- Jeffrey (8/5): - They wpuld not give receipt. They said i had paid expida and would have to get receipt from them
- Hernandez (7/5): - General location for our visit. Quick access to everything. TV worked but the remote didn't. And when we did get it to work, the TV was only good for one channel. Difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.
- Plaza (10/5): It was great - Everything was great That it say it have breakfast and when you get here they tell you they don't. But beside that I loved it
- Frank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darla (8/5): Will stay again - The gentleman that checked me in was very nice.
Best hotel pillows ever!!!!!
- Rodriguez (8/5): Very good - Bed was made wit clean sheets and blankets, clean towels, shower was clean, Roaches
- Noah (2/5): - Upon check-in breakfast was asked about since it's "provided" and told no breakfast for years.
People walking around that have/are doing drugs.
Multiple roaches from within 2 hours of being in the room.
Multiple attempts to contact property manager by phone and online with no response.
- Jose Luis (4/5): - On the bewpage is advertising breakfast but receptionist said they haven't served breakfast for a couple of years since covid. Now i assume since they're not serving breakfast any more this should be removed from the advertising on the hotel. I hope this gets fix very soon.
- Crystal (4/5): - We had various issues with our room but the front desk staff could not communicate in English to assist us.
- Cherry (8/5): Would not return - Check in was very hard. The hotel clerk could barely speak or understand English. Room did not include a hairdryer. Hotel did not provide breakfast as the website stated. They didn't even provide coffee in the lobby. Would not stay here again.
- Stephen (4/5): You get what you pay for. - The staff was excellent and provided great service. There were some issues, however. We got in late and went to get in bed and found a dead fly under the pillows. Towels in the bathroom were clean, but stained.
- Trinity (5/5): Passable -
- Alex (9/5): Superb - Very nice. To stay here good room, good staff very clean 🤙🏻
- Sharon (10/5): - The rooms were nice & spacious. Its a quiet area & very clean. No breakfast tho.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unwelcome visit made me leave - The manager of the property seemed very nice, but I actually had to leave earlier than expected, as the first morning I woke up in the room, a cockroach was running next to my pillow. And well... where there's one, there's probably more (especially at night - when one's sleeping). ugh... And no I did not have food lying around. I know this can happen, but I don't have to be ok with it, so I asked for a refund for the remaining nights and left. Had to go through hotels.com since I booked with them. In the end, I was refunded only half of the total of my stay - I don't know who decided on that amount (whether it was the motel or hotels.com).
FYI: Hotels.com stipulates that breakfast is included. IT IS NOT! But then again, I probably wouldn't have eaten anything there after my experience anyway.
So really this review could be as much for the motel as it is for hotels.com
- Brance (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome Place - Very clean and comfortable I enjoyed it.
- Janine (10/5): - This property was wonderful in all aspects! The room was very clean (service daily) and everything in the room worked. The location is ideal. I would definitely recommend this place and visit it again!

- latisha (6/5): - Nice employees but room had a scent and I had to kill 2 flies and 1 roache
- Glenn (8/5): - Ok value, very nice lady at front desk, gave lots of information and directions for restaurants, etc
- Matthew (5/5): It was ok, except for the dope heads - I liked it was around the corner from my house and the easy to get delivered food The crackheads that attempted to pull me out of my vehicle after soliciting me for sex
- Dennis (8/5): Exceeded my expectations for the price - The most important was it was clean and comfortable Towels were a little small and thin

- Albert (10/5): - I really liked the room that I was in. The front desk people were personable and accommodating to me.
- Jeremy (7/5): A nice room for a good price, but missing the advertised breakfast!! - The room was very nice and clean. It was quiet and the beds were very, very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was advertised as including breakfast, but there was no breakfast included. No coffee available, either- not in the room or otherwise.
Located in a somewhat rougher part of town. Bulletproof glass enclosing the hotel office caught my eye.

- Jim (4/5): - Expedia said they serve breakfast, but they don't.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Roaches - Roaches everywhere. I was on the second floor. Moved the bed spread and roaches scattered. I didn't stay my 2nd night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Roachfest 2023 - Stayed for two night 1st room was very clean the 2nd room had hair in the shower and a dead roach on the floor the need to call the exterminator because the roaches were crawling up the walls and on the dresser

