• Ayse Nigar (8/5): - Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Tekrar Kadıköy de kalmam gerekirse tercih edebilirim. Asansör 4 katliydi. Bize verilen oda merdivenle çıkılan 5 kattaydi. Klima çalışmazsa Mayıs sonunda bile gündüz çatıdan aşırı sıcak alıyor. Kahvaltı 3 otelin ortak kahvaltı salonunda. Gayet zengin açık büfe. Oda ve yatak, havlular temizdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Temizlik elemanı bey güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Bir isteğiniz varsa yapalım tarzında.

Zudem befand sich das Hotel in Renovierung, wodurch in den Nachbarzimmern ständig gearbeitet wurde – Entspannung war unmöglich. Mein eigenes Zimmer war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand: sichtbare Stromkabel, beschädigte Möbel und insgesamt eine sehr ungepflegte Umgebung. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Ahmed (2/5): - The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. I was pressured daily by a Senior to give a tip. He even followed me to the elevator, and despite knowing that I was sick that day, he ran towards me like a child asking for pocket money. He made an unhappy face when he wasn’t satisfied with the amount. The Wi-Fi never worked. The bidet shower in the toilet didn’t function at all. Cleaning and tidying up only happen after you check out. The hotel is located right next to an erotic shop, and in the evenings, there are occasionally street prostitutes nearby. So, it’s definitely not suitable for families. The only positive aspect was the young staff, who were very dedicated. Thanks to them. Drunk people shout through the streets at night. No recommendation for this Hotel. That was my last time in overvalued Kadiköy.

• Anita (8/5): Billigt och bra hotell med frukostbuffé, centralt - Hotellet ligger bra till. Nära till båtar till europeiska sidan, trevliga gågator med affärer, caféer restauranger. Billigt hotell men ingenting saknades. Frukostbuffé på ett anat hotell ca 100 m dit. ska man till Istanbul så sitter man väl inte Inte på hotellet så det här var ett mycket bra alternativ.

Resepsiyon görevlileri gayet yardımsever, temizlik personeli de öyle.

Tavanı tıpkı yağmur yağıyor gibi aşırı miktarda su akıtıyordu resepsiyona söylediğimde hiçbirşey yapamayacağını söyleyip beni geri çevirdiler. Memnun kaldığım tek şey çıkış saatini birkaç saatte olsun uzatmalarıydı onun dışında otel odalarından, temizliğinden vede resepsiyonundan hiç memnun kalmadım.

• Suada (2/5): - Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Wir hatten für 5 Nächte gebucht, aber sind nur 1 Nacht geblieben und haben das Hotel gewechselt. Uns wurde erst ein Zimmer mit Müllausblick gezeigt und gesagt, dass es kein anderes Zimmer gibt. Als wir uns dann beschwert haben, wurde uns doch auf einmal ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, welches stank. Beim erneuten Beschweren wurde uns dann im obersten Stockwerk ein Zimmer gezeigt, das auch nicht sauber war. An der Wand waren Flecken, die noch frisch waren. Genauso die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Auch in der Dusche waren Haare auf dem Boden. Bettwäsche wurde nachdem Beschweren erneut gewechselt, aber die Putzfrau war sehr unhöflich, weil sie die Bettwäsche wechseln musste und die Flecken weg gemacht hat, obwohl das ihr Job ist und man eigentlich beim Check-in erwartet, dass alles sauber ist. Sie meinte zu uns, geht in ein anderes Hotel, wenn es euch nicht gefällt, etc. Die Lage hat uns auch nicht gefallen bzw. es gab komische Gebäuden neben dem Hotel.

• kubra (8/5): Very nice and central hotel - We stayed at Arya hotel for 3 nights with 3 persons. The location is central. The boat, bus en metro are on a 3 minute walk. Is also have a delicious breakfast at another hotel which is 50 meters away. The check in and check out was very fast. We defenitly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Saat 23.15 te gittiğim otelde yerlerinin olmadığını, 50 metre içeride Grand As isimli otelde yer vereceklerini söylediler, orada 15 dakika kadar bekledikten sonra orada da yer olmadığını söyleyip daha sokak içinde başka bir otelde Şans Otelde 2 ayrı odada yer verdiler. Sabah kahvaltısı için de tekrar Grand As Otele gönderildik. Gece geç vakit olduğu için ve sabah çocuğun sınavı nedeniyle 1 gece kalacağımız için itiraz edemedik. Şimdiye kadar internet üzerinden bir çok siteden yurt dışı dahil bir çok defalar rezervasyonlar yaptırdım, ancak hiç böyle bir REZALETLE karşılaşmadım. Bir daha bu siteden rezervasyon yaptırır mıyım bilmiyorum???
• Verified traveler (8/5): Clean reasonable hotel with kind staffs. - - Good access to the centre of Kadikoy city. - You have direct access to Sabiha Gokcen airport by Havas, a coach service between and airport and major cities (not sure about the access to Ataturk airport). - Breakfast venue is at another hotel located a few minutes walk. The quality of breakfast was much more than I expected. - Internet access was hardly available. The system did not accept the password even though network ID can be detected. If you try with reception staffs, it might be able to access.
• M (6/5): In the center - In the city center and walkable to bars and important places. Breakfast is served in a nearby hotel on the same street. It had variety of food. Hotel is brand new and bathroom was clean. There were some stains on the sheets but it waa ok.
