Well except for fire Alarms goin off b/c a guest was smoking in a non smoking hotel🙄. Had to wait for fire dept to come shut them off.
- Tom (4/5): - Would avoid again at all costs
- Jane (2/5): - Sheets were dirty along with pillows towels had stains and worse off no smoking room but room smelt of smoke. This is not good for anyone or especially people with asthma problem.
I had to sleep with windows open all night.
- Stephen (8/5): - A nice quaint and quiet roadside motel. Easy to get anywhere, and anywhere is really closeby. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others👍
- Nathan (1/5): It sucked - It was in a convenient location. I didn’t like that my TV didn’t work. My air conditioner barely worked. There were people walking around outside in their underwear and the owner was just rude and didn’t care
- Kristy (10/5): Basic little, clean room. Would recommend. - The room was very clean. It smelled good. It had a little fridge and microwave. Would stay again.
- Merrill (7/5): My stay was just what I needed. A clean and quiet experience accessible to a local restaurant right next door and clean - It was easy to access the office and the room. One level ranch style accommodations right off the main road.

- Maduro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jay (8/5): Decent Motel. Fair value - Tv, fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker. Bathroom door didn't shut. Need more pillows.
- Steve (7/5): Good -
- Nathan (4/5): Our room was not clean and had serious plumbing issues. Not a good place to stay. - Fair location, easy access, decent price. The toilet was literally leaking and spraying water from out of the tank, we had to use the small trash bucket for the water to collect as it was dripping down the side from out of the tank. The sink drained incredibly slow, which was not good since I had to use it to shave. Definitely clogged somewhere. The ventilation fan in the bathroom didn’t even work, only the light did. Thus the bathroom had no ventilation. The vinyl/tile flooring throughout the whole room was also very grimy and dirty, I could easily feel it walking around barefoot in our room, residue literally getting on our feet which exceptionally showed while washing in the showers. The towels provided didn’t really smell clean either.
- Permillia (3/5): Poor - Minimalist. No chair. Nowhere to put suitcase but on the floor, towels and wash rags were in cabinet under tv
- Bruce (4/5): - The room had not been cleaned but they gave us another room.
It's missing normal attire. No kleenex, no coffee, no drinking cups.
The room was clean and tidy but my wife won't go back there. Suitied better for a guys weekend.
- John (3/5): Would never recommend or stay there again - Nothing. No breakfast not even any kind of vending Checked in a about 8pm and took desk clerk almost 5 minutes to come after ringing doorbell several times. He looked like he was half asleep. The ac in the room did not work. No dresser or closet.
- Lori (3/5): Poor - The location No chair in the room, nowhere to hang clothes, no hairdryer, no housekeeping services, toilet very low and hard to get off of.
- Thomas (1/5): The bed stunk! Tv had captions on couldn’t get off rest fine - Clean good area Bed was horrible my back and wife’s back hurting from it
- Nazarov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christy (4/5): - The room might have been clean. It smelled of cleaner. But the floor was sticky (maybe because of the cleaner, maybe not), there was only one, extremely bright light controlled by a wall switch, no lamps or anything. There were no chairs, no stands or surfaces to put luggage on, no hangers (but a rod). The blinds in the room (that open to the parking lot) were those paper according style broken and with a hole torn in it. The blinds in the bathroom that open into a pubs parking lot were also broken, but at least not paper. I managed to get them both closed but didn't risk reopening them.
It's supposed to be a non smoking property but the neighbors on both sides smoked at their front door all day. Every unit has a random chair out front of it to sit on (and smoke?) and they range from filthy camping chairs, broken dining room chairs and, of all things, a busted up wheel chair. One of our smoking neighbors stole our chair. Oddly I haveq no complaints about this.
On more than one occassion we returned to find people congregated at our door smoking. They were nice and polite but it was still incredibly uncomfortable for us.
The heat worked, too well, so we had to make the room super hot before bed, turn it off, and then wake up cold. Alternatively we would have slept in a sauna or woken up as an ice cube.
I'd assume it's a hourly hooker hotel if it weren't for the signs warning you you will be evicted for having visitors.
I could go on but am running out of characters.
