• Giuseppe (9/5): Ottimo posto per chi non passa molto tempo nell’alloggio - Posizione centralissima ed ottima per visitare la città. Stanza maniacalmente pulita. Host molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha dato anche consigli su locali dove mangiare. Bagno senza finestre, con un’apertura verso la stanza. La struttura è pulita e curata ma si trova dentro una sorta di residence ad un piano alto a piedi.

• Olga (8/5): - Отличное месторасположение. В шаговой доступности от центра с основными достопримечательностями. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, Lidl и Billa тоже есть неподалеку. Останавливались в комнате 7B, хотелось бы передать привет предыдущим жильцам. Может вы не знаете, но посуду после себя моют, а не запихивают ее поглубже в шкаф! Оставить такую грязную сковородку после себя.... это был шок. Прежде чем приготовить ужин, я должна была ее сначала отмыть.
• Antonello (7/5): L alloggio non ha per nulla soddisfatto le mie attese visto il rapporto qualità/cisto - La vicinanza al centro e la silenziosità dell’alloggio. Nell’ alloggio al piano terra Bagno non adatto ad una struttura ricettiva per mancanza di porta ma solo una tenda per separare la camera. Gli accessori, in particolare pentole della cucina vecchie e rovinate. Limite dello scaldabagno che permette solo una doccia perché l’acqua di raffredda subito .

• Blanca (10/5): - La localización es ideal A 2min de la puerta de San Miguel y menos de 5min andando de 2 restaurantes típicos, el Slovack Pub y el Flagship Bratislava. El apartamento es ideal para parejas o familias con 1 niño. Para amigos es más complicado ya que el baño está entre las dos habitaciones y hay poca intimidad, pero es ideal para parejas. Ningún problema

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. - Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, netter Vermieter der sich unmittelbar nach der Anfrage in Verbindung setzte. Steile Treppe. WC/Dusche Abtrennung zum kleineren Zimmer nicht vollständig.
• saša (8/5): Eto nas ponovo. - Odlična lokacija,jednostavan i brz dolazak sa aerodroma,pešački dostupne većina znamenitosti koje smo planirali da obiđemo. Sva tri dana,niska oblačnost-magla. S obzirom na termin posete ,očekivano. Na to nismo mogli da utičemo. Nije nam pokvarilo doživljaj.

• Varnavas (7/5): - The location There is no door between the toilet and the kitchen, so the smell from the toilet was spread in the bedroom. Also in the kitchen we found some pieces of pasta (tricolore) on the chair and on the floor, which means that it was not cleaned properly.

El dueño del lugar nos envió un mensaje de w app diciendo que le faltaban dos toallas (acusándolos de ladrones) nos quedamos 5 días nunca las cambiaron .Que más decir del estado de ellas estaban para tirar

• Gerardine (10/5): Quirky apartment with lots of character! - Tony was a wonderful host who came to greet us personally and showed us around the property. He helped us with our heavy luggage and was apologetic that there was no lift. The skylight was a fun bonus of the property :) The toilet was not fully enclosed so it was a bit awkward to use it with another occupant able to hear and smell everything!
• Frank (10/5): Comfortable compact flat with super location for transport, sightseeing and shopping - We stayed 4 nights in May 2025. Two of us for the whole stay, 1 extra person for the first 2 nights. It was overall a positive experience and we were very happy with our choice. The outstanding advantage of this small flat is the location - it's a stone's throw from the old town, and only a few minutes to the bus stop under the SNP Bridge (if you are arriving from Vienna). The central station is a short tram ride or a pleasant 20-minute walk. The street has shops, a Georgian restaurant and the Slovak Pub which serves excellent beer and traditional hearty Slovak food. I also recommend the Klastorny Pivovar on Namestie SNP, where they brew their own beer - you can see the magnificent copper brew kettles in action. Our host Monika made us welcome and was very helpful. To check in you need to call in ahead and agree an exact time for your arrival. We were met in person and shown around the flat. It was spotlessly clean and well looked after. It is basic but nicely decorated and has some antique furniture. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and has is a good shower. The room is at the top of the building up 3 flights of stairs in what seems to be a converted attic; instead of windows there are a couple of skylights which can be opened. Whilst some kind of view from the window would have been nice, it was quiet with no traffic noise, perfectly ventilated and we slept well. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle, and plates and cutlery - which with only the bathroom sink, required a little inventiveness when it came to washing up. Apart from the main bedroom the room with the kitchen equipment also serves as a second bedroom and each bedroom has a separate door to the bathroom. All in all it was convenient, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We were happy with our stay and would recommend to others. you have to accept not having a window, but this wasn't much of a problem to us as we were out most of the time, and there were other advantages that outweighed this.

• Mariella (10/5): Best option in Bratislava! - The name "Excellent Location" is really fitting: there couldn't be a better accommodation in the city! Small independent apartment very comfortable and equipped, close to all services and attractions, with bus and tram stops right outside the main door, yet you can't hear any noise and you can have a very deep and restorative rest. Very kind and helpful owners, they try to satisfy your every request. It's the perfect solution for your stay in Bratislava! I would go back anytime! Dakujem :)

• Pia (8/5): Superior Suite with two bedrooms - Location is really ecellent and it is very quiet apartment. It was clean and warm and we slept very well. It is suitable for a few nights' stay. Food restaurants can be found nearby.The keys were easy to get and the host was approachable. For information: if you have bad feet, the stairs leading up to the apartment are not suitable for you. If you are very sensitive, the lack of privacy in the bathroom may cause you problems. For some people, the lack of windows can also be distressing.

• James (10/5): Great location for a Bratislava visit. - It is located in the old part of the city so everything; sites, restaurants and the tram stop, are easily assessable. Owner greeted me immediately on arrival and was always responsive to queries. Properties were secure. It is an older property. But don’t let that stop you from visiting this apartment.
• Xu (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, very convient. I made a mistake by booking a double bed for myself but forgot to notify Tony when plan had a slight change. Tony accomated us immidiately after check in. He also granted us a very late check in at midnight. We appreciate it very much. Would def come back next time in Bratislava.

• Nicole (7/5): Decent short term stay- read the fine print and pay attention to details and which pictures go with which unit. - We loved the location of the property. It was perfectly situated. You are able to walk to anywhere you’d want to go! Apparently there is some fine print in regard to the air conditioning, and different apartments. We were booking a same-day reservation, so we flipped through the pictures and made a choice. I guess we picked an upstairs unit with no windows and air you had to pay for. We are air people. They moved us downstsirs to a cooler unit, but it was still toasty for us. We should have probably kept the other unit and had air. It was VERY hot during our stay. The upstairs unit had 2 beds, too and the downstairs didn’t. Lady who met us to give keys was nice and polite.
