• Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - The home was awesome. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The gated community was well maintained and directly across from the beach. Furniture could use a little love..
• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Tv programs very annoying the way it set up. Couldnt get any football games to come on. Very limited on what you could watch.
• Patti (8/5): Beautiful place, beautiful location and could be 5 star with needed maintenance - Location, 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms Needs maintenance. Twice the smoke detectors began chirping beginning at 2 am until maintenance came. First time it wasn’t fixed as they went off again beginning at 2 am the second night. Minimal sleep those two nights. Main tv could be replaced, ice maker didn’t work, shower rod fell off wall (maintenance called), wall clocks with wrong time/dead batteries and toilet chain needed to be reattached several times (we did that).

• Debra (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great. Quiet and convenient to the beach, pool and restaurants. The outside yard area just needed a little cleaning up. Tree debris and weeds scattered.
• JOSE F (8/5): - The property is spacious with enough rooms to sleep comfortably 8 people o more the kitchen is nice have all you need to cook your food, the neighborhood was nice and quiet overall is a nice place to stay only thing we noticed is that when we sleep the first night the bed hade some sand that let us believe that they did not wash the sheets, so make sure that they do when you stay there, the walk to the beach was a short walk across the street where they have their own access and their pool but have to punch a code every time you get out from the property and to the beach access gates. But we did enjoy our short weekend, I recommend this property.

• Deborah (9/5): Superb - The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. Stairs were steep and there wasn't a way to keep the children from gaining access to them. Should supply a baby gate for safety. The downstairs bed wasn't made. All the linens were folded on the bed. The bed was a king but the sheets were for a twin.

Plenty of parking love all the balcony and porches very quite The pool good size to enjoy the beach access was nice. Pool very clean loved the all white bedroom linens The house needs some cleaning all the floors were very dirty we had to mop everthing ourselves black dirt on them all tables in kitchen living room were very dirty had to clean and the land scape was horrible and make the appeal of house look over grown and unkempt. The showers needed bleach mold and mildew on doors and walls we recleaned before we felt good about using. The house is beautiful would book again if there was better cleaning from whomever they are using need to use another agency to clean. Also the house needs alot of touch up paint through out house and the closet up stairs was full of alot of dirty towels we had to wash them to have extra towels there was 2 washer full of towels. This property needs a golf cart to go back and forth to beach and pool. Looks as if reviews don't get looked at by management because the same issues in 2019 people were saying the same things I was hopping things would look better for our stay
