Victor Vieira Dimer (9/5): Charme em Pato Branco mas cuidado com ar condicionado - Hotel excelente, bem localizado e com quarto bem espaçoso, pegamos um com banheira e nossa filha adorou brinca na água. Café da manhã muito bom também e atendimento excelente. O quarto poderia ter uma cama extra de solteiro, mas isso não pode prejudicar a nota pois já estavamos cientes. Seria mesmo uma melhoria que facilitaria pra casais com filhos. O ar condicionado era muito antigo e não estava funcionando muito bem mas por sorte a noite estava fresca.

O café da manhã estava bom, cumprindo o básico, mas gostoso. Nas regras do hotel constava que deveríamos entregar as chaves até o meio-dia para que o quarto fosse limpo. Entregamos a chave às 11:30h mas nos avisaram que não seria limpo porque as funcionárias da limpeza já tinham ido embora. Ficamos 2 noites no hotel, e o quarto, portanto, não foi limpo nem arrumado como gostaríamos.

Eduardo (4/5): Barulho da rua e hotel muito simples pelo valor pago. - Muito barulho da rua, por mais que seja uma cidade pequena, passa muitos carros e motos e parece que estão dentro do quarto. O recepcionista me acordou às 23hs para pegar a chave do meu carro porque no outro dia as camareiras precisavam passar no local, meu carro estava em uma vaga normal, em um local correto e com muitos pertences.

Franciel (6/5): Precisa melhorar o atendimento da recepção - Atendimento bem fraco do atendente que fez gracinha por eu dificuldades para colocar meu carro (que não é um carro pequeno) em uma das vagas dizendo que nela colocam “caminhonetes”. Elevador quebrado e o engraçadinho ainda nos colocou no último andar quando retruquei a piadinha dele.

Marcos (10/5): As avaliações estavam certas. Muito bom. - Realmente condiz com as avaliações que havia lido aqui no app antes da reserva. Atendimento na recepção muito de acordo, inclusive pela horário que fizemos o check in, o recepcionista nos sugeriu para fazer um lanche uma conhecida lanchonete da cidade que fica a uma quadra do hotel, e realmente os lanches são muito bons mesmo. Estacionamento acessível e prático. Café da manhã excelente. Muito sortido e com bolos deliciosos.
