Расположение отеля просто потрясающее — прямо на берегу озера, виды невероятные. Номера очень чистые, уютные и комфортные. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал: все сотрудники исключительно дружелюбные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Также очень понравился вкусный завтрак и сама историческая атмосфера замка. Прекрасное место, очень рекомендую и обязательно вернусь сюда снова! В описании отеля было заявлено, что персонал говорит на немецком и русском языках. На деле русскую речь мы услышали только на третий день пребывания. Впрочем, отдыху это особо не помешало — язык жестов и общение «на пальцах» никто не отменял.😅

CAGLAR AKSU (1/5): not good - Location. Staff was not kind, not helpful. They simply don't care at all. parking fee is quite expensive. First 20 minute is free but you have to check-in in 20 minutes otherwise they are adding 30 CHF to your bill without asking. They removed it after I warned them. They gave me an adaptor and asked me to bring it back maybe 4 times in 5 minutes. It's so rude.

Ramón 24 (9/5): Super Hotel, aber Vorsicht vor Extrakosten... - Das Hotel besticht durch seine traumhafte Lage am See, die ehrwürdige Architektur und Ausstattung des Schlosses und ein extrem gut bestücktes und beeindruckendes Frühstücksbuffet. Bei der Anreise wurde versucht, uns ein Zimmer-Upgrade gegen Aufpreis zu verkaufen. Letztlich stellte sich heraus, dass das entsprechende Zimmer ohnehin das einzige freie Zimmer im Hotel war. So eine Erlösoptimierungsstrategie wirkt im Hinblick auf ein Hotel dieser Kategorie unnötig und ärgerlich. Wir empfehlen, diesbezüglich wachsam zu sein. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten die Zimmer zur Strasse hinaus meiden.

STEPAN (9/5): Great hotel on the Lac Leman - The hotel is located in an amazing historical Chateau, right on the lake front. The hotel and room interiors were amazing. I also got a free room upgrade, which is great! The breakfast was quite good, especially the fruits. Hotel parking is quite small and rather expensive (30 CHF) for an open-air parking. I could charge my car for free though (but this is only a bonus if you can use it). Water pressure in the shower and bath taps was very weak.

Katarzyna (9/5): Top Lage in einem Top Hotel - Lage des Hotels ist ideal, man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken (sofern es noch Platz hat) und hat alle wichtigen Sehnswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. das knappe Parkplatzangebot, es gibt keine Gewähr für einen Parkplatz resp. kann nicht reserviert werden.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Extraordinaire expérience gustative au restaurant de l'hôtel 57° Grill. Enfin l'établissement est idéalement situé au bord du lac et proche du métro. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Château d'Ouchy.

Michelle (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut perfekt, direkt am See. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gross und abwechslungsreich, der Frühstücksraum hat besten Panoramablick. Die Zimmer sind gross, gut ausgestattet und die Minibar war inklusive. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen! Es war nachts bis 3am teilweise sehr laut für die Zimmer Richtung See, da Leute im Park gefeiert haben. An der Rezeption könnte es noch etwas besser sein was die Freundlichkeit des Personals betrifft.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Na śniadanie pozwolono nam zabrać psa do restauracji. Komfortowy, duży i dobrze wyposażony pokój. Bardzo miła obsługa. Duża łazienka. Jedyna niedogodność to brak bidetu w łazience.

We visited this hotel for the second time - Beautiful lakeside location, elegant historic building and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything was perfectly organized. Nothing – everything met our expectations.

Personnel serviable, nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès notre arrivée à 14h. la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. de plus nous avons eu la carte des transports Lausannois inclue. Problème avec l'eau chaude à la douche. l'eau devenait brulante sans avoir modifier la température, nous nous sommes presque brûlés. Spa bien avec saune et hammam mais espace un peu petit avec juste deux chaises de repos qui étaient déjà occupées:

Ann (10/5): Chateau d’Ouchy is a gorgeous, historic hotel in an exceptional location in Lausanne. - Chateau d’Ouchy was a beautiful property, and the location on Lake Geneva, near the Olympic headquarters and about 1 block away from the Lausanne metro, was exceptional. The hotel itself did a wonderful job of keeping the look and feel of a historic property while providing modern comforts. I highly recommend staying here.

Yukiko092 (10/5): - Great place, beautiful lake just outside of the hotel, very paceful area. Hotel itself is very elegant, breakfast is fresh and tasty (most of the products is kinda sweet like pastries/jams etc., so it may be a minus to some people). Room with lake view was amazing - we got a place in the additional part of the building with huge panoramic windows all over the walls. Place is very clean, best offer of teas in the room I have ever seen :) In our room there was partially open bathroom concept - it will not be friendly for everyone - only WC was behind closed doors, rest was behind the wall with no doors. Not sure, if it applies to other rooms as well. Also hotel is reserving 300 CHF deposit upon check in, which is given back at the check out - we didn't know about it, so it would be good to provide such information beforehand.
Richard (10/5): Magical and fantasy-like stay in old medieval tower - Exceptional and magical setting, all the more in the special suites at the old medieval tower. We had the joy of staying in the Suite Chevalier and it was perhaps the most magical stay we ever had.

Deanne (9/5): We loved it! - We loved our stay at the Chateau! The rooms were warm and thoughtfully decorated. The location on the lake was beautiful and the hotel is across the road from the Olympic metro station so it was super easy to travel all over Lausanne. It was nice to stay somewhere peaceful and gorgeous but easily accessible to everywhere. The breakfast restaurant is lovely with a gorgeous view of the lake. We would definitely stay again.
