- Achim (8/5): Dieses Hotel war genau das Richtige für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Köln. - Erstklassige Lage im Herzen von Köln. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Veranstaltungen fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

- Sona (7/5): - It was clean, in a perfect area, comfortable, ideal view. This concept was new for me - without staff and with self check-in. All worked alright, but I stressed a lot as when coming my phone charge was gone and my roaming was not being activated, so I stressed I couldn't enter to the building. Also, when there is no one around and you are an alone traveller, you feel like you are all alone and if a help will be needin in the night let's say, nobody will be around. That was the psychologically stressing part.

Très bon prix pour une chambre en centre ville. Le ménage de la chambre (salle de bain) n’était pas très bon (trace sur le sol, poils, etc). La machine de Check-in automatique est endommagé et le processus mériterait d’être plus clair par rapport au paiement.

Potrebbero migliorarsi in alcuni dettagli ma nel complesso siamo stati bene. Mancanza lampada e prese in uno dei lati del letto matrimoniale. - Blazej (10/5): Perfect location, spaciuous room, great view, easy Access - The location is excellent—right next to the Old Market, adjacent to the Ludwig Museum and the Cathedral, and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. We had a spacious room with a view of the Town Hall and the Cathedral. The automated check-in system worked smoothly—perfect for an introvert like me! The room was very clean, and there was even a small espresso machine with pods provided. There is an elevator, which is a great help with large suitcases and for elderly guests. There are many pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity; I can recommend Tünnes und Schäl—it serves German cuisine, but the dishes are tasty and the beer is good. I was missing a kettle to boil water for tea—and perhaps some mugs and any kind of plate.

- Silvan (1/5): Ouch - Location The self check in system was horrendous. The key card machine didn't dispense anything. Needed to call with support for 15 minutes to get it to work. Phone app did not open the door either. Just a complete shitshow.

Das Einchecken über ein iPad vor Ort kostete mit gestresstem zweiten Gast vor mir 20 Minuten Zeit. Ich finde es eine Frechheit mir als Gast nach langer Anreise dieses Eintippen von Daten in ein kaum erkennbares Bildschirmfeld einzutippen. Morgens fing um 8:50 Baulärm im Zimmer über mir an. Trotz Anruf bei der Hotelnummer - man versprach im glatten Ki-Sprechmodus mein Anliegen "an Experten" weiterzuleiten - geschah nichts. Der Preis ist nicht zu rechtfertigen gemessen daran wie wenig man vor Ort menschlich und persönlich aufgefangen wird.

- Christian (4/5): - Die Lage direkt am Alten Markt ist top. Es stört auch nicht wirklich, dass es kein Personal vom Hotel vor Ort gibt. Der Check-in und das Fertigen der Hotelkarten liefen zumindest bei uns einwandfrei. Der Service am Telefon war sehr freundlich, hilfreich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Positiv: Free Refill bei Klopapier. Wir hatten uns ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht, bekommen haben wir eines direkt neben einer Baustelle im Nachbarhaus. Dabei hat der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sich sogar noch gefragt, ob da eine Baustelle ist. Ja! Aber wenn man als Hotel nicht mehr vor Ort ist, weiß man das im Zweifelsfall eben nicht und muss sich informiert halten. Der Preis ist angesichts eines nicht vorhandenen bzw. nur noch im Call-Center existenten Personals schon etwas Abzocke. Mehr als 130 Euro ist ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, zumal die Einrichtung der Zimmer dafür nicht angemessen ist. Dunkel, Bett ok, in der sogar vorhandenen Küche gibt es keinen Wasserkocher, nur einen auf der ersten Etage, den man sich holen muss, keine Teller, nur zwei kleine Tassen, keine Gläser, für die Kaffeemaschine war nur ein Pad übrig, traurig, nicht nachgefüllt. Der Balkon nach hinten war ein Jammer, nur eine Absteige für Raucher. Das Badezimmer sehr spärlich, keine Ablage für Utensilien, Brille oder ähnliches. Bei einem Preis von so 90 bis 100 Euro würde ich nicht meckern. So ist es überteuert, weil eben ohne jeden Service.

- Sara Mary (5/5): The only easy thing about this hotel is the check-out! - Super comfortable bed and a clean room. Although the shower is in the same space as the bed. Strange! The check-in process was very confusing. It was my birthday, and I was staying at a hotel located far from the city center. So, I made a reservation at the Konzept in the city center, but they placed me in a unit far from the center—right near the other hotel where I had started my stay in the city. It was a complete waste of my time!

Mit der ersten Schlüsselkarte die erstellt wurde sind wir in ein Zimmer gekommen, das bereits belegt war. Im Zimmer stehen Aufsteller auf denen man gebeten wird hier mit 10 zu bewerten und dann einen Gutschein erhält.

