• Dale (1/5): Sad experience. - Absolutely nothing. Lack of professionalism and willingness to help to the client. My husband did not have the credit card with him (for the deposit) as I am who always book the stay wherever he needs to work. The person at the desk was rude and unprofessional in all senses. The payment was already done online, but they were not willing to allow my husband to stay nor we could have a refund. When I called to offer to show the credit card via FaceTime, there were not room for helping. She said she didn’t care if I place my experience as a review ( first time I have to make bad review to an accommodation). It is always pay more than dealing with people like that!

Only thing that we wanted was a bit more choice when it came to watching the T.V , Some movie channels but besides that it was a great stay .

• Swaby (1/5): - location to work Front desk gate keeper very bad service. i made a mistake in booking with Booking.com and your company and she would not change it in any way and was rude. i wrote a review on google and she answered telling all my business. when i looked at other review all were about her and the bad service. she answers every bad review with peoples details it disgusting. she is more interested in excuses for the bad service then the customer. Indian owner should read the reviews. this place and Booking.com cost me $418 and neither of you would do anything. I will not book anything with booking. com again.

• Jessica (3/5): One of the more dirty and dingy places I’ve stayed. - Good location and price. The bed was comfortable. Stayed as a group of women for a hockey tournament. I did not feel safe at this motel. Door knob locks and floor level windows that did not lock. Also very dirty and poorly kept. We arrived at 3:10 and were told there was a charge to check in before 4pm. We were originally given a room that was not cleaned from previous guests and had to request a new room. When the house keeper came to clean, our door was left open and unattended while another guest hung around outside looking into our room luckily we arrived in time and told the house keeper that we didn’t need cleaning because I fear we might have been robbed by that guest.

• Burns (10/5): - Older facility, but spotlessly clean. The room was larger than you get at much more expensive hotels. Facility was well maintained, inside and out (They were brushing down the walls when we checked out). This is no luxury stay, but the value for price is terrific.

Each time we have enjoyed this motel we have noticed the improvements . clean comfortable and more than fair prices . we will be back soon. No complaints, we have stayed at a dozen motels this year, traveling in Canada, and dollar for dollar, this motel is in the top 10%, Keep on improving, people are noticing.

Receptionist said we would be notified within 24-48 hours that our damage deposit was returned. It's now 72 hours and no word.

• Christine (8/5): - We knew we weren’t walking up to a 5* Hilton, but for the price and location, this place was great. I didn’t like the smell walking into the room, but you got use to it. The room had everything we needed and more! Stove, oven, microwave, single serve coffee maker, living room space, desk space. Heat/cooling was easy to navigate. The front desk staff was friendly and approachable. We arrived pretty late with no hassle checking in. Checking out was easy as well. The property accommodated individuals to use a BBQ on the property along with eating areas outside which was nice. We never used those facilities but were surprised to see them available. I would have rated this property 5/5 but the smell of the room was very strong upon entering. It seemed to be one of those cheap scent things you get for 99c. But I highly recommend the property and would stay here again. We stayed here as a means of saving some coin as we had a fully booked day at the Ste. Anne spa. So for those looking to save a few penny’s on accommodation as you are coming from afar, this is a great spot, only 11km away from the spa. ;)

Nonostante questo, la stanza era poco pulita, c'erano briciole vicino alla cucina, polvere sull'appoggia valigie. Abbiamo pagato di più per avere la cucina, ma non era dotata di nulla, nè piatti nè pentole. Inoltre nonostante la stanza fosse grossa non erano presenti tavolo e sedie per mangiare.

• Discover32527698672 (2/5): Nasty woman - We received a call at 9 pm with 3 kids in bed tossing us out after receiving payment already for the night as they wouldn't accept an extra pet a tiny quiet friendly dog in that particular room nor would they provide a designated pet room. I have never met a more miserable woman in charge in my entire life after a long tiring commute from Toronto

• Sandy (8/5): - We had a great stay for our second year in a row. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as water was covering the bathroom floor from overspray when used. However, other than a number of men surrounding our room outside, (we would have preferred to be in a different area, as this was a bit uncomfortable for 2 women with a child), we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating. :)

We then ended up losing 20 minutes of early check in No pop machine Only hand towels and face cloths Clean room!
• Ronald (7/5): It was as we expected. We thought it was worth the money. - Our room was surprisingly large. Everything was spotless inside. You have to realize that you are booking a 4 star motel, and that's what you are getting. Place seems old, and in our (cheapest room there) #7 room, hard to find electrical socket. Had to unplug microwave and move it to get coffee maker close enough to reach socket. Some buttons not working on tv remote. Place is off the betten path, can't walk to anything.

The people all around were kind and friendly :)

Afterwards they said no room left pet friendly. Then charged my card 2 nights when I never stayed !!! I didn't like any of it felt we were dealt with poorly!
