• Tran (9/5): Comfortable stay with friendly/helpful staff - Location was very convenient and walkable to old town, Antigua, Gros, etc. There are buses for day trips one block away. Staff very friendly and helpful. All rooms are on 2nd level (1st floor)…clean and looks newly renovated. Would be nice if Kleenex was provided…bathroom a little tight. Room 6 faces the street and several garbage bins which are picked up between 11pm-1am…light sleepers beware…the noise passes fairly quick. Also there are two restaurants underneath to the right so expect chatter throughout day and possibly until 10-11pm. No noise from above or other rooms otherwise.

• Christoph (9/5): Nice apartment with simple self-check-in just 1 street next to La Concha beach & Old Town - Owner very helpful with check in. Bathroom is very nice & clean and has everythign you might need. Terrace is big if you need it, good to dry clothes or something. Nothing too negative. Just be aware: Fridge is very small and not deep. Room is quite small so there is really no space to put your suitcase itself, it will just block the way. there is a small clothes hanger but the suitcase itself will be in the way.

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely room, location perfect and very clean and well maintained. - The building and the street that the room is located in are beautiful. Location is great for exploring the old town, going to the beach and taking a look around the shopping area. Rooms were really clean, really nicely decorated and super comfy beds. Had a great sleep every night. We didn’t use them but there are free coffee facilities. Only one tiny negative is that there was nobody to check us in when we arrived so we had to wait 15/20 minutes to check-in but that wasn't a huge issue for us and when the staff member arrived he was very apologetic.

• Lennart (8/5): Litet hotell med utmärkt läge - Läget framför allt. Litet hotell med små men funktionella rum. Även om det inte finns frukost på hotellet så gör det inte så mycket eftersom det finns ett utmärkt frukostställe vid ingången till hotellet.

Το δωμάτιο όμορφο και καθαρό. Λίγο περιορισμένος χώρος για τις βαλίτσες και το Σάββατο το βράδυ έχει λίγο θόρυβο από τις ομιλίες των θαμώνων στα μπαράκια που βρίσκονται στον ίδιο δρόμο.

Super emplacement dans un petit hôtel aux chambres confortables - Parfaitement situé, pour la plage, les boutiques, la vieille ville, dîner… tout est à moins de 5 min et le parking également. Les chambres sont dignes d’un hôtel 3 étoiles et non d’une pension. C’est neuf, nickel. Mise à dispo de café et thé. Les lits sont très grands. Quasiment rien. Pas de chambres communicantes.

• Alina (7/5): Overpriced and noisy, but great staff - Good location, friendly receptionist. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small for €150 a night, and I don't think it offers good value for money. The soundproofing is also very poor: the windows don't block the noise, so if your room faces the street, you will hear everything. The only positive highlight was the receptionist — she was a very friendly and welcoming girl!

Our vehicle was broken into and a traveling luggage was stolen. According to the garage manager this same incident has happened several times.

The location was in a busy area, walkable to old town, near shopping and restaurants. Excellent location. The room was cleaned daily. Very comfortable stay and would stay there again. Would be nice to have hair conditioner provided. Receptionist is available if you check-in by 7pm.

Veel leuke plekjes op loopafstand. - Hele vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, met uitgebreide uitleg over things to do in de stad. Koffie en theefaciliteiten die onbeperkt beschikbaar waren. Fijne douche met goede waterdruk. Minibar met gratis flesjes water. Heerlijk zachte handdoeken. Rek om bagage op te zetten. Douchecabine was open waardoor de hele badkamer nat was. De kast waar de minibar stond werd erg warm door de koelkast, daarom moesten we de deur open laten van deze kast.

• Lydia (9/5): Lovely no-frills pension in a great Old Town area close to cheesecake and beaches - Fantastic location 2 blocks from the Old Town. I had taken a bus from Bilbao and walked from Donastia bus station to the hotel in about 10 minutes. The ladies on reception were exceptional. My room and en-suite were pristine. I had a courtyard but didn't really use it as the weather wasn't great. The free coffee machine in reception was a huge bonus. The room was a bit chilly so I switched on the heating via the aircon remote control. It took a long time to kick in. A thicker duvet or an extra one in the room would have been helpful. But, I didn't think about asking.
