- Yannick (6/5): Maison d'hôtes agréable, calme. - Lieu calme, commerces à proximité, transport en commun proche, bus, train. Je n'ai jamais rencontré le propriétaire, mais il était amical au téléphone L'accès à la chambre se fait par codes. Préférez le paiement en espèces car par carte bleue cela se fait en donnant les éléments de la CB à un interlocuteur qui les donne à un autre par téléphone. Le lieu dispose d'une cuisine commune au rez-de-chaussée. L'escalier pour accéder à la chambre est très étroit. La chambre est propre, dans l'ensemble, même si nous avons trouvé une chaussette oublié sous le lit par un précédent occupant. La chambre était équipée d'un frigo, d'un évier, d'un micro ondes, bouilloire, de mugs, assiette et couverts. Mise à disposition à titre gracieux de thé, et café lyophilisé, sucre + sel. Literie confortable et propre. Point à améliorer ; le chauffage tout juste suffisant et absent de la salle de bain. Le chauffage électrique d'appoint n'a jamais fonctionné malgré nos tentatives sur plusieurs prises électrique. Manque de potentes pour accrocher les serviettes et de torchons pour la vaisselle. Attention, le prix annoncé sur le site ne comprenait pas les 10£ pour le ménage, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une chambre d'hôtes. Enfin j'ai été facturé de 40£ en trop, rembourser après intervention de Hotel.com... mais que de difficultés pour me faire comprendre par mon interlocutrice. Sinon c'est un lieu que je recommande, calme et plaisant, stationnement voiture facile au pied de la maison d'hôtes.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to Heathrow but not too close, room is in excellent condition, seemed newly reno'd, having the kitchenette was great, note no tv - a plus in my view, no tv noise from neighboring rooms, great for an overnight stay before/after a flight. I found the bed a bit soft for me but that's a personal preference anyhow.
- Par (2/5): Annoyed - Over charged me for the 2 night stay, citing cleaning charges. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, or on the booking site. Claimed I had not checked in, so did not receive any rewards nights. Had to contact Hotels.com to resolve, but still did not get refund for overcharge
- Michael (8/5): Sitara House - We required the area and found this premises. The place is cosy and welcoming and had amenities that where a bonus. Milen was very helpful and solved all little problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a stay in West Drayton.

- peter (6/5): Not Great. - Hacked off to be charged an extra tenner on arrival. Stated total price was £35 only to be told £10 more for service. Which is rubbish, why not charge the full amount anyway. Area not great to be honest pub down road a tad dodgy. No TV in room either. Chair broken.
- V. L. (10/5): Very pleasant - It was different since there is not hotel clerk. The guest has to call the house, and an email will be sent giving the combinations to the entry door and the room. It is very close to the bus line that goes to Heathrow. Also, even if the terminal the bus goes to is not yours, there is a free train ride that will take you to your terminal. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and flatware for two people. There was a small grocery story right next door to the house.
- Salvatore (8/5): Sistemazione e pulizia ok, posizione un po' meno - L'hotel è in realtà una tipica casa inglese, con 4 stanze. La stanza che ho usato io era al primo piano, raggiungibile con scale molto ripide e scomode, tipo nave, per questo sconsiglio questa stanza a chi ha bimbi piccoli. Si tratta di una stanza "en-suite", ovvero con il bagno in camera, tutto ben pulito, con la dotazione minimale di accessori da bagno. In camera una buona dotazione di accessori da cucina: frigo capiente, forno a microonde, immancabile bollitore, qualche stoviglia. Per gli standard inglesi, specie per lunghe permanenze, è ottima. Niente a che vedere con gli standardi italiani, per soggiorni-vacanza. La cittadina è abbastanza triste e squallida, si può raggiungere l'aeroporto di Heathrow con l'autobus U3 in 45-50 minuti, l'università Brunel in 20 minuti, il centro di Londra in 90-120 minuti in autobus o tramite treno GWR da West Drayton Station, che si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti o in autobus in 5 minuti.
