• Mohd Isa (10/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay by the beach with great service and a peaceful environment. - The resort has a beautiful beachfront location with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool area was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it felt peaceful and perfect for a short getaway. There was nothing major to dislike. The stay was pleasant and met my expectations very well.

Keadaan bilik kurang bersih, lantai kotor berpasir, dalam bilik kusam, cadar dan selimut kurang bersih, ada dinding yang berlubang dan kelihatan usang, pintu bilik yang saya tinggal tidak berapa selamat, tidur malam nyamuk masuk melalui lubang² tingkap kayu.

• Jasmine (3/5): Strategic place but poor maintenance... - The place is good for relaxation. Stayed for 4 days n 3 nights. First day stay, got rat in the room. Next day changed room. But everyroom full of mosquitos. They need to change the bedsheets n chair cover as can see dirts everywhere. I think all rooms need a make over. Its good for nature lover. But need improvement.. I couldn't swim in the pool as no maintenance. Not enough staff it seems. Poor lighting in room. Surely management hv to take action.

• A (9/5): Nice place to stay if U want to have a privacy moment. - In 1995 I stayed at Shah's Beach Resort attending a course handle by Human Resourse Department of Youth and Sport Ministry for 1 month. It was a nostalgic memories for me to come again and stay at Shah's Beach Resort. Hoping to come again for family gathering. The same environment very open place and no security guard around. During weekdays it looks so spooky. Luckily there was a loud music came form the apartment next door. Hope the next stay it will be more lights and very cheerful environment at night.

• Sophia_rashit (10/5): Recommended! - The ambience was superb & comfy for kids.. The receptionist was awesome! A professional at his work I must say.. Provided me with all the important info, even offered & assisted to change the initial room to the one nearby the swimming pool.. ( really sorry i didnt get his name though) Seaview at the end of the resort was breathtaking.. Breakfast was simple & worth the price.. My kids absolutely love the place! Even requested for a 2nd trip there.. Recommended!

• Anonymous (4/5): it was fairly ok. - it’s so near the beach. easy to get to the property. the toilet need a revamp, like seriously. the shower water pressure wasn’t strong. there were roaches in the room. tv remote wasn’t responding. air con wasn’t strong. and there wasn’t any wifi available for the two rooms we took, so sad. i’m so upset.
