• Jerusha (1/5): Overall, the cleanliness standards were extremely poor and the environment was not suitable for any guest. This was a ve - Customers service was good The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The room was unclean, and the toilet was in a very disgusting condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which led me to open the window,however, even the window area was dusty and dirty, with cigarette butts left there. Overall, the entire place was filthy and not suitable for a stay.

No balcony je.. yg lain smua ok dgn harga..

• Keith (4/5): Adequate for an overnight transit stop - It was clean, smart, cheap and relatively close to the Brunei border my next destination. The staff were friendly and helpful There is nothing to recommend the local area. My room was very small with no window. The attached restaurant was adequate for dinner but breakfast choices weren’t inspiring.

• Yin (10/5): Beyond expectations - The location is near to Sg Tujoh boarder. Room is clean with comfy bed. Bathroom is clean and water pressure is beyond expectations. This is a good hotel for transit to brunei.

• Stacy (10/5): Exceptional - I love the room. It's really nice and comfortable. Location wise, it may be quite a distance from the city centre, but for me it's worth it. Why? You can use the 'Jalan Pantai' every time you head over to town. Another plus for me, is their staff. They are the best. Very polite and helpful. Always smiling and they're very courteous.