Die Lage ist vorzüglich und das Parken, außer dass es unverschämt teuer ist, hat uns auch gefallen. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen, weil die Betten viel zu schmal sind. Das ist nicht geeignet für zwei Personen. Da gutes Schlafen einen hohen Stellenwert für uns hat, würde ich das Hotel, auch wenn alles Andere sehr gut war, nicht noch einmal buchen

- Tanmy (6/5): Schön aber laut - Das Bett war gemütlich. Die Deko hat mir gefallen. Allerdings istves sehr laut direkt auf dem Alter Markt, wo das Hotel über den Bars und Cafés liegt, und bis 3 in die Nacht gefeiert wird. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.

- Johanna (10/5): Eine Nacht zentral in Köln - Wir hatten 2 super Zimmer inklusive Balkone (mit Aschenbecher), kleiner Kitchinette, seperates, grosses Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und seperaten Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett und viel Stauraum (für längere Aufenthalte) Sehr zentral am Rathaus, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt oder mit der UBahn 2 Haltestellen (?) Dank der Isolierung der Fenster, hört man, wenn diese geschlossen sind, nichts von draussen Self Check In Automat sehr einfach und benutzerfreundlich. Telefonischer Support ebenfalls klasse. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Reservierung bzw dem CheckIn... innerhalb von 10min wurde das Problem dank des MAs "Maurice" (klasse Telefonat 5/5 Sterne) gelöst. Alles tiptop füruns

After traveling several hours, we had to wait for some.one to get us in the room and later give us a room key. And they did not accommodate an early check in. No flexibility with any changes..as a traveler, changes are common.. this place does accommodate nor is there a person on site.
- Inge (9/5): Heel fijn hotel midden in centrum Keulen. - Schone kamer, prima bed. Als de ramen gesloten waren was het stil, ondanks dat het midden in Keulen ligt. Tramlijn 7 vanaf Frechen-Benzelrath stopt op 3 minuten loopafstand, en daar is het gratis parkeren buiten de milieuzone.

- Victoria (9/5): - The room exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the 4th floor with a small terrace, which offered a fantastic view of the cathedral. The location is excellent, right on Rathaus Square, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy outside due to the nearby cafés.

There are no staff onsite but my questions were answered promptly by email The entrance, lift and stairways are rather cramped so moving about with a backpack was a little awkward.

Check in process is simple and check in instructions are very clear Location means it can get a little noisy from the outside but didn’t bother us in the slightest.

Das Bett und WC waren sauber. Sonst waren schon Flecken an den Wänden und auf den Fließen zu finden. Aber damit kann man leben.

Goed personeel. overgeboekt naar Konzept international iets verderop omdat er wat technische problemen waren . Foto's van Konzept International komen overeen met werkelijkheid. geen prullenbak op toilet en geen zakjes om tampons en maandverband geurloos weg te gooien. geen wastafel op toilet geen handdoekenrek, of moet het houten grid hiervoor gebruikt worden. Een waterkoker was fijn geweest.

Vorab Check-in etwas zeitraubend, dafür Check-in vor Ort einfach und jederzeit möglich. Nachbarhaus wird saniert - laute Klopfgeräusche und laufende Bautrockner (Tag + Nacht) + Maschinen im Hof, der durch das schlecht isolierte Treppenhaus akkustisch kaum getrennt ist.

- Didem (7/5): - Odanın konumu mükemmeldi. Manzara ve küçük baklında oturup meydanı seyretmek çok keyifliydi. Ama sabahları dışardan dışardan biraz gürültülü alıyordu, sanırım nikah dairesine yakın olması nedeniyle çok evlenen vardı :) Otelde resepsiyon olmaması ve kısa süreliğine de olsa bavulları bırakacak yer olmaması büyük sıkıntıı. Erken geldiğimiz için binaya nasıl gireceğimizi de bulamadık, telefon etmek zorunda kaldık. Neyse ki telefonda hızlıca yardımcı oldular.

- +Anja+ (9/5): Übernachtung Wochenende - Wir waren angenehm überrascht und das so zentral, zentraler geht nicht! Checkin und checkout online top! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Es gibt sogar eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine mit Kaffee und Tassen. Ambiente modern. Alles gut!

- Matthias (7/5): - Es gibt nur einen Check-In Automaten. War umständlich und als Geschäftsreisender erwarte ich da etwas anderes. Hat aber ansonsten soweit gut geklappt.

- Stephanie (8/5): Top locatie - Top locatie. Ontbijt bij de overburen. Inchecken en uitchecken gaat super gemakkelijk Kamer gedateerd.
- Sandra (10/5): Immer wieder schön - Die Lage ist einfach genial; man ist sofort mittendrin. Unten gibt es jetzt seit kurzem ein neues Café/Bar. Perfekt für einen Kaffee oder einen Drink nach dem Stadtbummel oder natürlich zum frühstücken morgens.
