• Felipe (10/5): Excelentes estrutura, anfitrião, café da manhã. - Fomos eu e minha esposa, recebidos por Marco. Excelente anfitrião, nos mostrou com detalhes o acesso ao quarto. Não deu uma “aula” sobre como chegar nos principais pontos turísticos. Indicou locais para comer e comprar souvenir. O quarto é muito espaçoso, café da manhã farto, com pães, croissants, frutas (a cada dia uma diferente), café , bolo, iogurte. Banheiro excelente, o quarto “metro” tem uma varanda que dá para o jardim. A varanda é opção para fumantes (não foi nosso caso). A única observação que faria seria a distância para a estação de metrô. Para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção pode ser um problema. Cerca de 15/20 min a pé chega na estação Tiburtina.
• Katia (5/5): La volonté y est mais pas le résultat - L hôte est accueillant et serviable L emplacement est proche de la gare, de restaurants et magasins La chambre est grande et propre, les draps et serviettes changées après 2 jours. (A moitié du séjour) Insonorisation inexistante! Quand la personne de la chambre d'en face prend sa douche, on a l'impression qu'il est dans votre propre chambre, c'est vraiment insupportable surtout à n importe quelle heure du jour où de la nuit. Si l'on se sert un café avec la machine qui se trouve dans le couloir, pareil, le bruit est atroce. Chaque tour de clé dans tout l appartement fait un bruit monstre. Le matelas n' est pas parfait mais passable, par contre les oreillers sont vraiment très mou. Le petit déjeuner compris... est uniquement composé de produits industriels pré-emballé (croissants, biscottes, cakes, pain de mie... etc), de yaourts premier prix et de fromage blanc à tartiner, de confitures industrielles. Il y a des fruits différents chaque jour mais pas forcément mûrs (kiwi). L hote à changé chaque jour les produits industriels par d autres sortes, cela démontre l envie de bien faire mais malheureusement cela reste de l industriel pré emballé ultra transformé. Nous n avons rien mangé de cela et avons préféré aller faire des courses.

• Jasmin (10/5): Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis mit der perfekten Unterkunft - Tiburtina Garden ist ein kleines Paradies. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Marco war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer Tipps für die Tagestour hatte. Das Frühstück gab es auf dem Zimmer, Nespresso Kaffee den ganzen Tag frei. Die Bahn/Bus Station ist in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Platz ca 5min zu Fuß lädt für Pizza, Eis und dolce vita ein.

Завтраки отличные, хлеб, колбаса, йогурты, круасаны , печенья все на высшем уровне. Уборка каждый день. После выселения оставалось 7 часов до автобуса, без проблем оставили вещи погуляли и пришли забрали. Очень рекомендуем ! Обязательно вернёмся!!! Спасибо😘
• Marco Aurelio (8/5): Boa hospedagem, mas longe das atrações. - Do Marco, o anfitrião. Muito atencioso. E do café da manhã. Produtos industrializados, mas tudo de boa qualidade. Do colchão, dos travesseiros, do barulho do quarto do lado e precisa andar uns 12 minutos da estação até a hospedagem.

Bardzo miły właściciel, który pozwolił nam skorzystać z pokoju zaraz po przylocie samolotu, więc nie musiałyśmy czekać do 15 godz. Bardzo czysty pokój. W okolicy sklepy i knajpki z lokalnym, dobrym jedzeniem Wszystko nam się podobało. Byłyśmy zachwycone.

• Lisa (6/5): Soggiorno agrodolce: proprietario gentilissimo, ma il comfort è da migliorare! - Nota di merito assoluta per il proprietario: una persona squisita, estremamente gentile e disponibile, che ti fa sentire subito il benvenuto. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza è stata condizionata da due fattori. Il primo, piuttosto critico, riguarda il materasso, che risultava ormai sfondato e poco confortevole per un buon riposo. Il secondo è legato all'uso di un deodorante per ambienti elettrico dalla profumazione troppo intensa; trattandosi di una percezione soggettiva potrebbe non dar fastidio a tutti, ma personalmente l'ho trovato eccessivo. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento sugli arredi, la struttura sarebbe perfetta.