- Lisanne (6/5): - The walls are literally paper thin, on our second night the room next door had the tv on all night and we could it hear it as if it was our tv. Bed was super comfy but there were no hair dryer and the paper toilet stand was broken. It was “cleanish”. You get what you pay for. All in all for a one night or 2 night stay it’s very OK, we were going to the Patriots game so it was super convinient (less than 10 min drive) 30 mins from quincy market and 50 mins from Salem. The outlets are also 10 mins away and they are huge! You have a nice casino and many dining options. All in all not bad
- Karen (1/5): Lack of cleanliness and basics such as a place to hang your coat or even a towel bar. - Very dirty. Had to wear shoes the whole time as socks would be black from dirt on the floors. No table for luggage and did not want to place on the dirty floor. We bought tables at Walmart for our luggage and wiped all surfaces with lysol. Only one hook in bathroom for towels and one hook in bedroom, so no place to hang coats or wet towels. No kleenex, hair dryer or iron. Unfortunately we could not move to another hotel as all hotels were booked up in the area because Patriots football was on that weekend.
- ParkerC30 (2/5): Dirty and worn - The motel floor was very dirty. We notified the owner and they sent someone to clean the floor. The person poured straight pine sol on the floor and swished it around...no water. This just added a sticky layer of dirt. I wiped over it with a cloth but too much dirt to remove(see photo). My white sneaker soles were black from the dirt. We had to keep shoes on the whole time we were were there. There is no table to sit suitcases on and we did not want to put them on the dirty floor. We went to Walmart and bought small tables to put our stuff on. Also bought lysol wipes and cleaned surfaces. There is only one hook in the bathroom for hanging and one other hook in the bedroom, so no place to hang clothes or multiple wet towels. No kleenex, hair dryer or iron. The sheets and towels are old and worn. One hand towel was actually torn and suitable for a rag. Unfortunately we had to stay as surrounding hotels were booked up due to Patriots football game that weekend. Most unpleasant motel.
- Rachel (7/5): It was a quick overnight after a concert. Room is quite small but it was fine for one night - Location The ac was nice and cold!
- Marc Henry (10/5): - It was nice staying there
- Minghua (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (8/5): - Property was good, wish the room had a microwave
- Kyle (8/5): Inn Stay - Room was pretty clean. Location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Refreshing of towels and such was offered no matter the length of the stay. Microwave, fridge and TV all worked properly. Small room but for the price it made sense. Would stay again overall. The floors were not carpeted so the floor was quite dirty unlike the rest of the room. Only one light for the whole room. Shower head was a bit aggressive, but it did the job. The air conditioner was somewhat broken. We couldnt adjust the temperature of the air so either it was hot and humid inside or ice cold. The AC was also quite filthy, possibly filled with mold. My partner got sick during our stay and while we can't prove anything, we believe the AC was to blame.
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (6/5): - There was a bang like clockwork coming from the back of my room at night. Never figured out what it was. The toiliet paper was juat sitting on the back of the toilet because thwre was no rod in the dispenser. Lighting is either barely anything above the bed or the sink/bathroom light which is extremely birght
Price really wasn't worth the stay. I wasn't there for the concert, but the prices were.
- Gabalski (5/5): Passable - Room was clean. Close to the stadium and great coffee shops! A small table in the room would ha e been helpful.
- Chelsea (6/5): Pleasant -
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jeffrey (8/5): - The facility is owned, managed and operated by a very industrious, guest satisfaction focused family. I attempted to extend my stay, but the word is out about the value of the room rates at this location. Therefore the accommodations had been completely booked by incoming guests. Plan ahead. Reserve well in advance of your arrival. Don't get left out in the cold. Enjoy your clean, well-maintained, quiet, safe stay.
- Diane (4/5): Disappointed - Location was good for attending a concert at Gillette. Only 2 bath towels in the room. No hand towels or even washcloths. No tables in room either. Extremely basic for the price.
- David (4/5): Disappointing - Fingerprints all over headboard. The guy who came to clean it seemed very annoyed.
Way over priced
- Shawn (2/5): - No ice machine. Floors were dirty kept our shoes on. No table or place to sit. Check in people not overly friendly. The mattress was covered, so no bed bugs at least.
- Deborah (4/5): - Very dirty and outdated
- Laurie (4/5): - Bed just sheet and thin blanket, no chair, bathroom light flickering when on. Told to have fan on in bathroom when using shower with door closed cause fire alarm will go off. Two small pillows for king size
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- James (8/5): Very good - The location was great, Less than 15 minutes from Xfinity center. Good, no frills, you get a clean room, convienant location, and friendly owners. Bring you own shampoo
- Ramon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melky (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, clean and comfortable. I didn't dislike nothing. Great PLACE! awesome place, great staff, very nice area.
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional -
