• Sonja (10/5): Empfehlenswert - Claudio war super nett. Sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber. Auch das Parken war sehr unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Die Straße ist super laut, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Sobald man die Fenster schließt, hat man es auch ruhig in der Unterkunft. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen, geht halt (für mich) nicht.

• Valerio (10/5): Adunata nazionale Alpini 2026 Genova - Location sita in un palazzo storico a pochi minuti dal centro in un punto strategico, bar ristoranti negozi a portata di mano. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio privato con cancello, l' appartamento che ho preso è davvero molto accogliente e pulito. Degna di nota la cordialità e la disponibilità del signor Claudio, il proprietario che si è prodigato per darci una mano, sia dal momento del check in che avevo richiesto più tardi del dovuto, sia dall' aspetto logistico consigliandoci i vari punti di interesse in città. Prezzi onestissimi e posso tranquillamente dire di essermi sentito come a casa mia... Consiglio assolutamente e per quello che mi riguarda se dovessi ricapitare a Genova sarà sicuramente una delle mie prime scelte.

• Eva (8/5): UN APARTAMENTO CÓMODO EN UNA BUENA ZONA - EL apartamento está bien equipado, se ve todo nuevo y es agradable. Está situado muy cerca de la estación de Brignole y la zona es bastante segura y con comercios. En el apartamento había toallas, gel, champú, agua y café como cortesía, lo que se agradece bastante. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos pusieron facilidades para mantener nuestro equipaje en el apartamento más allá de la hora de salida. Siempre respondieron con rapidez a cualquier cuestión. Como puntos a mejorar, no localizamos donde estaba el mando para regular la temperatura de la habitación, y la zona con mesa y sillas que se ve en las fotografías es como el distribuidor común a las dos estancias privadas que tiene el apartamento, así que no lo usamos ya que en la otra estancia había otra familia y era poco privado comer o cenar allí, ya que literalmente es la entrada a los dos apartamentos. De todos modos en nuestro apartamento había también una mesa con sillas.

Wir waren sehr dankbar für den frühen Check-in und die Tipps und Tricks, die unseren Aufenthalt in Genua so angenehm wie möglich gestalteten.

Sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar – selbst noch zu später Stunde. Auch der Smalltalk am nächsten Tag war herzlich und angenehm. Een goede airco en je kan lopend naar het centrum. De kookspullen, zoals een snijplank mogen wel vervangen worden. Verder was alles super!

• Anja (10/5): Super Aufenthalt - Wir waren auf unserer Reise durch Südeuropa für zwei Tage in Genua und haben uns Gott sei Dank für dieses Appartement entschieden. Der Vermieter Claudio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann. Er hatte viele gute Tipps für uns. Er empfahl uns einen Ausflug mit der Bahn nach Camogli und von dort aus mit dem Boot nach Portofino. Einfach atemberaubend ist es dort. Die Unterkunft war super. Alles sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Genua ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Nichts zu bemängeln.

In the fridge were bottle of water for each us which we did not see often. Place was very clean, comfy and easy to check in and out. The host was very nice and helpful and the instructions for check in were clear and strait forward. Free parking was great and safe. Property location was on walking distance from the center and we did not use our car. We enjoy the stay and strongly recommend it.

Una volta completare le procedure del check-in ci ha poi dato varie indicazioni su cosa fare e cosa vedere a Genova, fornendoci anche una mappa con degli itinerari. La camera era molto pulita, di fattura moderna e molto ben organizzata. Il bagno adatto a una camera matrimoniale e ben accessoriato (Asciugacapelli, Scaldasalviette). Il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

• Andre (9/5): Very good! - The apartment and the building are in perfect conditions. You fill find all the essentials in the apartament. Localization is very good, very close to Brignole Train Station and to a market. Genova downtown is walkable, we enjoyed "walking" the city. Finally, we may add that we were nicely hosted, while getting the keys. Our daughter complained that her bed (indeed a sofa-bed) was not that confortable. We also missed a place where to put shampoo and soap (perhaps a tiny detail, but really usefull when you are showering). We might add that the erderly people might not find Genova downtown walkable like we said.

• André (8/5): - Il y avait une épicerie juste en face, c'était très pratique. Les conseils de l'hôte ont bien été apprécié, il a pris le temps de bien nous conseiller. Super d'avoir accès à une place de parking. Le Wifi n'était pas top, le signal trop faible, on n'a pas réussi à l'utiliser correctement et c'était quasi impossible de regarder une série sur Netflix. Une machine à laver la vaisselle ou le linge aurait été utile, mais il n'y avait pas.

Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, umie doradzić i wskazać najciekawsze miejsca w mieście. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 10 minut pieszo do dworca kolejowego, 15 minut do Piazza Ferrari. • Edward (10/5): Nice place, EV friendly - The host was very welcoming and very helpful. We've got some very nice tips from him about what to visit and where to eat. It was great that the place had its own free parking places and that we could charge our Tesla where we've parked. They have one 22kW charging plug that can be accessed by 3 parking spots. We were the only ones with electric car, so there was no problem using the plug. The apartment was nice, with good air-conditioning. Location was great, within walking distance from the center and the Brignole train station.

• Nicola (9/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare Genova e dintorni - Posizione fantastica per visitare Genova a piedi, eccezionale anche la disponibilità del posto auto gratuito (non è affatto scontato per Genova). Il centro di Genova si raggiunge comodamente a piedi con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, garbata, attentissimo alle esigenze dei clienti, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile. La stanza è comoda, ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort (presente anche un cucinino e un tavolo da pranzo). Il livello di pulizia è ottimo. Nei paraggi, numerosi bar (di cui uno con pasticceria top) e ristoranti, mentre proprio di fronte si trova un comodissimo e ben fornito supermarket. Zona molto bella, residenziale e ben servita anche dai mezzi pubblici. Alcune prese elettriche sono da sistemare; il letto era abbastanza morbido, anche se avrei gradito un topper (questione puramente personale, molte persone preferiscono invece i letti ancor più rigidi); inoltre, avrei preferito dormire con un paio di cuscini anziché con uno soltanto (sarebbe utile farne trovare un paio in più). Suggerimento per il proprietario: enfatizzare la possibilità di pagare un extra (come abbiamo fatto noi) per avere tutti i giorni un servizio di rifacimento della stanza e di sostituzione delle asciugamani.