- James (6/5): - Unfortunately we encountered a roach problem that we reported the morning after our arrival. The manager said that they had just sprayed and that he would spray our room while we were out. We continued to see roaches in the room until we checked out.
- Christina (10/5): Good stay - Even though in a rougher part of town it had a Very comfortable bed. I was also impressed with how clean the room was.
- Joseph (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
- Laurie (10/5): - Clean
- Roger (10/5): Amazing - No complaints at all i enjoy the stay
- Anne (10/5): Cleaner than any Marriott hands down!! - We have always stayed at Marriott Hotels. But this is the first time we have not. And the first time ever coming to Longview. We attended my grandma's funeral. Let me tell the truth!! This place is cleaner than any Marriott that we have ever stayed! I don't know about the past experiences of others but we will stay there again up against any HOTEL or motel. We felt safe and all. I can't say enough good things about this place because it tops any Marriott! And the rste was cheap but the room and stay was worth a million!!
- Joana (2/5): - No breakfast or hair dryer in room.
- John (10/5): - Great stay
- daniel (8/5): - It looked to be a cheaper side of town but the room was clean . Liked the fact it had a good sized fridge with a freezer area, microwave and a cook top. Was disappointed that there was no coffee or any way to get any. The ad had said that coffee was in the room. Otherwise area was quiet and easy to get to the venue.Fit our needs.
- Gerald (8/5): - Very good and clean
- Douglas (10/5): - Clean safe property with well lit parking.
- Billy (10/5): - They keep it clean and seem to keep up with maintenance. Friendly staff. No hair dryer in room but they got one for us upon request.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel, but he tried to overcharge me - It was a good stay for our trip to Longview and then goin back home, but when we got there to check in (we told them it was a late check in) the guy in the office tried to charge us $140 and even after I explained to him that I had booked online through hotels.com he tried to act like we didn’t know what we were talking about! Finally I told him we had a reservation online and it was $70. Definitely disappointed in this and will be finding a different hotel from now on.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Economical, clean, comfortable
WARNING - There is no Free Breakfast even though the website says there is.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice room & it was very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Longview.
- W5924VSstephenj (4/5): Tax - I was at this hotel for over 10 months. After the first 30 days you are not allowed to charge the tax’s. When I realized I had been charged the tax for every week and added it up my total was over 800$. He told me with a smile on his face,” I’m not going to pay you”!! Be careful when you stay at this hotel!!!!
- Denetra (10/5): Nice - One Of The Better Places To Stay On 80
- Denetra (10/5): Felt Like Ah Queen At The Exec - It was again an enjoyable stay. The room overall was nice and clean and big. This was my first time staying there out of all the times I'ved stayed in the surrounding Metroplex. And they are the cleanest and the best of all the hotels on 80 5 stars
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rude employees, it was extremely loud! The guy at the front desk was rude, the place had roaches
- Tessia (8/5): Overall 8.4 out of 10 for my personal experience - Evacuated from hurricane, the hotel rms were just as in pics & very peaceful. No breakfast due to the covid-19 pandemic, upon arrival Mgr was very kind but there was a very rude lady in the lobby that seemed to have an attitude, I don't know if she was assistant Mgr or wife but was rude & abrasive,1 newspaper is given to whoever gets it 1st in the morning, since our room was furthest from office wifi was extremely weak & hardly worked. It had, a king sized bed perfect firmness if u have back problems, a couch that had a fold out bed if needed, coffee table, desk, 2 end tables, phone, mjni fridge, microwave, flatscreen tv with premium channels, lots of closet space, accessible outlets throughput room. But had no coffee maker, hair dryer, or iron, it had 2 round soaps & a half empty bottle of shampoo that looked & smelled like mouthwash but Ihad brought my own so that part wasn't too bad. Although, the room was very nice & very up to date with appearances & extremely clean & very comfortable with a lot of space. Parking lot had very tight arrangement & there wasn't an elevator but the stairs had a nice canopy covering over them & neighborhood seemed to have many amenities & although it was around stores & restaurants, it seemed to have a very secluded & private feel that made it almost seem as if it wasn't around any businesses & very peaceful. They have smoking rooms & Mgr was very understanding when it came to letting us checkout a bit past checkout time on our final day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Will definitely stay there again very nice people honest and caring
- Jeremy (10/5): - I never have a problem with the WiFi, so I'm able to get school and business work done. The bed is comfortable, DirecTV shows variety of channels. Each room has a small couch and desk. Nice bang for buck. I paid $51 for a clean room on a Friday night through Orbitz.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spacious, Clean Room And Bath!! Freshly Painted Room.. Comfortable Bed..
- ABT77 (10/5): Excellent Excellent Excellent - Rooms and hotels is very clean, beds is comfortable and safe location. I have been many time to this hotel and never had any issue. If you need a hotel room pick this hotel. Staff is always nice. Very Good Internet. Owner spend money and keep facility updated.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Did not like the lack of breakfast only thing available was cold cereal and some packages of muffins. Along with milk and sunny d.
I also requested a 1015am wake up call that didnt happen, then lastly the maid opened my door while i was sleeping you would think they would have a system to ahow which rooms are occupied
- Verified traveler (2/5): PainFULL - No sleep killing bedbugs and fleas
- Larry (6/5): - WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was from 6 thru 9 am. He was always late putting breakfast out. We go to work outside early. Had to wait every morning to put breakfast out; on the last day, after we waiting till 10 after 6; we just left. Will not ever stay there again.
- adriank811 (2/5): Gross. - Stayed one night on our way through to Amarillo. I have stayed at some dive motels but this one is truly disgusting, bed had stains all over it some which looked like blood, woke up to a big ol’ beetle crawling up my back middle of the night. We left promptly after around 3:00am. Just gross. Stay somewhere else.
- chrismeredith2016 (10/5): Great out of the way hotel at a great price - For many years I have stayed at this hotel. It is a few miles off the interstate however it is easy access. I like hotels that are "pull up" or outside rooms just due to the fact I carry so much stuff for work and need access to my car easily. While there is not a pool or lounge or restaurant on the property if you are looking for an inexpensive and yet clean, nice place to stay this is it. The rooms are very reasonable and what I like most about them is that they are very clean and spacious with modern furniture. They are nicer than many hotels I stay in that are twice the price and with more room than them all. The owners are great, friendly and never forget your face and are always thankful for your business.
- drcody775 (8/5): A nice place to view Longview - We were on our way to DFW and decided to spend the night in Longview, TX and we opted to take a chance on the Executive Inn and I'm happy that we did.....An old motel that had been completely renovated to stay up with the times....Spacious room with a flat screen TV and free WI-FI......Would highly recommend this place.....
- Texastravelers2014 (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Me and my husband stayed at the Executive Inn and we really enjoyed it. It is a family owned and managed hotel. The owner was
really nice to us. The room was cleaned daily, we had cable tv, wifi. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast but it is a plus to have it.
Really quiet and tranquil hotel, we travel a lot and it is really similar to Comfort inn suites and Hampton inn, the difference is the price per night and weekly rates. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Longview Texas, I highly recommend this hotel.
