- Shadi (9/5): „Ein einfaches, aber sehr herzliches Hotel in toller Lage mit freundlichem Personal - Das Hotel war zwar etwas einfach, aber das hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich,Mit der M4-U-Bahn vom Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen nach Kadıköy, danach weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel. Das Hotel liegt zudem in der Nähe der Fähre und des Meeres – beides ist in nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet morgens Frühstück an. Mittag- oder Abendessen kann man in Kadıköy genießen, wo es viele Restaurants mit fairen Preisen und leckerem Essen gibt. Mit der Fähre gelangt man außerdem schnell auf die europäische Seite Istanbuls – zum Beispiel nach Sultanahmet und vielen anderen schönen Orten.

Sigara içilen oda tavsiye etmiyorum. Odanın kokusu sigara içen biri için bile katlanılmaz bir durumda Ayrıca bazı odalarda eksik ya da arızalı eşyalar mevcut. Mini bar duş başlığı fön makinesi sineklik gibi. Genel olarak ses yalıtım çok kötü. Pencereler kapalıyken bile klima motorlarının seslerini duyabiliyorsunuz başka odalara ait. Kahvaltıda pek iyi diyemem ama fiyata karşılık idare eder. Kısa süreli konaklama için idare eder. Ama uzun süreli önermem.

Закуската беше много добра с голям избор.Имаше различни видове сирене,зеленчуци,колбаси,сладкиши,плодове.През целия ден безплатно на терасата до входа на хотела можете да пиете чай или кафе.Там е и зоната за пушене.Хотела е на много удобно място.Само на 5 минути пешеходно разстояние от фериботен терминал ,,Кадъкьой",от Метростанция,от централна автобусна спирка.В близост има голям пазар,улица с много магазини,безброй заведения.Близко на пешеходно разстояние е и квартал ,,Мода",който можете да разгледате.Хиляди благодарности на целия персонал на хотела за всичко!Определено ще го посетим пак.

- Vladimir (4/5): Disappointing - Some people were good and some are not thoughtful, smiles without support. The room we booked was not available, there is no real support from hotel, ladies in the caffeteria very nice. The management does not really care about people and it is very sad.
- Dino (2/5): Very poor - Good location for visiting Kadikoy. Parking is a problem in this area but the staff were helpful. The first night I parked on the street in front of the hotel, the second night in the hotel garage. I booked a Deluxe Family Room, but upon arrival we were given a small triple room that smelled of cigarettes, stains and mold were visible everywhere. The water in the toilet would run by itself during the night and woke us up. The next morning we complained and asked for a Deluxe Family Room as stated in the reservation. After touring the city, in the evening we were given a double room that was in better condition than the first one, but there was no third bed for a child. We complained again and finally got a room that matched the description and pictures in our reservation.

They served a lot of stuff for the breakfast but the quality of the food was low. They probably use the cheapest cheese and olives etc. In our bathroom at some point there was brown water from the tap and it was disgusting. The shower made the whole bathroom wet. They didn't clean the rooms during the stay.

- Mary (5/5): Good location, bad smell toilet, worn-out towels - We don’t like the smell of the toilet. When we reported it there was no action done. They just said to close the cover of toilet bowl. It didn’t address the issue. When we request for new towels and tissue it takes so long to deliver to room. The towels are worn out, with holes. The breakfast served for the 12 nights of our stay are the same, no variety. We like the location, coz it’s near the metro, ferry, restaurants and shopping area

- Elize (6/5): Good place if you smoke - Great location, you can say the perfect: restraunts, shops, pier, metro station, all nearby. The Shuttle goes to the airport every 60 min. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Delicious breakfast. The room was large and bright. Fresh repairs are required in some places. The furniture looks tired, although I have nothing against retro. The worst is the tobacco smell which is everywhere, including the non-smokers floor. I think the hotel owners should invest in air fresheners if they do not want to recaive negative reviews.

- Alex (1/5): For me the worst hotel in Istanbul… - This is more of a 1 star hotel and never 3 stars. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Istanbul. Couldn't sleep a night because the staff and guests were noisy. After changing rooms I was given a smelly, smoky room so I ended up having to book a new hotel after 3/5 days. Everything was dirty, bathroom very old and moldy.