Très prévenant a notre écoute. Je n'ai rien de décevant concernant ce logement . Calme un peu exentré mais a 10 minutes du métro
• Christian (6/5): CORRECTO - La habitación bien es correcta. El desayuno estaba bien, algo monótono pero bien. Echamos de menos que la cafetera estuviera dentro de la habitación y no en el pasillo. La limpieza correcta. Ubicado a escasos 10 min andando de la estación de tren y metro de Triburtina. El anfitrión es un 10. El colchón estaba destruido ya solo llegar a la habitación vimos que estaba muy hundido, le toca un cambio. Las almohadas lo mismo. Debe mejorar.

• Anagha (8/5): Good - Very clean room with a nice breakfast. Decor of the room is very pretty. Marco, the host is lovely and very helpful. Location is not bad, its a 10 minute walk from Tiburtina metro station. There are 2 exits from the station and one is closer to the other. Marco explains when you meet him. There is nothing much to do around the hotel. It is on a run down street but it is a safe area. We walked back as late as 9 and felt safe.

• JOSIANA ROCHA (10/5): Excelente! - Tive uma excelente experiência, o Marco foi muito atencioso e as fotos estão de acordo com a realidade. O quarto é confortável, limpo e o café atende muito bem. Possui restaurantes e comércios aos arredores , que facilita muito e é 10 min da estação que dá acesso ao centro. As paredes são finas, é possível escutar as pessoas conversando e andando, mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado dormir.

• Michał (10/5): - Około 10 minut pieszo od dworca Roma Tiburtina. W pobliżu odwiedzana przez Włochów restauracja Toro Rosso z bardzo dobrą pizzą. Zameldowanie bez problemu. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Okolica cicha. Obiekt codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania obfite, przynoszone do pokoju dzień wcześniej. Ciastko, jogurt, chleb, ser, wędlina, owoc. Jesli coś nie zostanie zjedzone, jest na ogół zabierane. Zastawa stołowa również codziennie zmieniana. W pokoju lodówka i mały czajnik bezprzewodowy. Na korytarzu ekspres do kawy. W łazience ślady grzyba. Rezerwując, warto zapytać, czy wynajmowany pokój ma wyjście na ogród.

Breakfast could have been better. Would have been good if pastries and croissants were fresh rather than packaged. The fruit and yoghurt was good.

• Monica (10/5): Lovely ground floor room with stylish bathroom and garden space - Good air conditioning (which was very welcomed during the heat wave), lovely garden space as the image shows, comfy and spatious bed and room. We made good use of the nespresso machine. The host was prompt in replying and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious - pastry, fruit and yoghurt. The location is not central, but that was what we wanted - an authentic Rome neighbourhood that is very well connected to both train and metro via the Tiburtina station. It was also very quiet, with plenty of opportunities nearby for a low-key, delicious and fairly priced dinner. We lacked for nothing there and will definitely return to stay there on our next visit to Rome. Thank you! Nothing

The location was hard to get into. 15min walk to the station and the neighbourhood is pretty rough with dirty streets and trash everywhere. Otherwise its nice to see outside the city.

• Zeid (7/5): Good, comfortable accommodation but poor breakfast. - Location was quiet but uninteresting. About 10 minute walk to Roma Tiburtina station. ATM machine about 5 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was packaged food in the room so not good.
• Daniela (10/5): Short but sweet!! - Everything was a delight! Specially the host: super friendly, super helpful, speaks Spanish (we are Portuguese but it is easier to understand than Italian). The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. The air-conditioner was a perfect and essential addition for these hot summer days, after the long walks along Rome. The breakfast is the only thing I would change: it was a little too poor, lacking of bread or croissant.

