We asked the front desk to look at the cctv if she look suspicious, we just don't know if they did. They said that the lady was told to be careful next time

The Philippine breakfast is the best and the coffee was great. The Sun café/restaurant across the road gave us all food poisoning. They're not part of the hotel so it's not the hotel's fault, but if hotel staff could warn guests not to eat there, that would help.

- Sato (1/5): DISAPPOINTING - Just the location, but not worth the disappointment I have experienced in this hotel THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. THE STAFF WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT ACCOMMODATING. WE WERE UNFAIRLY CHARGED FOR A SMOKE SMELL EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. IT FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE WE ARE FOREIGNERS, AND I WAS TRAVELING WITH A SENIOR, WHICH MADE THE SITUATION EVEN MORE UNCOMFORTABLE. NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT WAS ISSUED FOR THE CHARGE, WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION. WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT IT, STAFF TOLD US NOT TO LOOK AT THE RECEIPT SO WE “WOULDN’T HURT OUR FEELINGS,” AND EVEN SAID THAT WE WOULD “EARN THE MONEY BACK ANYWAY” AND SHOULD JUST LET IT GO. THIS RESPONSE WAS HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS STRESSFUL, INTIMIDATING, AND LEFT US FEELING CHEATED RATHER THAN VALUED AS GUESTS. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

Session road and the public market are close by, and very walkable. We were also able to visit the Night Market by just walking. WiFi signal is not secure and very weak. We had to rely on cellular data to be connected during our stay. There was no laundry bag in the room, but we were able to request for clear plastic for our soiled laundry. - Eddie (9/5): Baguio is a nice place to visit and get some relieve from the hot cities' - We liked every thing about the Paragon Hotel, Staff room Food and location and would happily stay there again. The only drawback was Room 319 has a window that faces on a solid concrete wall. the Taxi drivers are not helpful at all we had to open the boot and put our luggage in the back while the driver sat in the car, not good service for a 80 year old and my wife a 70 year old. Even at the end of our taxi fare no help to unload our baggage. Elsewhere in the Philippines the taxi drivers were very good

Lalo kung commute ka, sakayan ay walking distance away lang. :) the recommendation kainan, kapehan and etc ay malapit lang. Sulit! Ung room and service nila from front desk to housekeeping and sa food ay super accommodating and maayos sila. After a long and tiring day, we’re sleeping in a newly change sheets, pillowcases and change ng towels everyday! So love this Hotel :) Can’t think of something kasi okay naman ang stay namin :)

The staff were very helpful even before our stay. A surprise was arranged and it was amazing. Breakfast was a little basic, maybe a buffet option could be offered. Baguio is a non smoking city, similar to most of Manila. However, our hotel in Manila did offer a smoking area inside the hotel which was a nice convenient touch. Maybe Paragon could offer something similar.

- hsiuhsiang (9/5): 安靜、乾淨、方便 - 50平方米的房型，客廳有大片落地窗，晚上的夜景很漂亮。冷氣很涼，洗澡有熱水。對面就是伯納姆公園，划船很愜意。旁邊就有有名的餐廳good taste，樓下是fortune港式餐廳。走路一分鐘就有洗衣店。早餐的歐姆蛋很好吃。攔計程車也很快。 正好飯店在進行油漆工程，樓下又是吉普尼車站，白天的空氣充滿油漆味與汽車廢氣味，但到夜晚就沒這問題了

Everything about the hotel is amazing except breakfast don't have much choices but apart from that so well happy. Highly recommended but will stay in this hotel again if I go to Baguio again. - Lane (9/5): Baguiao adventure. - I had booked a 3 night stay in a King Style suite and then circumstances changed and we ended up staying here 1 night before the 3 night booking in a smaller suite. First of all the smaller suite was brilliant and very comfortable. Ladies at reception were great, as they got us checked in smartly. The staff transferred all of our baggage to the next suite. The king suite was big, had a separate area which had table and chairs and a couch, away from the bedroom. Location was great, overlooking Burnham Park. What I did not like was the soundproofing in the King Suite. There appeared to be an adjoining door so if you were a large family you could perhaps get the room next to you, this then brings sound issues. Not very private at all, we had some noisy young children which is Ok, we love kids and it was great to hear them happy however it really highlighted how much you could hear from next door.

Poor wifi we were on the fourth floor and the wifi was slow and intermittent and kept logging you out of the connection. There seemed to be a local art exhibition about super hero’s in the reception area and the choice of supporting furniture whilst trying to be an eclectic mix it made it feel hot and miss on some of the floors.

- Reagan (8/5): Very good stay. - Paragon Hotel and Suites serves up a great breakfast, even though it's not a buffet. It's super close to Burnham Park, so it's perfect if you want to check out the sights. The rooms are really spacious and come with two toilets, which is super handy. Plus, there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores nearby! There was nothing that we did not like.

- Hans (10/5): Nice views - Nice views. Room was spacious and very clean. A taxi to SM-mall was very cheap. Less than 100 peso. From SM-mall it was an easy walk downhill through the city center back to the hotel. In the evening there was some music outside, but at night it was very quiet, even with a window open. The aircon was very silent. The temperature of the water in the shower varied from hot to cold, in a 20 second cycle. Sometimes it was a long wait till an empty taxi came past the hotel. International phone calls not possible with the phone in the room.

It has a very good restaurant at the lobby — Fortune Restaurant, good food at reasonable prices. It is close to shops, cafes & restaurants. The room is spacious and bed was comfortable. The door of the room is old fashioned. You need to consciously lock it unlike other hotel doors which cannot be opened from the outside once you close it. Other hotels provide complimentary bottled water but Paragon Hotel doesn’t.

- Michael (10/5): A great stay again in Baguio - The staff are always very good, they are very nice and helpful whenever you need something or just to say hi passing by. Special shoutout to the two girls who were our porters when we arrived. They were great! Location wise it’s great cause it’s basically on a street that’s a block away from the park…and stayed twice now and it’s our pick for Baguio. The food is pretty good too, it’s not a buffet or anything… you order off the menu and they bring to you. Nothing really, the room view coulda been a bit better but that’s a minor niggle really. It is good however if you don’t like the sun ☀️ waking up early each day.

- Nini (8/5): Good overall with the exception of the premier layout and bathroom.! - Location to burnham park, the night market and palenke. The first room we stayed in ( premier king) had an odd layout that made it feel very cramped and the bathroom has glass doors thar was only shielded by curtains, which didn’t block out the glass completely. We had to ask them to put more curtains as you could see into the bathroom. The bathroom also didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly and we had to ask them to clean it which they did promptly.

Lots of public jeepneys and taxis blocking the entrance and exit to the parking ( there's only one basement parking). Parking is a challenge. Room smelled dusty. Air-conditioner is old and loud. Wall clock near the bed's headboard is so noisy. Comforter blanket is dirty and stained. Bathroom is not cleaned well, hair strands (not mine) in the corners of the room. Towels are old and gray ( instead of white). Didn't bother to even touch the toiletries. Check-out is so slow.

- Jason (9/5): Great location need the park - I stopped in a few room types in the hotel. They all have pros and cons. The best ones tends to be the old style rooms. The rooms that have been remodeled seem to have an odd layout
