- MAHDI (8/5): - My stay at this hotel started off on a rough note. The initial room I was given was not up to expectations, which made the first two nights a bit disappointing. However, after raising the issue with a staff member, they quickly arranged for a much better room. From that point on, everything was smooth, and my stay became enjoyable. The staff's willingness to address the issue and make sure I was comfortable was impressive, and it turned a challenging start into a pleasant experience. Overall, I appreciate the service and would consider staying again

- Gregory (4/5): - Odeurs d'égouts dans tout le bâtiment. Même odeur dans la chambre+ humidité. Le lit, les draps étaient propres. Mais plus rien n'est entretenu dans ce logement depuis plusieurs années. En résumé, pour le prix, aucune surprise.

I ALSO HAD TO ASK FOR MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED EVERY 2 DAYS AS THE CLEANER SOMETIMES IGNORED MY REQUESTS MANAGER REFUSED A REFUND AND DID NOT CARE TO SOLVE MY COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS. I REPEATEDLY HAD TO COMPLAIN TO HOTELS.COM TO DEAL WITH THEMANAGER AND MALE CLEANER
- Afsana (6/5): - We stayed in room 402. For a cheap room expect the bare minimum, WiFi, a working shower, clean toilet, comfy clean bed, clean sheets and pillows. It is located in a quiet area and within walking distance to Istiklal street which looks like Oxford Circus but open until late. For a cheap room and flight deal for a few nights it is what it is. I guess the room looked worn out and tired, it had some splatters of mould in the corner of the ceiling and smelt damp - I guess because of the shower isn’t close to the window. The truth is we were spending most of our time outdoors so it wasn’t such a big deal, it was giving hostel vibes.
- Shoaib (8/5): Good budget hotel - Reception was open 24 hours so that was quite good for a budget hotel and Indian girl served Breakfast was amazing. She was very friendly and served breakfast nicely 👍👍
- Emin (2/5): - Hijyen koşullar çok berbat, çatıdan yağmur yağıyor, küf oluşmuş, sağlam kişi hasta olur. Televizyon çalışmıyor, tuvalet kağıdı yok, receptionu arıyorsun alan olmuyor. Sıcak su akmıyor. Ben orada kalmadım, onun yanındaki Triada Residence de kaldım. Rezervasyon yaptığıma çok pişmanım. Resimde görülen otelden hiç bir eser yok, resimler aldatıcı.

- ayse (4/5): - Konum olarak çok iyi fakat odalar, bina daracık. Asansör bozuktu koca bavulları taşıdık. Ara koridor ışığı bozuktu. Eşyalar eski, yatak örtülerinde siyah lekeler vardı. Sadece odayı 5-6 saat uyuyabilmek için tutmuştuk. 1 gün bile kalmak mümkün değil.

- Mounira (10/5): Magnifique hôtel et équipe - J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et sachant que j’étais là bas pour des soins dentaire c’était très dur mais l’équipe de l’hôtel ne m’ont pas laissé toute seule dès que j’ai besoin de quelque chose ils étaient là à l’écoute,ils m’ont beaucoup aidé pendant mon séjour,chambre propre le petit déjeuner super,ils sont tous très sympa et au petit soin.en plus l’hôtel est pas cher et bien situé y’a même un parking à côté.Sincèrement je reviendrai la prochaine fois et je vous le conseil pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se promener où aller manger ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Moest zelf om schone handdoeken en wc papier vragen. Gordijn viel op de grond. Lagen sigaretten op balkon terwijl we zelf niet roken. Kwamen water druppels uit plafond van de douche. Krappe douche / wc ruimte. Ontbijt matig.

- HD (2/5): - This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel this year. In May 2019, it was everything very good. This time, in September 2019, customer service quality, cleanses and amenitis were all very poor. Prices has gone up and the overall quality and service has come down.

- Verified traveler (4/5): A sad way to end my trip in Turkey - This hotel has an excellent location in Taksim, just a 2 minute walk to Istiklal street and the hub of action. However this is where the positives of this stay ended for us. Our room was on the first floor and we were woken up each morning at 7am from the ground floor where breakfast is served. The staff made no effort to stay a bit more quiet in respect of sleeping guests. The room was tight for 2 people and dirty + outdated. The shower was practically mouldy it so desperately needs to be renovated. The breakfast was by far the saddest I’ve ever had in Turkey & I’m saddened this is how I ended my trip. I basically ate bread and jam for 2 days because nothing else was appetizing on my plate. On day 2 we were given a hard boiled egg that was so undercooked I could barely peel it as it became liquid in my hand. You can get a far better value for this price in Istanbul & I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Yerler sac killari ve toz birikintisiydi. Dolabin icinde daha once kalanlarin copleri duruyordu. Banyo tuvalet yikanmamis gibiydi. Temizlik gercekten temizlik gibi yapilirsa otel 10 numara olur.
- Paloma (8/5): Cama cómoda y desayuno rico... - La ubicación esta bien, cerca de Taksim Square y el metro que lleva el mismo nombre. Muchas tiendas y vida nocturna. Fue difícil encontrar el hotel, copié la dirección tal como venía en el sitio, pero faltaba el nombre de la calle. En general la estancia fue buena, aunque recomendaría al personal aprendieran inglés para una mejor comunicación con nosotros sus clientes, al igual que tener más atención a la limpieza en los pisos y baños de las recámaras.

- UGUR (6/5): ::::(((( - Taksim, otelin yeri ulaşım için mükemmel, her yere gidebilirsiniz. Personel iyi, yardımsever. Kahvaltı, otelin hazırladığı (kontinental kahvaltı deniyor) bence daha iyi olabilir, sadece idare eder bir kahvaltı diyebiliyorum. Kahvaltı tabağını gördüğünüzde "kahvaltı dahil dedikleri bu muymuş" demekten kendimi alamadım. Çok önemsemedim ama tv yi çalıştıramadım (pilleri değiştirerek denedim, manuel çalışıyor, kumanda dan hayır) Ayrıca kumandayı elinize aldığınızda çok kirli bir şeylere dokunuyormuşsunuz hissi doğuyor, herkesin dokunduğu bir malzeme temizlenmeli. Oda malzemesi genel olarak temiz olsa da temizlik iyi değildi, maalesef, sanırım benden önce kalan müşterinin uzun saçları mevcuttu. Sonuç olarak bu otelin konumundan başka hiçbir hoş yanı yok. Bir daha kalır mıyım? Sanmıyorum.
