Não houve nada que realmente me incomodasse. Sempre há alguma questão com barulho, mas, neste caso, o incômodo vinha dos próprios hóspedes, e não do entorno do hotel. Dessa forma, não é algo relacionado ao estabelecimento.

O quarto é muito bom, bem silencioso com a cama bem confortável e o chuveiro ótimo, com uma ótima pressão. Café da manhã muito bom e fresco. A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil. Localização ótima, perto do calçadão com lojinhas, mercado Condor. Shopping Palladium ficando à cerca 5 min de carro. Quartos limpos na chegada, porém, quando a gente saiu e colocou placa não foram limpos, somente trocaram as tolhas quando fui pedir.

Save (1/5): Extremely noisy, no privacy, no respect. - The bedroom with the shower is good, and very nice breakfast included, with friendly staff ladies Very noisy hotel, from the street either the hallway and next door room. We had a very noisy next door bedroom (#809). At evening time, girls came up with bottles of alcohol and glasses, then started the noise. All night long, they shouted, talked loudly, slammed doors, and played music way too loud. We called reception several times, but the staff (Alex in the evening and Marcos in the morning) did absolutely nothing. It went on all night, maybe stopping for a couple of hours and starting again around 4 or 5 a.m. We talked to them and asked them to turn the volume down, but of course, it had no effect. We didn't sleep a wink. In the morning, at reception, the woman told us the manager would call us the next day (Monday morning), but unsurprisingly, we didn't receive a call. I definitely don't recommend this place if you want to sleep and rest.

Paulo (10/5): Aconchegante e no Centro - Equipe cordeal, prestativa e bem educada. Café da manhã simples, mas muito saboroso. Quarto limpo, higienizado e aconchegante. Há loja de convenicência local, espaço de coworking, guarda-volumes e frigobar no quarto. O wi-fi era muito fraco no último andar onde fiquei, o que dificultou um pouco o trabalho. A pia teve um problema de entupimento, mas foi rapidamente consertado. Não atrapalhou a experiência. Voltarei com certeza.
