The staff were pleasant and were able to communicate in English. There were mosquitoes in the room and my 4 yr old daughter caught fever right after those multiple bites on her face.

- Nikunj (1/5): Bad - I had made the hotel booking on 8th Of February,2024 for 3 single rooms for checking in on 29th Of february,2024. On reaching the hotel I was denied Check in as the hotel said there is no booking in our name and booking.com has not informed us about any booking. I have the confirmation mail from Booking.com and despite that there was no resolution. We had to pay extra in another hotel for 2 nights. How can this thing happen as I always trusted Booking.com but this was utter disappointment and who will compensate my amount which I had to pay extra with extra dissatisfaction.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great little hotel near the airport - Stayed at this hotel after reading the reviews, wasn't disappointed. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The restaurant cuisine was surprisingly good (wasn't aware that tax had to he paid though). The location was great as we needed to be close to the airport. The only negative was that there were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

There is a restaurant and room service if needed. The ride to the airport is complimentary. Would highly recommend this hotel.
