Stance (8/5): Overall from 0 - 10 I will give this property 8.5 👍 - We like the location is above the shopping mall, you can just use lift to go to the shopping mall. And also the sea view is just nice. One of the room dont have lock mybe because its broken and people from outside the room can sneak peak inside from the lock hole. The property should provide extra car park, even if you have to charge additional charges. Most big family will travel using 2 - 3 cars, so if you provide extra car park for 1 unit apartment, there will feel save and comfortable if thier cars park close together.

The unpleasant smell of the whole unit, damaged fixtures, non-functional air conditioning and power sockets, and overall dirtiness are significant issues. Not worth to stay and not worth for the money value spent.

Unfortunately, the security person who's minding the pool didn't allow me and my sister to swim there saying that we didn't use proper swimming attire. But someone else who's using a t-shirt (they said no t-shirt allowed) was allowed to swim there 😐

Friendly host and staff - parking space provided. - securities are friendly and helpful Our block didnt have a lift that goes direct inside the mall. Have to go to block D in which opposite door to our block entry, just 2 - 3mins walk but at times that lift also not working. One of the aircondition (living room)are not cold despite putting it on 16°c luckily there is another aircondition next to it. There is not Kiblat sign, so have to google it
