- philip (8/5): Cozy laid back resort, friendly staff. - Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Spa on site. Shuttle service into town but only 1 time per day. Free bike hire but not in good condition. Would recommend and stay again. Pool smaller than expected and limited sunbeds. Some maintenance required in areas feeling a bit tired. A little isolated but the shuttle and bike hire compensated. Taxis cheap to get out also. My account details were hacked due to virus on the hotel system. Received several scam messages about booking. This has been fixed now and staff apologised and offered meal in the restaurant as good will gesture.

Massage on site and nice breakfast with friendly staff. Not so walkable to any high street areas or nice beaches and in the middle of many large hotel resorts so we found the location meant we felt a bit stuck inside the hotel but taking a grab it’s very easy to get into the town areas

- Miroslav (6/5): I expected more for the money - Nice villa, great service, and excellent massage. We were there during Nyepi, and the staff did their best to accommodate us during this time. Communication before arrival was not good, especially with Cindy, as she provided me with incorrect information about the laundry service. It wasn’t a good first impression. The bathroom was not clean, but we asked to have it cleaned, so it wasn’t a big deal. We found three cockroaches in the villa, but the staff reacted promptly and the manager also offered us compensation. You can have a “villa” experience elsewhere for much less money.

- Erika (7/5): Great massage and atmosphere, but noisy rooms and some comfort issues. - When we first arrived, the hotel made a very good impression. We had a one-and-a-half-hour massage, and it was honestly the best massage we’ve ever had in Bali. The only downside was that the massage beds smelled a bit of humidity. The food at the restaurant is good, but it takes a very long time to be prepared. The rooms would be nice if it weren’t for the air conditioning, which is extremely noisy; if you turn it off, it gets unbearably hot. Soundproofing is also an issue: you can hear every single noise, and unfortunately we were kept awake by very loud neighbors until 1 a.m.

It feels so beautiful and peaceful, we could completely relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding environment. Due to the heavy rain, the bathroom had leakage problem. We spent long time getting rid of water in bathroom. Also, the room is very damp, the beddings feel damp as well.

Likely needs some maintenance in the near future - some of the buildings/rooms are a little tired

Great breakfast, great staff - actually I was looking forwards to Balinese hospitality and the generous nature of local people working in th e hotel and this was exactly what your hotel delivered. I feel refreshed from the interactions I had during our stay and has revitalised my own resolve to persevere to be happy and my true character which makes me extremely happy. the location was perfect for our visit and I would not change a thing about our stay. Думаю нам должны были это озвучить и попросить подождать с заселением минут на 30, пока закончат обработку, чтобы было чем дышать… Обнаружила под подушкой большое грязное пятно, было поздно, ночь пришлось спать так, на следующий день, когда показала фото на ресепшене, поменяли простынь, но не извинились… очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно все , даже храп с соседних номеров.

- Sara (10/5): Resort is a hidden gem , love the quietness and pool time - This resort is a hidden gem, only a 4 minute trip into town - totally worth the privacy and quietness .The pool is perfect , the rooms are gorgeous, new and comfortable . I spent 5 days here prior to my wedding and loved every minute relaxing including the note in my room wishing me a happy wedding . The massages were amazing also at the in-house spa. Highly recommend a stay at the beautiful La Berceuse! Nil

Le personnel est très accueillant et 15mn de massage vous est offert à votre arrivée et bien sûr on en profite pour faire un massage d'1h. - Sharna Marie (10/5): - Upon entering, the resort has a beautiful, encompassing garden that gives a cosy, private feeling. Our room was well-lit, with a very comfortable king-size bed, a balcony that allowed my husband to smoke, a bathtub, a huge shower. Breakfast was served a la carte, offering a choice of Asian and Western styles. The rest of the menu offered a good selection of food and beverages at reasonable prices. The spa services were lovely, with experienced therapists who were professional and pleasant. All of the staff were friendly, warm, welcoming, very accommodating and spoke good English. A special shout out to Lanang, the wonderful waiter who was efficient and personable. We spent most of our time at the resort and when we did venture out, a Grab car is not far away. We would return to La Berceuse in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

