- Jonisha (4/5): Good but humiliating - The hotel is absolutely amazing... It's one of our favorite places to stay for my kids birthday every year. What I did not like about it was The weekend we had stayed there I guess there was a cheer competition so there were a lot of kids and their parents and coaches in the morning at the breakfast buffet trying to make everyone something to eat before they had to head out. I understood so I let many many many people go before me but at the same time I have two little ones that I have to feed as well and there was only one waffle maker and a few of the parents and the coaches approached me and told me I was disrespectful and ignorant because I wasn't letting their kids eat first and I said no no I let many many kids go before me and making my kids their waffles and it just turned into a really big thing it was extremely mortifying I was humiliated. I have a special needs daughter who was extremely upset because she didn't understand why they were yelling at me because she knew I let many many people go before me to make their waffles because I knew that they had to head out for the competition. But what am I to do when I have kids that need to eat too. The hotel staff completely ignored it no one came to my defense I was just being yelled at by parents and coaches and being looked at as if I was inconsiderate and ignorant and it was just really uncomfortable.

- Fargood (7/5): Great Location, Not so New Furniture - The location is the best. Very spacious room with all you need. Comfortable bed. Great environment. Old and not so clean like previous time I was there. I noticed a significant difference. Furniture are old and carpet kind of not clean and partially ripped. Blinds not operational well. I believe every room is different. Previous room we had on our last visit was very good.

- Samantha (5/5): Grumpy, intrusive staff at a lovely facility. - I asked the front desk for assistance since I was a mom traveling with an infant and a child. I was denied and met with short answers referring me to policies rather than a warm conversation with willingness to problem solve. The staff member I spoke with was standoffish and inconsiderate. Another member knocked on my door while I was packing up to Check out to harass me about my payment method, which turned out to be an error on their part since my stay was paid for in full.

Loved how close it was to the DCU center Only issue was our door key kept not working. Staff was very helpful, night staff tried to fix it and we thought it was good but by morning it wasn't working again. A maintenance guy was sent within a couple of hours and it was fixed the rest of the time of our stay! Was a little surprised there wasn't bacon or sausage option at breakfast but everything else was great
- Michelle (3/5): Based on everything that went wrong I was completely overcharged for a stay that should have never been this bad. This r - Room was bigger than expected. Location was within walking distance to the arena for the event we were staying at the hotel for. I’m so beyond disappointed in my stay so far and it isn’t even over. I paid so much for this stay and I usually always choose Hilton hotels because in the past they have held a certain standard in my mind. First both digital and physical key cards did not work so both myself and my husband had to wait more than 5 minutes with all of our luggage to wait for someone to let us into our room. Our room overall was bigger than expected but the rug is torn up and there are stains on the couch. We also walked to the arena near the hotel for an event and the sidewalks next to the hotel were not cleared of snow at all when the rest of the sidewalks were clear of snow. Finally my husband went to use laundry services which were listed as an amenity when I booked and he was informed there was no laundry detergent to use. When he went to talk to the front desk person about this issue he was met by a young man who was nothing but rude to him. All of these issues are appalling and not what I signed up for. I have used Hilton hotels for years and have never been so appalled by what I have experienced and have literally never complained to Hilton about anything.

- Paul (9/5): Wonderful suites hotel especially suitable for families - Contemporary, well maintained and managed hotel. Suites are very well designed for comfort and usability. Bed is very comfortable; bathroom illumination is exceptionally good; kitchenette and eating space is well appointed (full sized fridge/freezer section; dishwasher; glass cooking top; microwave; sink with food grinder). Ground floor reception, lounge, breakfast area, business center, laundry and pool are all clean, well maintained and functional. Free on grade parking a plus. Nothing to note here.

He was super pleasant and we had a great conversation! Outstanding! The breakfast was good; I just wish there were more variety from day to day. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. - Tiffany (4/5): - The staff was awesome. Rooms were well prepped minus the showers.The breakfast was awesome I told everyone I paid 200 for an awesome breakfast. The only reason for booking this room was the pool. This is the 3rd time this brand of hotel has said they have a pool we get there and it's "under matenience". Will not being doing the hotel thing for awhile.

- Philippe (4/5): Très cher pour un accueil déplorable. - La suite est confortable. Pour un tel prix, le petit déjeuner est moyen. Et, si la suite est confortable, elle est standard (pas de fruits ou de fleurs) et anonyme. Par ailleurs, le (court) séjour a été gâché par un accueil désastreux. Le desk manager, à qui je demandais combien de temps attendre avant que la chambre soit prête, a répondu ne pas savoir, sans autre explication. Lorsque j’ai demandé s’il n’avait pas au moins une idée approximative, il m’a suggéré de… réserver ailleurs si j’étais demandé s’il n’avait nature impatiente !

- Mary (10/5): - It I didn’t have my gps, it would’ve been hard to find this place. The building is unassuming and no signage at the ground level to direct folks to the front door. Recommend more noticeable road and parking signs! Otherwise great hotel!

Our stay was for one week and only after repeated requests from both my wife and me did someone enter our room to empty rash, change bed linens, and do general cleaning. All that happened the night before check-out. It seemed the main desk could not coordinate with house-keeping to make it happen. On one occasion my wife emptied the trash and went to the dfront desk to secure fresh towels. They can do better.
