• Andrew (8/5): Lovely property, great location, a little dated - Beautiful location right by the waterside, lovely deck area and lots of space. Perfect for Wineglass Bay and Freycinet access. Just a little dated in a couple of places. The shower is clean and effective but really could do with a refurb. Slightly odd procedure of only providing door codes 10 minutes before arrival. Not helpful if your reception isn’t great, We’ve stayed in 8 places on this trip and had codes the day before on early morning at the latest.
• Nicola (6/5): - The big seat overlooking the water. Well equipped kitchen. Nice open space with views out the window. The laminate floor and bright white lighting made it feel clinical and the cheap artwork and plastic plants really detracted from what could be a beautiful place. The bathroom layout doesn’t work well for multiple people and the shower setup needs a renovation.
• Kathryn (10/5): Great house in a great location. - Great house in a great location. We were very comfortable and loved the outlook. The outdoor area was fabulous for sitting and watching the little blue birds in the garden. The only thing was the cleaners turned up at 9:30am and waited while we packed up and got ready to check out at 10am.
• Joanne (10/5): Tranquil bliss. Perfect place to enjoy some fresh oysters and local wine and watch the most perfect sunset. - Close to the beach. Lovely hosts. Cosy and homely. Had everything you needed. Nothing.

• Janine (9/5): A peaceful and comfortable beach house close to the Freycinet National Park. - A very comfortable and clean beachside property with a lovely aspect and views from the house. We appreciated the local tea and coffee selection. Very quiet location with well kept gardens, the beach is tidal and not a swimming beach but watching the birdlife from the seat near the water was lovely. It's a short drive into Coles Bay itself with access into Freycinet National Park

Comfortable home away from home with everything we needed. A little further from Coles Bay than we expected but it was nice to enjoy the peace and quiet.

• George (9/5): A relaxing stay in a stunning location - The house was superb and was fitted out with everything that you could desire. The location is amazing and the view from the house an gardens over the bay was breathtaking There was no bulb in the master bedroom light and there was only one functional smoke detector and that was in a bedroom that was not being used. A pergola over the bbq table would make this a more useable area on sunny summers afternoon

• Katharine (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this beach house. It has lovely water views from the living area and bedroom. Great birdwatching from the garden seat at the water's edge. It was very quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed.

It was really clean, tidy and comfortable - it had everything we needed including some games. The property is very well maintained inside and out. Nothing, it was beautiful

• Hazel (2/5): Buyer Beware - Very dissapointing, especially for tourist from overseas. - 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email. - 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted - The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic,should have been disclosed. - Some fork and spoon had food smudges so we need to wash before using - Lost water on the 2nd day (starts 7am). So we're not able to shower on time - No TV signal.No Wifi - Toileries not sufficiently provided - Not elderly friend. Deck not safe,some deck boards need repair - No wash area outside the house The customer service said that I booked in a remote area so the lost TV signal and lost of water must have been expected. Not a very nice response, it should have been disclosed. Not worth the price. If you stay here buy plenty of water, not only for drinking, but also for cooking, or for brushing your teeth, etc. It's useless to buy a thing that is not working. Too many basic things a usual accomodation business provides that needs to organise when you get there My family from overseas visited me and we stayed here for 2 nights. I find our experience in this accomodation ve stressful and embarassing. We lost plenty of our holiday time ringing for toiletries, linen, fixing the water outage, etc

• Rosemarir (9/5): Superb - Such a lovely place. I loved having a coffee on the bench overlooking the water. Just because 2 people are travelling together, doesn't automatically make them a couple. I was travelling with a girlfriend, we booked the cottage and didn't think to stipulate 2 beds, as it was a 3 bedroom house, then were allocated one queen bed. Definitely partial fault on my side for not checking that part, but I don't often book this type of accommodation, so it didn't occur to me that this was required. Maybe having a question/section when booking about the bed combination required would be helpful.
• Carolyn (7/5): Specify Bed config but great house & location - Lovely large home with reasonable privacy. Amazing fridge/freezer. Good heat/aircon, air drying rack & clothes line (no dryer). Provided salt, pepper, oil etc Only one bed made up despite 3 bed house & 2 guests. Turns out we Needed to give notice for bed set up alteration but as we booked late whilst on the road, we didn’t get notification to alter bed configuration until after arrival and as it was a weekend wasn’t possible until too late however they DiD respond even though it was a weekend so kudos for thst.

Shower was very old not suitable for people with disability, slow water pressure, hot water brown. Beds not very comfortable. Blinds mostly broken. Front door lock hard to open and door sticks. Lounge chair broken.