- Renate (10/5): - Die Villa mit einem eigenen Pool. Das Team war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr ruhig und nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt. Der Inroom Service war klasse
- Isabelle (8/5): Personnel au top - Le personnel est très attentif et bienveillant. Chambre un peu vétuste. Salle de bain pleine de tâches d'humidité et ménage bien moyen. A l'arrivée dans notre chambre, notre WC était usagé et sale.... Concernant l'emplacement, besoin d'un scooter ( pour ceux qui ont l'habitude) sinon des vélos sont mis à notre disposition mais ils sont inréglables car vieux et ne semblent pas très bien entretenus mais surtout les routes ne sont pas plates ! Du coup, un service de navette gratuite peut nous déposer à la plage de Nusa Dua. N seul départ à 11h et 2 retours à 15h ou 18h. Sinon c'est plage à pied. La plus près est à 20 minutes mais avec côte à monter et sous un soleil de plomb et 40 degrés de ressenti c'est difficile.

- Anil (5/5): The stay was disappointing due to severe mould and outdated conditions, despite the staff’s effort to provide an upgrade - The location was good for us. The staff were very considerate for our concerns and requests. The property is long overdue for a renovation. The pictures do not represent reality. I think the pictures were taken when the property was constructed. The floors are cracked, there is mould everywhere and there is a terrible smell of the mould in the bathroom due to water buildup. We couldn’t use our bathroom because the smell was so intense. But upon our concern, the staff was kind enough to move us to a better room which was an upgrade. However, the mould issue was still there.

- A_Calligaro (8/5): - Colazione e pasti veramente ricchi e ottimi e a prezzi veramente economici, ristorante del resort aperto fino a tardi, oltre le 22:00. Resort grande e spazioso, la camera era provvista di aria condizionata, fondamentale per il clima dell'isola. Staff disponibile per richieste extra e per aiuti durante il viaggio. Unica pecca che ho personalmente riscontrato è stata la doccia, dove si vedevano sugli sfiatatoi del soffione incrostazioni verdi. Abbiamo difatti usato sempre la vasca. Oltre a questo, tutto veramente ottimo.

- Birgitte (6/5): Havde et godt ophold, men mest når vi var udenfor - Det var en meget smukt hotel, hyggelig pool, god morgenmads, restaurant og meget søde ansatte Badeværelserne i værelserne var meget beskidte. Fyldt med kalk over det hele. Især i brusekabinen. Vores ac gik i stykker to gange, så vi havde to nætter uden ac. Wifien var ustabil, og man var heldig hvis man fik mere end 20 min internet ad gangen. Sengen var faldet helt sammen i midten, og var ubehagelig, og hotellet generelt var lidt træt.

- Maszni (9/5): Super nice staff, the villas are super cosy and private, and the restaurant is good. - Location - quiet and close to Nusa Dua beaches and the south Uluwatu area, but also easy access to Kuta and Changu. Also easy and relatively fast to reach the airport. Initially, we were shown some rooms that were smelling of damp, which we refused due to my wife's health condition. We had to wait a couple of hours and were then given the ground floor of a villa, which was excellent! I think the accommodation apartments need a refurbishment! 'Free' Shuttle bus to the beach starting at 11:00 AM? C'mon! This is a joke!

- Denise (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel with great staff . - Boutique hotel in beautiful green surroundings . Our room was lovely , great air conditioning , big bathroom . The restaurant is small and overlooks the pool but we got a table easily. Breakfast & dinner was delicious . There is a shuttle that will take you to the beautiful beaches. It is a little way out of the centre but an easy taxi ride. We also used the spa and had a massage . Afterwards they served us tea and cakes in the restaurant ! The best thing about this hotel is the staff they cant do enough for you even packed us a breakfast as we had an early flight and had to check out at 5am . We would definitely stay here again ! That we didnt stay longer !
