer nicht vor der Türe stehen bleiben darf... aber das liegt an der Straßenbahn. Die TEppiche und der Boden im Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber. Aber es war sonst eh in Ordnung. Vielen DANK.

• Betul Tove (4/5): - Location We were very uncomfortable with the bathroom setup in our room. There was no sink inside the toilet area. The only sink available for all hygiene needs was located right next to the bed, which felt very unhygienic and inconvenient. During the night, if you need to use the sink, you have to do it right beside your sleeping partner. It was also impossible to understand this layout from the hotel photos because they did not clearly show that the toilet had no sink. When we explained our discomfort to the staff, they told us that all rooms in our category had the same setup, and that we would need to pay extra for an upgraded room with a proper bathroom. In addition, the room lacked basic furniture such as a chair or a small table to sit or place belongings on. The floors were also not clean enough. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, hygiene, and transparency.

• Anna (9/5): Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von München - Schönes Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet und gross genug(wir hatten ein Medium). Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich würde hier übernachten. Die Lage ist top. Wir waren im 1. Stock, da waren die Trams auch in der Nacht gut hörbar.