The owner was quick to answer all the enquiries and he also helped me to take my heavy luggage indie the apartment (I appreciate his kindness). Also, I had to come a bit early than the check-in time and he had been understanding to let me inside. The checkout was also smooth. The room is big and spacious. The roofs are not soundproof. The location is far from the airport (in case you want to go to the airport) and I had to take a taxi to reach the location from the Tiburtina train station (paid around 15 euros).
• Peter (8/5): Beautiful stay in Rome - We were met with a clean, cozy and AC room already chilled as Rome was in the middle of a heatwave. The metro, restaurants and shops are nearby. The B&B couldn't offer the traditional breakfast due to Covid, byt the in room and filled refrigerator with fruits and all were nice. Different coffees are offer, but a French roast would be a nice touch to the rooms The outside garden is well shaded and was nice during the heatwave. The showers were waterfall stye and very nice.The extra services, and daily news and updates in the morning regarding metro work and logistic was great! We bought bottles of wine downtown and they delivered to the B&B for free. The only downside is the noise levels in the mornings, 6am onwards you might want earplugs.

El cuarto estuvo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y el baño también muy bien. Buena señal de internet. El manager es super amable y con excelente actitud de servicio.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Marco was an excellent host. Breakfast was served promptly every morning with exceptional attention to detail. The bathroom and shower were great and the size of the room was comfortable. The place is a 10 min walk from the train station, so it was easy to get around. There are also restaurants and other businesses at walking distance. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 on cleanliness is because of a faint cigarette smell, but I am extremely sensitive to that, so it may not be a huge issue for you. Other than that, the room was very clean. The noise level is moderate, as the rooms are very close to each other but I guess that is normal at a B&B.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Large clean rooms with good service - Marco was an excellent host and I was very happy with the service. The rooms were all large and clean and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and a free to use coffee machine in the hallway. The rooms also had hairdryers available for the guests. The area however was the let down. There was rubbish in the street further down but at various points which really needed to be lifted. Although you can park in the street for free you could spend an hour getting a space. The flat was on the ground floor of a multi storey building next to a cafe. The community feeling was good but overall it was a bit run down though I felt safe. Finally it's about 15 to 20 mins walk to the bus, train and metro station but you can get the train from the airport directly to the station so that would be handy.
• Tina (10/5): - We had a pleasant one-week stay at Tiburtina Garden B&B. The room was a nice size and very clean. Marco, though, was the star of our stay. He is a fantastic host whose goal is to make his guests happy and comfortable. The bathroom is large and very nice. Marco makes breakfast and delivers it on a cart to your room at the time you request. We were able to get a gluten-free breakfast for my husband, which we appreciated. The B&B is close to the Tiburtina train station. We took the metro to a few sites in Rome as well as trains to nearby towns to explore them a bit. Thank you, Marco, for a wonderful stay.
• Danielle (10/5): Idyllic - We had such a lovely time here. The service is great with a lovely breakfast bought to us every morning and all the tips and advice we needed. The hotel is out of the centre but right neat the Metro. Being out of the centre means that the local food was cheap and good. The €25 euro unlimited food / wine place should not be missed. The local area is a little grubby but no worse than a residential area of any city. The only very slight issue is that the upstairs neighbours were a little noisy at times, nothing very bad and it didn't last long. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Le jardin est fort agréable. Le petit déjeuner quand vous voulez, et très copieux. À 15 minutes à pied du métro Tiburtina, et 15 minutes en métro, maximum, pour aller où on veut au cœur de Rome. J’y retournerais certainement.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 티부르티나가든 평가 - 호스트가 너무 친절하며 가성비가 아주 뛰어난 호텔이었습니다. 티부르티나역에서 도보로 10분 내외로 걸리지만 위치가 번화한 곳은 아니며 밤에는 어두운편입니다. 그 외에는 아주 만족스런 숙박 시설이었습니다.
