- Verified traveler (4/5): Shambolic affair - Very disappointing stay overall. The apartment is very tired and not as advertised. We had one bowl in the kitchen, a hairdryer that smelt like it was on fire, no microwave as advertised and a 1970's TV instead of a flat screen one that certainly did not have digital connection. There are also bugs present in the kitchen and the noise from the street is very loud at night. Our host was also very uncooperative. Expedia asked for a check in review and as there was miscommunication between our host and Expedia themselves we gave feedback on this, only to be called a liar by our host. I felt this was very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. We also agreed a check out time of 10am and our host did not bother to show. We were also asked half way through our stay if we would mind if our host could show someone around the apartment. As we felt obliged, we co-operated however again this seemed very unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend the apartment or the host to anyone.
- Harald (6/5): - This was rather disappointing. When you see the pictures you get high expectations but in reality you get a poorly managed apartment. They don't have to do much to fix this, but they have to do it!! Almost no kitchen convenience. We had 2 forks and 3 knifes, a couple plates, bad pans and pots. The fridge was OK. Bathroom was clean but no bin next to the toilet. There were ants inside near the balcony. Someone had been smoking in the apartment and this smell didn't go away for the whole week. Underneath the bench were hairs and a lot of dust. The bench was dirty and they simply put a blanket over it. Bedrooms were clean, (lights on the night table would sure be handy) A lot of noise on the streets very early in the morning.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - No room cleaning and not interested for two people with children. You have a air collection but it is not a good temperature for running the long day
- Leonid (10/5): Beatiful place, beatiful location - This apartment is located really close to beach ( ~5-7 minutes of walk ), but not so close to be in noisy environment. A lot of space ( two rooms and big kitchen ), nice old building. Very good to have parking place just in the yard Stuff ( Vincenze ) - really good and kind person, ready to help with any problems ( if there ).
- Matthew (10/5): Nice hotel close to the lake - Great location, spacious room and really nice owners who helped us with everything. They were even nice enough to give us a lift back to the train station as we were leaving.
