• Dora (6/5): Insomma - La posizione. Le camere sono nuove e molto carine. Quando siamo rientrati in camera verso le 24 abbiamo scoperto che Il letto non era stato cambiato. Non è presente reception in hotel, ho telefonato e una ragazza è arrivata dopo una ventina di minuti a cambiare il letto in pigiama. Sul momento mi sono anche scusata per l' orario e le ho dato una mano, ho pensato che un disguido possa capitare magari avevano ignorato il cambio clienti ma ho notato che la pulizia era approssimativa...insomma avrei preferito non vedere cosa c' era sotto le lenzuola! I letti sono molto scomodi.

Mais j’aurais voulu être averti en avance. Un hôtel qui n’a pas de fer à repasser ce n’est pas normal! Cela reste de la détails mais même. Il faut un minimum.

J’ai retrouvé des insectes dans le lit bébé.. Je ne suis pas difficile habituellement mais ici je devais rester 6 nuit (payé non remboursé) , j’en suis finalement resté que deux et suis partit dans un autre hôtel, impossible pour nous.

• Ania (5/5): A hotel with such unprofessional and disrespectful staff and a good location - I initially booked a room at Hotel Arno, but upon arrival, I discovered there was no reception. I was directed to another hotel where a single staff member was handling check-ins for seven different hotels within the same chain. I had to wait in line for approximately 1.5 hours to complete the check-in process. When I finally returned to Hotel Arno to collect my room keys, I found that there were no keys available. I was extremely frustrated, but the staff simply told me that no one was available to assist and that perhaps the cleaning staff had taken the keys. After some time, another staff member brought a backup key; however, the original key was still missing. For security reasons, I refused to enter the room, as the front door had been left open and someone could have taken the key and returned later to steal my belongings. I requested a room change, but they claimed the hotel was fully booked. Eventually, it turned out that the room had been taken by the assistant of the hotel’s chef, and there were no records of the assignment. The room was not even cleaned or prepared. At this point, I became very upset and asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely disrespectful, raised his voice at me, and flatly refused to issue a refund. After significant stress and frustration, they finally assigned me a different room at Hotel Ivana, which, to their credit, was clean and comfortable. This entire experience was deeply unprofessional and disrespectful, and it completely ruined my day. I sincerely hope the management recognizes that they are severely understaffed and urgently need better systems for check-in procedures and room tracking.

• Gabriele (6/5): Hotel buono ma senza reception, leggere sotto - Mi dispiace dover dare un voto così basso ad un hotel con un gran potenziale. Il problema vero consiste che NON C'E' UNA RECEPTION CON PRESENZA nella struttura (ne di giorno ne di notte). Questo rappresenta un errore che pregiudica la sicurezza all'interno della struttura (nonostante le porte esterne con codice). Nel mio caso, probabilmente molto sfortunato, non ho ritrovato la chiave di sera nell'apposita bacheca e una volta rientrato in camera, grazie ad un passpartout, ho subito successivamente un tentativo di irruzione. La chiave è stata poi ritrovata la mattina seguente nell'apposita bacheca. E' andato tutto bene alla fine ma con la presenza di persona alla reception si sarebbe evitato tutto questo. Per il resto Pulizia, disponibilità e camere veramente buono ma...di notte si dovrebbe poter dormire tranquilli. ALLOGGIATE ALL'HOTEL SILVIA (stesso gruppo di alberghi). LI' LA RECEPTION C'E'.
