Room was comfortable and super clean and the staff was helpful to all our questions and requests. Felt safe and sound and I would stay there again. The only thing I would improve was the lighting in the bathroom so that I can see better when putting on my makeup. That's all

Alessandra (8/5): Hotel assolutamente consigliato! - Un bell’hotel, accogliente, in una posizione tranquilla e poco rumorosa che dà su una via piena di localini e ristoranti (senza subirne il casino notturno). La fermata della metropolitana è a 5 minuti a piedi, l’area dell’hotel è sicura, con tanto passaggio e anche un supermercato vicino. Il customer service è ottimo, appena arrivata mi hanno assegnato immediatamente una (bella) stanza anche se il check-in sarebbe stato ore dopo. Mi hanno inoltre aiutata nel trovare la migliore soluzione per il trasferimento in aeroporto al momento del check-out. Davvero una scelta valida per un soggiorno a Parigi. Non un aspetto negativo rilevante ma un eventuale consiglio per il futuro: se possibile, fornire mini shampoo e mini shower gel (alloggiando in hotel, mi sarei aspettata di trovarli e non avevo dunque portato i miei).

Le fermate della metro sono vicinissime quindi si raggiunge tutto con grande comodità. Rapporto qualità prezzo credo che non ci sia paragone a parigi, se dovessi tornare tornerei sicuramente qui Se proprio dovessi trovare una nota negativa direi che il Phon in bagno era leggermente scomodo, ma niente più di questo

Dina (4/5): Not as expected - The location Unfortunately, my stay did not match the expectations shown in the photos online. The hotel and rooms were much smaller than expected, the ceiling was very low, and overall the space felt cramped. The shower was also broken, and I had to hold the shower head by hand while showering. The phone beside the bed was also not useful, with no instructions or reception number available if assistance was needed. There was also no iron available in the room, which was inconvenient. I was also disappointed with the check-out experience. I asked about a late check-out and was told no. Due to heavy traffic, I returned only 30 minutes late to collect my luggage, and after reactivating my key card at reception, I went upstairs to find the room already opened and housekeeping inside while all of my belongings were still there. Thankfully my luggage was packed, but I found this very uncomfortable from a privacy and security perspective. The staff were polite, but overall the stay was disappointing.

Giulia (7/5): - Il punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione che consente di raggiungere la fermata della metro in soli 3 minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono inoltre moltissimi ristoranti e bar. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Il check-out è possibile fino alle h 12.00, sicuramente un altro punto a favore. Molto apprezzata l’idea di posizionare all’ingresso una bacheca alla quale i clienti possono appendere i bigliettini da visita dei ristoranti provati! La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare. Sul pavimento abbiamo trovato un calzino (non nostro) e una sera al rientro abbiamo trovato una federa per cuscini sporca sul pigiama. Anche uno dei bicchieri forniti non era pulito.

Adrian (9/5): Orderntliches Hotel in guter Lage und sehr nettem Personal - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Dennoch gibt es in der Umgebung genügend Gastronomie und verschiedene Metrostationen sind schnell erreicht. Unsere Zimmer im 6. Stock waren geräumiger, als wir es für Paris erwartet hatten. Sie waren sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass jede Interaktion mit dem Personal äußerst nett und entspannt war. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und geschätzt gefühlt. Es fällt schwer, etwas Negatives zu sagen. Ein generelles Problem von Hotelzimmern ist allerdings, dass es immer zu wenige Haken gibt, an denen man etwas aufhängen kann. Es wäre auch nett gewesen, wenn man das Fenster hätte kippen können. Aber das sind alles verzeihbare Punkte.

Mark (7/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub in Paris okay - Die Lage war echt okay und man konnte von dort aus alles gut erreichen, sogar zu Fuß. Ebenso wurde alles ordentlich immer aufgefüllt im Zimmer. Für ein durchschnittliches Hotel ohne Frühstück fand ich den Preis für ein Doppelzimmer schon sehr teuer.

Louise (9/5): Perfect hotel for our weekend away in Paris. Very comfortable rooms with good bathroom. Only used it as a base each even - Good location with metro very near or easy walk to the Louvre or Sacre Coeur. Room was very clean and modern. Quiet location as down a side road off the main eating/drinking area. No dislikes!

Rita (7/5): Hotel in great location for bars, restaurants and metros. - I have stayed here a few times now and it’s in an excellent location. Near lots of cafes, restaurants and multiple metros. The room size is generous, the rooms have coffee & tea facilities and a fridge , which is a bonus these days. There is also coffee available in the foyer. A few minor disappointments this stay which included the in room safe not working, the air conditioning not working and when it did it was centrally set to warm ( I wanted it cold).

Everything I wanted to see was perfectly walkable, and it felt like a safe area. The room was fine, with a very comfy bed, although it was slightly small and poky, but I think that's standard for Paris. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very small bathroom with the toilet behind the door - a bit awkward to use! And I don't think it's necessary to change the towels and bedding every day, it seems very wasteful, though of course that's hardly a hardship for us as visitors.
